Abstract

This Community Development title is consolidation of religious social programs in the people of gampong lamteh dayah kecamatan suka makmur aceh besar. The Religious Social Program has been running very well in Lamteh Dayah village. The Community Service Team only focuses on strengthening the programs so that they are sustainable in the Community. Some small obstacles were found in the realization of the program, especially regarding social psychology and political economy which were not yet well established. Regarding these problems, the Dedication team used the Participatory Action method to solve the problem. The team together with the community moves and plays a role to solve the problem. The result of this community service activity was the realization of a sustainable religious social program in Lamteh Dayah village.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are a product of the Islamic education system which is an original product from Indonesia that is not owned by other countries. The education and teaching system in Islamic boarding schools emphasizes that all activities carried out in Islamic boarding schools are worship. The purpose and characteristics of the education system in Islamic boarding schools are also expected to produce students with strong characters, namely students who can be directly useful for the community. To be able to form a strong character in students, psychological well-being is needed. Prosperous psychological conditions, in fact, significantly influence the formation of the character of students. Therefore, for managers of Islamic boarding schools, the psychological well-being of students is an important thing that becomes a major concern. This research is research on the development of the psychological welfare instrument for students based on aspects of psychological well-being. Validation of this instrument item uses content validity with the CVI formula from Aiken after being scored by expert judgment. The purpose of this study is to develop a psychological well-being instrument for students that can be used for consideration for boarding school administrators in improving the psychological well-being of students. The subjects in this study were students from Islamic boarding schools or boarding schools in Indonesia at the high school level or equivalent. The benefits of this research can identify the level of psychological well-being of students to be taken into consideration to improve the psychological well-being of students. The result of the development of the Indonesian Santri Welfare instrument has a Cronbach Alpha of 0.895Pondok pesantren merupakan produk sistem Pendidikan Islam yang merupakan produk asli Indonesia yang tidak dimiliki oleh negara lain. Sistem Pendidikan dan pengajaran di pondok pesantren menekankan bahwa seluruh aktifitas yang dilaksanakan dalam pesantren adalah ibadah. Tujuan dan karakteristik sistem Pendidikan di pondok pesantren juga diharapkan dapat mencetak santri dengan karakter yang kuat, yaitu santri yang dapat langsung berdayaguna bagi masyarakat. Untuk dapat membentuk karakter yang kuat pada santri, dibutuhkan kesejahteraan psikologis. Kondisi psikologis yang sejahtera, ternyata berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter santri. Oleh karenanya bagi pengelola pondok pesantren, kesejahteraan psikologis santri merupakan hal penting yang menjadi perhatian utama. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan instrument kesejahteraan psikologis santri yang disusun berdasarkan aspek kesejahteraan psikologis. Validasi item instrument ini menggunakan validitas isi dengan rumus CVI dari Aiken setelah diberi skor oleh expert judgement. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan instrument kesejahteraan psikologis bagi santri yang bisa digunakan untuk pertimbangan bagi pengurus pondok dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis santri. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah santri dari pondok pesantren atau boarding school di Indonesia tingkat SMA atau sederajat. Manfaat dari penelitian ini dapat mengidentifikasi tingkat kesejahteraan psikologis santri guna menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk meningkatkan kejesahteraan psikologis santri. Hasil pengembangan instrumen Kesejahteraan Psikologis Santri Indonesia ini memiliki skor Cronbach Alpha sebesar 0,895.

