Abstract

The growth of society and students is getting higher from year to year, this is because it is inseparable from the development of the world of education, where people tend to control their home electrical appliances using switches manually that must be operated with human power. The use of technology that can be utilized from this internet network is to be able to access electronic equipment such as lights, fans, air conditioners and other electronic equipment in a room that can be turned on and off via smartphone.  A prototype or model of a door that can be controlled remotely, meaning that the door can be opened and closed via a smartphone connected to a mobile phone. Abstract

In the world of education, assessment is very important when the process of learning activities has been completed. Based on the results of observations made by researchers at SDN 01 Bilah Hulu, there are often several obstacles where the teacher sometimes takes a lot of time to check essay answers, the more exams and students who take the exam, the more exams the teacher will correct. This causes a decrease in the quality of the evaluation and sometimes the evaluation is no longer objective. So that it causes variations in the assessments in the class given by different human assessors, which are felt by students as a source of injustice. The purpose of this study is to create an automatic scoring system for semester exam answers on web-based essay questions and to build a web-based semester exam results scoring system by applying the Rabin-Karp method. The results of the web-based essay assessment process are in the form of student values that have been summarized by the system. The automatic essay exam scoring system using the Rabin-Karp algorithm was tested on 57 students in two classes, namely 28 students in class VI-A with the average score from the teacher manually being 82.64 and the average score of the automatic system being 81.17 . Meanwhile, in class VI-B with 29 students, the manual average was 75.34 and the automatic system average was 76.48.

Abstract

Beberapa isu terkait layanan transportasi online kerap menjadi pusat perdebatan di media sosial. Hal tersebut memberikan pengaruh pada penilaian layanan tersebut di Google Play Store. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis sentimen terhadap isu layanan transportasi online berbasis data warganet di Google Play Store. Analisis sentimen dan pelabelan dilakukan berdasarkan Inset Lexicon, sedangkan klasifikasi dilakukan menggunakan Logistic Regression. Sebelum diolah, data ulasan warganet harus melalui tahap pra-pemrosesan dan eksplorasi data. Selanjutnya, dilakukan optimisasi dengan parameter C, solver, dan max_iter pada model Logistic Regression. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi nilai dari beberapa parameter optimisasi membawa pengaruh pada kinerja Logistic Regression. Selama pengujian, dapat dilihat juga bahwa rating tidak selamanya mecerminkan ulasan dari pengguna. Hal ini bisa dipengaruhi beberapa faktor seperti perilaku pengguna itu sendiri.

Abstract

Pengangguran merupakan masalah yang kompleks karena dipengaruhi sekaligus memengaruhi berbagai sektor kehidupan. Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) di Indonesia pada tahun 2021 berada pada angka 6,49 persen di mana Pulau Jawa merupakan pulau dengan TPT tertinggi dibandingkan pulau lainnya dengan jumlah pengangguran sebanyak 5.948.406 jiwa atau sebanyak 65,35 persen dari total jumlah pengangguran di seluruh Indonesia berada di Pulau Jawa. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengelompokkan daerah-daerah di Pulau Jawa berdasarkan karakteristik pengangguran sehingga pemerintah dapat dengan tepat merumuskan kebijakan untuk menekan angka pengangguran. Data yang digunakan meliputi 7 variabel terkait pengangguran pada 119 kabupaten/kota di Pulau Jawa tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode clustering, yaitu partitioning dan hierarki untuk mengelompokkan kabupaten/kota di Pulau Jawa berdasarkan karakteristik pengangguran. Metode partitioning yang dipilih adalah K-Means. Penentuan jumlah cluster menggunakan validasi internal dan validasi stabilitas menunjukkan bahwa metode hierarki dengan jumlah cluster 2 merupakan cluster yang paling optimal di mana metode Ward mampu memberikan hasil pengelompokan terbaik berdasarkan nilai agglomerative coefficient.Kata kunci: Pengangguran, Cluster, Partitioning, Hierarki

Abstract

Plants possess numerous benefits as living organisms. For example, medicinal plants can be distinguished based on factors like their color, texture, and leaf structure. Categorization involves sorting similar plants together while noting their differences. Different techniques, such as the naive Bayes method, can be utilized for this purpose. This study evaluates the efficacy of naive Bayes classification in contrast to the Decision Tree approach. The dataset consists of original data extracted from 2000 images, which are divided into two groups: green betel and red betel. To facilitate comparison, the dataset is split into training and testing sets, with varying ratios ranging from 60:40 to 80:20.

