Abstract

The level of satisfaction with the service provided by PLN becomes the main priority that must be obtained by the customers. The purpose of this research is to know the quality of electricity service to customer satisfaction PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Tabanan. In this research using 100 respondents by using non random sampling method in sample selection. There are two methods used in the research is the method of statistical data and methods of observation. Statistical data is the result of respondents' assessment on importance performance analysis, validity test and Cartesian diagram. Observation is a direct observation in the study. The results of this study indicate that electricity customers Rayon Tabanan feel satisfied with the quality of electricity service PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Tabanan because the assessment of respondents on electrical continuity in the level that is felt in accordance with the expected customers with SPSS calculation of 4.59% and for the value the lowest of 3.49% is the speed of PB / PD / PS application.

Abstract

Bermacam teknologi telah diciptakan untuk berbagai keperluan dan pada berbagai bidang ilmu,salah satunya pada bidang media promosi. Promosi sangat penting bagi suatu instansi untukmenawarkan atau memperlihatkan barang atau sarana yang terdapat pada instansi.Augmented Reality (AR) adalah gabungan antara benda maya dua dimensi maupun bendamaya 3 dimensi dalam sebuah lingkungan nyata 3 dimensi. Penelitian ini membahasAugmented Reality sebagai media promosi berbasis android dimana dalam penelitianmenggunakan metode “Markerless”. Dengan penggunaan metode markerless untukmenampilkan objek dalam bentuk AR, user tidak harus menggunakan marker untukmenampilkan objek digital. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan hasil apabila marker berbentuk bulatmaka AR akan bergerak saat dijalankan karena tracking objek mengikuti sisi marker. Apabilamarker berupa tulisan maka saat dijalakan AR kadang muncul dan kadang tidak karena trackingobjek berada diantara spasi tulisan. Selain itu objek 3 dimensi harus diletakan tepat diatasmarker agar saat aplikasi dijalankan AR berada tepat diatas marker.

Abstract

For direct testing sometimes the signal level of the access point cannot always cover the maximum range of distance due to signal wave propagation in the room, such as reflection, alteration, or scattering of signals. For the purpose of implementation optimization, this study aims to obtain characteristics of signal level quality and QoS at the Mangusada Hospital of Badung Regency. The indoor propagation analysis of WLAN IEEE 802.11g is based on 3 models of measurement ie without barrier, wall barrier, and floor barrier. The result of the highest signal level measurement is -49 dBm, while the lowest signal level is -88 dBm. Maximum throughput measurement results 8.05 Mbps, from the maximum available bandwidth of 10 Mbps. While the coverage area based on testers using the software to adjust the floor plan on the building, almost in accordance with the calculation of signal level.

Abstract

Jaringan WCDMA mendukung kecepatan 2 Mbps, namun layanan internet yang diterima user kurang dari 1,2 Mbps. Oleh karena itu, akan dilakukan optimasi jaringan WCDMA untuk meningkatkan throughput internet. Data penelitian menyangkut throughput, RTWP, dan congestion dari operator XL daerah Tuban–Bali. Penelitian dilakukan selama empat bulan dengan target mendapat nilai throughput minimal 1,2 Mbps. Optimasi RTWP yaitu dengan penambahan filter, source code, juga pengubahan power transmit sedangkan optimasi congestion dengan penambahan kapasitas user. Hasil dari penelitian, optimasi RTWP meningkatkan throughput site 3611012G sebesar 394.4806 kbps dan site 3614803G sebesar 200.2185 kbps. Optimasi congestion meningkatan throughput site 361MBZ794G sebesar 64.8871 kbps.

Abstract

Grounding is a basic measure to guarantee the security, reliability of the operation of the system and ensure the safety of humans and living things when there is a ground disturbance in the electric power system. In research on the earthing system, what must be considered is the nature of the soil as the place where the grounding system will be installed. The difference in soil type and acidity will affect the safety quality of the grounding system. This study discusses the acidity of the soil to get an appropriate earthing system on different soil textures. The research method used is direct measurement of acidity and resistivity of different soil textures. As well as analyzing by calculating the optimization of 4 types of earthing system namely Rod, Multiple Rod, Plate, Mesh and Grid-Rod technically. The results of the analysis found that each soil has a different level of acidity. The stronger the soil acidity, the smaller the type of resistance produced. A good acidity level is used for the grounding system (pH <7). Unequal acidity causes different types of soil resistivity, so the shape of the grounding system will vary according to the texture and type of soil.

