Abstract

A good madrasah environment is an environment in which is decorated with well-maintained and neatly arranged trees as a natural laboratory for students, and a number of chairs and study tables are neatly arranged. A healthy and good living environment is the human right of every Indonesian citizen, so the planting of environmental love values in madrasah becomes kemestian. This study aims to describe and explain the planting of environmental love values conducted by Islamic Religious Education teachers. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data collection of this research was conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study that the planting of the value of environmental love in MTsN 3 Padang City was carried out through the development of madrasah curriculum, including self-development programs, integration in subjects, and madrasah culture. Self-development programs include routine activities, spontaneous activities, conscientiousness, conditioning of hygiene facilities in support of planting the character of environmental love.

Abstract

Kajian ekonomi Islam merupakan ilmu maupun aktivitas antara sesama manusia dalam berinteraksi dan bersosial untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya sehari-hari. Keilmuan yang begitu luas sehingga menjadi daya tarik ilmuan atau cendikiawan Muslim dalam mengkajinya. Oleh karenanya menarik untuk dibicarakan satu tokoh ekonomi yang terkenal pada masanya, yaitu Abu Yusuf. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemikiran Abu Yusuf mengenai keuangan publik terbagi menjadi tiga sumber penerimaan negara yaitu ghanimah, sadaqah atau zakat, dan harta fay. Implementasi pemikiran Abu Yusuf tentang keuangan publik di Indonesia sejalan dengan pendapatan pajak penghasilan masuk dalam kategori sadaqah, pajak bumi dan bangunan masuk kharaj, dan pajak perdagangan internasional terdiri dari bea masuk dan keluar disebut ‘usyr.  Pembahasan ini akan di awali dengan biografi Abu Yusuf serta penjelasan singkat mengenai keuangan publik menurut pandangan Abu Yusuf.

Abstract

This study aims to illustrate how the management of Islamic curriculum in Salafiah boarding schools, this goal is based on the reality that the Islamic curriculum in each private educational institution has a difference between each other, this is because every manager of educational institutions, especially boarding schools have the authority to manage the curriculum. The methods used in this research are qualitative, research data sources of pondok pesantren leaders, representatives of curriculum fields, teachers in boarding schools are selected puvosif, data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation studies, data analyzed with an interactive approach. Based on the results of the research it is known that the management of the curriculum in salafiah boarding school Baitul Rafki As-Sa'diyah Talu is: 1) islamic curriculum planning is dominated by the results of thought and desire of the leadership of islamic boarding schools, 2) the implementation of islamic curriculum in the boarding school is carried out all human resources in accordance with the direction of the curriculum representative, 3) Evaluation of the curriculum in this boarding school is not carried out in accordance with the demands of the changing times.

Abstract

One of the fundamental aspects that characterize human beings is gender. Allah SWT created humans with male and female sex (QS. Al-Hujurat [49]: 13). This difference has consequences for the differences in character, rights and obligations between men and women. This research is a library research (liberary research) with a qualitative exploratory approach. Researcher try to find a broad and deep understanding of an object so that later a hypothesis can be found and then formulated in a theory. The data source of this research is the verses of the Qur'an which relate to gender, especially those related to differences in roles, rights and obligations between men and women. The results of this study indicate that men and women from the perspective of the Koran are not merely biological identities. Male and female are terms intended to denote the different characteristics, duties and roles of each other's presence on earth. Men are characterized by characteristics of aggressiveness and independence, while women are characterized by tenderness, obedience, and love to decorate. The main duties and roles of men are matters relating to public affairs, especially with regard to leadership and earning a living (economic sector). Meanwhile, the main duties and roles of women are related to domestic affairs, especially with regard to childcare issues.

Abstract

Media memiliki ideologi masing-masing dalam memahami suatu peristiwa atau isu tertentu. Dengan perbedaan tersebut, satu fakta yang sama dapat dijadikan berita yang berbeda. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pemberitaan mengenai pembakaran gereja yang terjadi pada tanggal 13 oktober 2015, di Aceh Singkil pada surat kabar harian Republika. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaiamana framing (pembingkaian) pemberitaan di Surat Kabar Harian Republika pada bulan Oktober sampai dengan November 2015 mengenai konflik Aceh Singkil. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis framing. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari studi dokumentasi dengan menggabungkan teknik analisis data menggunakan empat perangkat analisis framing Entman, yaitu pendefinisian masalah (define problem), perkiraan masalah (diagnose causes), penilaian moral (make moral judgement), dan penyelesaian masalah (treatment recommendation). Temuan peneliti menunjukan bahwa Surat Kabar Republika membingkai konflik Aceh Singkil adanya pelanggaran regulasi tempat ibadah yang memicu terjadi pembakaran dan kurang responsifnya aparat untuk mencegah terjadinya konflik hingga menewaskan satu orang warga.

