The objectives achieved in this study are: 1). Describe and analyze the implementation of the zoning system policy in the Admission of New Students in the State Senior High School 1 Kupang; 2). Identifying and describing the obstacles found in the implementation of the zoning system policy in the Acceptance of New Students at State Senior High School 1 Kupang; and 3). Want to know the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of the zonesi system in the acceptance of new students in the State Senior High School 1 Kupang. Then the results of the research found are: 1). These four things will affect the level of success and failure of implementing a policy, namely: a). Communication; b). Resource; c). The aim of the study is to determine parent’s perception of grade 7 in SMP Negeri 242 Jakarta towards the implementation of Jakarta Zonation System in the acceptance of new students in the academic year 2019/2020 in terms of knowledge, understanding and opinion of parents of the implementation of Jakarta Zonation System.The method of the study is descriptive qualitative. The result shows that the Jakarta Zonation System have been done based on the applicable rules. The rules are based on the student’s house zonation and their result of National Exam. According parent’s opinion the advantage of Jakarta Zonation System is the school are closer from their house even though some parents have lack information about Jakarta Zonation System but in registration mechanism some parents understand that. The rule of Jakarta Zonation System is based on the student’s National Exam result, some parents are worried they cannot send their child to the nearest school because their child’s National Exam result is below average. Parents agree with the system if the system rule are based on the student’s living zonation instead of based on the result of their National Exam. Narada Cup is one of the superior programs of the Narada Senior High School Student Council aimed at facilitating the development of student interests and talents and as a promotional event for the school. Considering the two big goals to be achieved and the plan to organize the next Narada Cup program, the program evaluation process is needed comprehensively to understand, explore and improve the process of organizing it. This qualitative evaluation study uses the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product) with purposive sampling and data collection is done through interview sessions, FGD (focus group discussion), observation, and documentation studies. This research results: (1) Context evaluation shows that formulating the vision and mission of the program will clarify the projections of long-term program objectives. (2) Input evaluation, procurement of implementing manuals containing SOP (standard operational procedure). (3) Process evaluation concludes that the recording of the problem-solving process was used as an evaluation reference with all parties so that the future implementation of the program would be better. (4) Product evaluations concludes that Narada Cup program is recommended to be continued every year and continuously evaluated and refined for the development and improvement of the quality of this program.

Christian parents' democratic parenting patterns contribute significantly to the formation of a teenager’s character based on the Christian values and norms applied in society. Ironically, some Christian parents tend to lack understanding and do not apply the democratic parenting style well. Consequently, teenagers behave out of Christian values. According to this literature review, some characteristics of Christian parents’ democratic style was identified, namely: (1) making regulations together, and then carry them out; (2) providing guidance based on the God’s words; (3) creating the harmony of the family; (4) involving the teenager in various matters; (5) giving teenager freedom to express his/her opinions; (6) supervising the teenager without rigidity. In order to develop Christian parents' democratic parenting patterns, further research is needed. Keywords: Character building, Christian parents, democratic parenting, Teenager

This qualitative descriptive study aims to describe the students' mathematical representation ability in solving trigonometric problems. This research was conducted in class X IPA 1 MAN 2 Bekasi City totaling 39 people. Data in this study were obtained through the results of student answers and interviews. The mathematical representation is given consists of two questions in the form of description. The subject of this study consisted of one student and the research data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that the research subjects were able to choose, translate mathematical problems and the research subjects were able to use ideas into model form to describe mathematical phenomena but the inability to understand the trigonometric comparison formula became the cause of the research subjects being unable to solve mathematical problems properly.