Abstract

The researcher aims to analyze and describe the role of the congregation movement and da'wah ja'ah in the internalization of Islamic values in Blimbingrejo. This research is qualitative research, the data collection uses observation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive data analysis techniques which included three concurrent activities, data reduction, and presentation of conclusion drawing data. The results of this study are 1) the role of the congregation movement and congregational da'wah organized by the Muhammadiyah branch of Blimbingrejo; 2) the process of internalizing religious values to the branch congregation; 3) Doctrine of religious values strengthened by the word of Allah SWT and the hadith of the Prophet. The form of success is the growth of stronger religious understanding, changes in behavior in accordance with religious values, strong ukhuwah Islamiyah and progressive thinking. The process of internalizing religious values is conveyed during recitations and other religious activities. PRM Blimbingrejo continues to develop its da'wah methodology in fostering the congregation and developing Islam in the village.Peneliti bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendiskripsikan peran gerakan jama’ah dan dakwah ja’ah dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai keislaman di Blimbingrejo. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi dan interview. Analisis data dialakukan dengan Teknik analisis data diskriptif yang mencakup tiga kegiatan bersamaan, reduksi data, penyajian data penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) peran gerakan jama’ah dan dakwah jama’ah yang diselenggarakan Pimpinan ranting Muhammadiyah  Blimbingrejo;  2) proses internalisasi nilai-nilai agama kepada jama’ah ranting; 3) Dotkrinasi nilai-nilai agama yang dikuatkan dengan firman Allah SWT dan hadist Nabi. Wujud keberhasilanya adalah pertumbuhan pemahaman agama semakin kuat, perubahan perilaku sesuai dengan nilai-nilai agama, ukhuwah Islamiyah yang kuat dan berfikir berkemajuan. Proses internalisasi nilai-nilai agama ini disampaikan pada saat pengajian dan kegiatan keagaam yang lain. PRM Blimbingrejo terus mengembangkan metodologi dakwahnya dalam membina jama’ah dan mengembangkan Islam di desa tersebut.

Abstract

tax for a country is one of the main income in the country so that the tax funds collected will have a positive impact on the population of that country, the purpose of this research is to provide education to Muslims that the tax culture that has developed in Indonesia at this time has existed since the classical Islamic era. namely in the time of Abu Yusuf, the type of research carried out by researchers in this paper was a qualitative method using a library method (library) which was reviewed from historical, books and previous research results, in research, it has been suggested that there is a modernization system in taxation in Indonesia where In the era of Abu Yusuf, taxes were focused on three main points, namely agricultural products, crop yields, tax-sharing income, while the tax was developed again by economists in Indonesia, income tax (PPN: Pajak Penambahan Nilai), value-added tax (VAT), sales tax on luxury items PPn BM), Customs duty, Land and building tax (PBB), Acquisition fees for land and buildings (BHTB). The essence of tax is a community granting for assets owned for the common welfare.

Abstract

Poverty is still a serious problem for Muslims. The distribution of zakat on target should be used to solve economic problems, especially poverty. Zakat besides being distributed consumptively can be done in a productive way. Productive Zakat can be used for economic empowerment which is useful for alleviating poverty. This writing aims to examine the thoughts of Islamic leaders who have thoughts about productive zakat which is useful for economic empowerment including Yusuf Qardhawi and Sahal Mahfudh. This research is a library research using a qualitative approach. This study chooses data sources related to the research topic based on the thoughts of Yusuf Qardhawi and Sahal Mahfudh by comparing backgrounds, main ideas, implementers, targets, standard limits, and steps for economic empowerment. The results of this study found that firstly, Yusuf Qardhawi had an idea including dividing economic problems into five categories and developing issues related to zakat management, making a person, society and government as executors of economic empowerment, distributing zakat for mustahiq zakat and the poor, and steps economic empowerment is done by conveying theories to reach the minimum and maximum limits of meeting the needs of the community. Secondly, Sahal Mahfudh has ideas including economic problems and improving zakat management, making a person, community, and government as executors of economic empowerment, zakat distributed to the poor, and empowerment steps carried out with concrete actions and have succeeded in setting minimum and maximum limits of fulfilling needs Public. Third, the similarities and differences in the thoughts of Yusuf Qardhawi and Sahal Mahfudh in economic empowerment through productive zakat. The similarities and differences of thought between the two are in the background, main ideas, implementers, targets, standard boundaries, and steps in economic empowerment.Kemiskinan masih menjadi permasalahan yang serius bagi umat Islam. Pendistribusian zakat yang tepat sasaran seharusnya dapat digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah ekonomi terutama kemiskinan. Zakat selain didistribusikan secara konsumtif dapat dilakukan dengan cara produktif. Zakat produktif dapat digunakan untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi yang berguna untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemikiran tokoh Islam yang memiliki pemikiran tentang zakat produktif yang berguna untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi diantaranya adalah Yusuf Qardhawi dan Sahal Mahfudh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini  memilih sumber data yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian berdasarkan pemikiran Yusuf Qardhawi dan Sahal Mahfudh dengan membandingkan latar belakang, gagasan pokok, pelaksana, sasaran, batas standar, dan langkah pemberdayaan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pertama, Yusuf Qardhawi memiliki gagasan diantaranya dengan membagi masalah ekonomi menjadi lima kategori dan mengembaangkan isu yang berkaitan dengan manajemen zakat, menjadikan seseorang, masyarakat dan pemerintah sebagai pelaksana pemberdayaan ekonomi, mendistirbusikan zakat untuk mustahiq zakat dan fakir miskin, dan langkah pemberdayaan ekonomi dilakukan dengan menyampaikan secara teoritis untuk mencapai batas minimal dan maksimal pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat. Kedua, Sahal Mahfudh memiliki gagasan diantaranya adalah problem ekonomi dan memperbaiki manajemen zakat, menjadikan seseorang, masyarakat, dan pemerintah sebagai pelaksana pemberdayaan ekonomi, zakat didistribusikan untuk fakir miskin, dan langkah pemberdayaan dilakukan dengan tindakan nyata dan telah berhasil menetapkan batas minimal dan maksimal pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat. Ketiga, persamaan dan perbedaan pemikiran Yusuf Qardhawi dan Sahal Mahfudh dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui zakat produktif. Persamaan dan perbedaan  pemikiran keduanya terdapat pada latar belakang, gagasan pokok, pelaksana, sasaran, batas standar, dan langkah dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi.