Abstract

Tanaman obat memiliki manfaat besar dalam menyembuhkan berbagai penyakit. Banyak masyarakat yang menggunakan tanaman obat sebagai sumber tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA). Bagian tanaman yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai obat adalah daun. Daun sulit diidentifikasi karena banyak daun yang memiliki bentuk dan warna yang mirip. Oleh karena itu, pengolahan citra dengan K-Means Clustering diterapkan untuk membantu mengidentifikasi daun tanaman obat. Citra akan discaling menjadi 600 x 800 piksel. Ciri tekstur pada citra akan dihitung menggunakan Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM). GLCM menghasilkan nilai numerik yang kemudian digunakan untuk proses K-Means Clustering. K-Means Clustering akan mengelompokkan citra berdasarkan kesamaan nilai fitur dan centroid terdekatnya. Jumlah cluster optimal yaitu k=3 berdasarkan perhitungan nilai SSE. Hasil penelitian 900 dataset citra daun terbagi menjadi 3 cluster dengan akurasi tertinggi 51,54% pada cluster 2 yang memprediksi daun binahong. Proses K-Means Clustering kurang baik dikarenakan penetuan nilai centroid berpengaruh terhadap hasil cluster. K-Means Clustering diimplementasikan ke dalam sistem web menggunakan flask.

Abstract

Palm oil tree is one of the economically important crops that is the backbone of the Indonesian economy. However, palm oil production is often hampered by various diseases. The disease is difficult to detect in the early stages because infected trees often show no symptoms. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out identification and classification to determine whether this palm coconut plant is sick or infected with disease. In this study the disease was identified in palm coconut by identifying it through leaves by modifying the extraction process features using PCA and comparing it with no PCA for sick and healthy types. Subsequently, the classification will be done using SVM (Support Vector Machine) with various treatments such as variation of the features used and the amount of data to be processed in carrying out experiments or tests. The results obtained show that if the feature used for classifying a number of 4 or more then the accuracy value remains at 97%.

Abstract

Carrying personal items is a must for everyone, especially to the campus area. It can cause people to lose things, and many lost or found items pile up without the owners. However, to communicate this information, only broadcasts were implemented through chain messages on social media which were considered less effective. Based on these problems, a website-based information system is proposed to assist in managing reports of lost and found items and transactions between finders and searchers of the items. This system has three main functions: inserting data on lost or found items, deleting items that have been returned to their owners, and making claims for items by exchanging messages to each user’s account. This system is built using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and is referred to the waterfall model. This information system can be accessed through a web browser on a device, so there is no need to install many applications because a browser is installed by default there. The purpose of this study is to measure the usability scale. This information system is expected to facilitate interaction for searchers and finders of the items and be a convenient alternative so that cases of lost items in the campus area can be handled effectively and efficiently. Evaluation of the system using the System Usability Scale (SUS) has a score of 77 which means it is acceptable or feasible.

Abstract

Indonesia, as an agricultural country, has a wealth of various plants which are often used as ornamental plants because of their beauty, including the popular orchids. The diversity of orchids offers various opportunities for development, both for cut flowers and decoration. However, orchids are sensitive plants, requiring special care depending on the type, including growing media, water requirements, and proper temperature. Therefore, accurate information is very important for orchid fans. To answer this need, an Android-based application that utilizes Augmented Reality technology has been developed to make the delivery of information about orchid plants more interactive. Augmented Reality is a technology that combines 2D or 3D virtual objects with the real three-dimensional world, which then displays these virtual objects in real-time. With this technology, users can see 3D representations of orchids and get information through integrated video. The Multimedia Development Life Cycle method was used in developing this application, which aims to make it easier for users to understand various types of orchids and how to care for them. The Information Orchid Type Application (IJA) allows users to zoom and rotate 3D virtual objects of five types of orchid plants.

Abstract

This article discusses the application of the User-Centered Design method in developing features on the X-Camp PT XL Axiata Tbk website. PT XL Axiata Tbk is a cellular telecommunications operator company in Indonesia. XL Axiata currently has a variety of main products and one of the products issued by XL Axiata is based on IoT which is supported by X-Camp. X-Camp is an innovation center built to accelerate the development of the IoT ecosystem in Indonesia. X-Camp has a website that was built using the CodeIgniter 3 framework. The CodeIgniter framework is a PHP framework with an MVC (Model, View, Controller) model so that it can be used to build dynamic web applications. The purpose of this research is to produce a feature and system that can be used by admins and users easily. The development in this research uses the User-Centered Design method. This research produces a form that can be used by users to join various activities organized by X-CAMP. In addition, features were also developed on the website administrator that can be used by the X-CAMP admin to manage the content that will be presented on the X-CAMP website.