Abstract

Seiring waktu, mutu pendidikan di Indonesia terus berkembang. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan ini tentu disertai dengan kualitas pengajarnya. Kualitas pengajar khususnya guru ditingkatkan melalui sertifikasi guru. Sertifikasi Guru diadakan setiap tahun. Dibutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam proses penilaian sertifikasi guru. Penelitian ini menyajikan suatu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan metode PROMETHEE untuk menentukan kelulusan peserta sertifikasi guru. Terdapat lima kriteria dalam penilaian. Nilai dari masing-masing kriteria digunakan untuk perhitungan pada metode PROMETHEE. Hasil dari perhitungan tersebut yaitu nilai akhir peserta dengan status kelulusan yang disertai pula dengan ranking.

Abstract

Drop call is an example of a problem that is often experienced by users of voice telecommunications services. From this condition, this riset raises the topic of drop call analysis on WCDMA networks in the Renon cluster (nodeB MYAMIN_CR, AKABA_PL, and BUNDARANRENON_PL). Data retrieval needed (Call Set Up Success Rate (CSSR), Call Drop Ratio (CDR), RSCP and Ec/No) is done by drive test using G-NetTrack Pro software. Based on the analysis of the results of the drive test, there were 10 drop call problems. The problems indentified cause by missing neighbors, handover failure, bad spot, coverage problems and overshoot. Bad spots, coverage problems, and overshoot are the initial causes of missing neighbors and handovers failure. Missing neighbors and handover failure begins with the poor value of RSCP and Ec/No, so that the cellphone will try to do a handover. To analyze the drive test results, drive test data is carried out using Atoll software. From the comparison found extreme conditions resulting from obstacle which cause a significant difference in value between the results of the drive test and simulation. The high attenuation rate drop call location due to the obstacle also results in RSCP and Ec/No values being obtained when measurements in the field are low. The low parameter values of RSCP and Ec / No then cause a drop call.

Abstract

Participation Credit Unit (PCU) is a system of appreciation to Udayana University's students for their participation in student activities in both academic and non academic fields. It is one of the requirements that must be met by every student in order to be allowed to follow graduation. At the Faculty of Engineering of Udayana University, there are some data of students’ PCU that are not stored well, so the data get lost and make the process of inputting the PCU of students become problematic. In this study, the information system being built will be used to manage the PCU data of Faculty of Engineering students of Udayana University. This information system is built by using an HTML programming language, PHP with MySQL DBMS and by using the Bootstrap Framework. The results of the System Usability Scale (SUS) test given to (20) users of the system obtained an average value of 80,88 which means that the it has the values of Excellent Adjective Ratings, B Scale Grade and Acceptable Acceptability Ranges.

Abstract

Ukuran aktivitas gerak video dapat digambarkan dengan nilai rata-rata Normalized Frame Difference (NFD) berdasarkan parameter frame difference. Pengukuran aktivitas gerak video dilakukan pada video dengan tingkat aktivitas gerak yang berbeda pada frame rate 25 fps, 12,5 fps, 6,25 fps dan 3,125 fps. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa untuk tingkat aktivitas gerak yang meningkat maka, didapat nilai rata-rata NFD yang meningkat pula, sementara penurunan frame rate pada video yang sama, juga mengakibatkan meningkatnya nilai rata-rata NFD. Sehingga nilai rata-rata NFD dapat dipakai untuk mengkategorikan suatu video untuk proses lebih lanjut.

Abstract

In Bali, especially at Tiga Nusa, the need for electricity is increasing along with the development of the construction of resorts and hotels. In this study, a sample of cases was taken in 2014 regarding the Lembongan feeder network system which was still installed with several LBS (Load Break Switch) which used to localize interference. Therefore, to anticipate interference and improve the reliability of feeders, one of many ways is to add an automatic back cover (recloser). This study aims to determine the optimal recloser location in the Lembongan feeder by using a combined method of fuzzy logic and particle swarm optimization with the help of MATLAB software. The results of this study obtained the best location of the recloser in group 5, namely the area between LBS SD 3, LBS Celagi Empak, and LBS Lembongan by adding one recloser. The SAIFI value is 1,9471 times / customer / year and the SAIDI value is 1,4596 hours / customer / year where the world class service parameter standard for the SAIFI reliability index is 3 times / customer / year and the SAIDI reliability index is 2,5 hours / customer / year.