Abstract

This article discusses Islam and Halal products. Specifically, this article highlights a number of commercial advertisements for halal products that use religious norms as branding in Indonesia. The advertisement is seen as a commodification of religion and consolidation of religious identity, as well as showing the lifestyle of middle class Muslims. This article also explores the perceptions of young rural Muslim women who are members of the Parit Baru Village Mosque Youth Association regarding Islamic phenomena and halal products. Methodologically, this article is a descriptive qualitative research. The data in this study were obtained from the field through direct interviews with a number of Muslim women at the Parit Baru Village Mosque, and also from searching data through various literatures, books, magazines and data available on the internet related to this research. The results of the study show that Islam is a broad religion, marked by Islamic attention and regulations regarding halal products for consumption by Muslims in their daily lives. This article also concludes that advertisements for halal products in Indonesia use religious norms as branding to gain profit on the one hand, and indirectly educate middle class Muslims, especially women, to maintain the use of the hijab as a form of representation of religious identity on the other hand. This can be seen as a form of consolidation of religious identity on the one hand and the commodification of religion on the other.Artikel ini membahas tentang Islam dan produk Halal. Secara spesifik, artikel ini menyoroti sejumlah iklan komersial produk halal yang menggunakan norma agama sebagai branding di Indonesia. Iklan tersebut dilihat sebagai sebuah komodifikasi agama dan konsolidasi identitas keagamaan, serta menampilkan gaya hidup Muslim kelas menengah. Artikel ini juga menelusuri persepsi anak muda muslimah pedesaan yang tergabung dalam Ikatan Remaja Masjid Desa Parit Baru terkait fenomena Islam dan produk halal. Secara metodologi, artikel ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari lapangan melalui wawancara langsung dengan sejumlah Muslimah Remaja Masjid Desa Parit Baru, dan juga berasal dari penelusuran data melalui berbagai literatur, buku-buku, majalah dan data-data yang tersedia di internet yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa Islam adalah agama yang luas, ditandai dengan perhatian dan peraturan Islam terkait produk halal untuk dikonsumsi kalangan Muslim dalam kesehariannya. Artikel ini juga menyimpulkan bahwa iklan-iklan produk halal di Indonesia menggunakan norma agama sebagai branding untuk mendapatkan keuntungan disatu sisi, dan secara tidak langsung mengedukasi Muslim kelas menengah khususnya perempuan untuk tetap mempertahankan penggunaan jilbab sebagai bentuk representasi identitas keagamaan di sisi lain. Hal ini dapat dipandang sebagai bentuk konsolidasi identitas keagamaan disatu sisi dan komodifikasi agama di sisi lain.