Abstract

Madrasahs ranging from ibtidaiyah level to Aliyah have Islamic religious education curriculum, in accordance with the results of readings on various literature and initial observations made in MAN 4 West Pasaman islamic religious education learning is still faced with complex problems, the right logic for this is normal conditions are still difficult especially covid-19 conditions. The purpose of this research is to describe how blended learning is implemented in PAI learning during covid-19, this research method is descriptive qualitative, the data source used is the head of madrasah, deputy head, teacher of PAI field and some students selected purvosiv, to get data from informants used techniques that are prevalent in qualitative research namely observation, interview and documentation studies. The result of this study is, learning planning using blended learning there are differences in planning during and offline, the implementation of PAI learning with blended learning during covid-19 in MAN 4 Pasaman is done by dividing the learning ship based on odd weeks and odd classes. Third, evaluation of PAI learning with Blended learning is done by utilizing google form and video practice made by students.

Abstract

Para sarjana Muslim dalam menyikapi hal baru dalam fikih bernegara, antara kejumudan dan kebablasan. Al-Qaradawi sebagai sosok ahli hukum kontemporer berusaha menjembatani antara dua kubu yang berseberangan tersebut demi memberi landasan hukum bagi praktek bernegara umat Islam saat ini. Oleh karena itu, peneliti mengangkat isu fikih bernegara dalam konteks dunia modern perspektif Yusuf al-Qaradawi dan bagaimana corak pemikirannya. Penelitian ini berupa kajian pustaka dengan menggunakan metode analisis konten. Penelitian menghasilkan bahwa pemikiran fikih bernegara Yusuf al-Qaradawi bersifat idealis-fleksibel-realistis. Idealis dari sisi relasi negara dan agama, konstitusi negara dan kepemimpinan wanita. Fleksibel dari sisi sistem dan bentuk negara. Realistis dari sisi menyikapi demokrasi, multi partai, pencalonan wanita dan non Muslim, dan koalisi dengan pemerintahan non Islam. Fleksibilitas dan realistis sikap al-Qaradawi didasarkan pada pertimbangan bahwa as-siyasah asy-syar’iyyah termasuk hukum muamalah, bersikap moderat, memberi kemudahan, meminimalisir keburukan (taqlil asy-syarr), dan mengambil resiko yang lebih ringan (irtikab akhaff ad-dararain).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the learning patterns of teachers during the Coronavirus pandemic (Covid 19) and the supporting and inhibiting factors in SD Negeri Kramat 3, Dempet District, Demak Regency. The method used by researchers in compiling this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Teacher learning patterns during the corona pandemic (COVID-19) at SD Negeri Kramat 3, Dempet District, Demak Regency include a) Learning planning (Syllabus and RPP), b) Implementation of learning using WhatsApp, Zoom , and Email, c) Evaluation of learning is done by giving test questions. Test questions are sent to the WhatsApp group and completed by students at the specified time. 2) Supporting factors in the implementation of teacher learning during the corona pandemic (COVID-19) at SD Negeri Kramat 3, Dempet District, Demak Regency are a) Support of the principal, parents of students, and school committee, b) Awareness of all parties, C) Adequate learning devices be it internet networks, computer devices. 3) Inhibiting factors in the implementation of teacher learning during the corona pandemic (COVID-19) at SD Negeri Kramat 3, Dempet District, Demak Regency a) teacher unpreparedness in online learning, b) student unpreparedness in online learning, c) online learning tools that are not maximum, d) limited time and learning control.

Abstract

The controversy of kafir term for non-Muslims was debated in 2019. The debate originated from Nahdlatul Ulama National Conference that discussed kafir term is considered to contain theological violence (insult). The kafir interpretation raises various perspectives and views from Islamic institutions as Muhammadiyah. As a moderate Islamic organization in Indonesia, Muhammadiyah has its own interpretation to explain kafir in the Al-Qur'an. The institutional interpretation books written by Muhammadiyah collectively include Tafsir Al-Qoer'an Djoez ke Satoe and Tafsir At-Tanwir. This study aims to compare the meaning of kafir in the two Muhammadiyah interpretations. The data were collected using the documentary method and analyzed using the comparative analysis method. The results showed that the interpretation of the word kafir in the Muhammadiyah institutional interpretation books experienced a positive expansion from the theological meaning to the linguistic meaning.

Abstract

Humans are creations of Allah who have special features when compared to other creatures. The privilege is determined by his mind and conscience and is constantly growing and developing. Child development is always followed by growth both physically and psychologically. Growth itself means physiological changes as a result of the process of maturing physical functions that take place normally in children supported by environmental factors and the learning process. Religious education is one of the three subject matters that must be included in the curriculum of every formal education institution in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning Islamic religious education on the religious behavior of grade V and VI students at SD Muhammadiyah, to determine the effect of Muhammadiyah education on religious behavior of grade V and VI students at SD Muhammadiyah. as well as knowing the effect of Islamic religious education and Muhammadiyah education simultaneously on the religious behavior of grade V and VI students at SD Muhammadiyah. This type of research is correlational with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 73 students at Muhammadiyah elementary schools in Sewon District, Kab. Bantul Yogyakarta with sampling proportionate stratified random sampling using the Slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Islamic religious education and Muhammadiyah education have a positive influence on students' religious behavior. Whereas in the hypothesis test it was concluded that there was an influence between Islamic religious education on students' religious behavior by 16.5%, the effect of Muhammadiyah education on students' religious behavior was 15.2%, the effect of Islamic religious education and Muhammadiyah education on students' religious behavior was 31.7. % and the remaining 68.3% is influenced by other variables outside the model included in this study.
