Abstract

PT. Sejahtera Indobali Trada is a car maintenance and sales service company. Excellent customer satisfaction is prioritized by this company. The best service must be done by using facilities effectively. For this reason, energy management is needed. Energy auditing is the first step in energy management. Energy audit to find out the use of electricity and opportunities. Energy audit includes the contents of energy data with available data and calculating Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) based on the data collected. Previously, PT. Sejahtera Indobali Trada has never conducted an energy audit. This research method is done by calculating and comparing electrical energy in energy and energy systems. The results were obtained at 6.82% with the IKE difference between pre-audit and post-audit amounting to 0.59 kWh / m2 / month.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan telekomunikasi yang begitu pesat telah mendorong semakin berkembangnya sebuah informasi. Salah satunya informasi mengenai persaingan yang ketat dalam melakukan alternatif pengembangan jaringan akses. Dipilihnya jaringan 4G dimaksudkan sebagai solusi jaringan komunikasi yang komprehensif dan aman, dengan kecepatan data yang jauh lebih cepat dari generasi sebelumnya. Secara umum hal tersebut diminta untuk menyediakan layanan berkualitas tinggi dan kecepatan transfer data yang lebih cepat. Perencanaan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam pemilihan BTS untuk diaktifkan fitur 4G sangat diperlukan oleh operator jaringan telekomunikasi dalam menentukan BTS yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkan. Pada penelitian ini telah dapat dibuat sebuah SPK (Sistem Pendukung Keputusan) berbasis web untuk me-nyelesaikan masalah alternatif pemilihan BTS. Pengembangan dari aplikasi yang dibangun ini meng-gunakan metodologi Waterfall System. Sedangkan metode pengambilan keputusan menggunakan metode Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE). Pada tahap implementasi, sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, serta MySQL sebagai da-tabasenya. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini dapat menghasilkan alternatif BTS yang disarankan se-suai dengan kriteria yang didasarkan pada hasil analisis metode PROMETHEE. Perbedaan dari 2 je-nis perhitungan secara manual dan menggunakan sistem terlihat pada peringkat 3 terbaik dari 20 BTS yang diseleksi.

Abstract

Penyaluran daya listrik di kawasan Badung Tengah dan Badung Utara disuplai oleh Penyulang Blahkiuh yang bersumber dari Trafo-IV 10 MVA Gardu Induk Kapal. Penyulang ini berbentuk konfigurasi jaringan distribusi 20 kV tipe radial dengan 172 bus. Rugi-rugi Penyulang Blahkiuh sebesar 0,150 MW. Untuk mengurangi rugi-rugi daya pada penyulang Blahkiuh maka dilakukan pemasangan kapasitor. Dalam paper ini dilakukan pemasangan 1 kapasitor sebesar 600 kVAR di Penyulang Blahkiuh. Dalam menentukan lokasi pemasangan kapasitor digunakan metode Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO).Berdasarkan analisa yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Particle Swarm Optimization diperoleh bahwa lokasi optimal dalam pemasangan kapasitor terdapat pada Bus 28. Pemasangan kapasitor pada Bus terjadi penurunan rugi-rugi daya pada Penyulang Blahkiuh dari 0,150 MW menjadi 0,087 MW. Tegangan terendah pada bus 0,9430 p.u.

Abstract

Sistem keanggotaan konsumen dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengatasi pelanggaran atas hak konsumen mengenai uang kembalian. Uang kembalian yang tidak dapat diberikan oleh kasir karena ketiadaan uang pecahan kecil akan dicatat jumlahnya dalam sistem, dan dapat digunakan sewaktu-waktu dalam transaksi di ritel tersebut. Sistem yang digunakan memanfaatkan teknologi RFID sebagai kartu anggota. Perangkat keras yang digunakan adalah modul pembaca RFID RDM6300 dan Arduino UNO microcontroller board. Perangkat lunak dirancang dengan aplikasi Delphi 7. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem mampu mengidentifikasi setiap pelanggan dan dapat menyimpan nominal uang kembalian yang disimpan oleh tiap-tiap pelanggan sehingga konsumen masih tetap memiliki hak atas uang kembaliannya.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the number of people who dead from suffered kidney disease has increasing. It’shappens because many people has less knowledge about the early symptoms of this disease. Kidney is one of the important organ in human body, which’s it performs to filtrating excess salt, water, and acid. Information technology utilization could be a great solution for this case. Build an expert system application based on instant messenger for early diagnose check of kidney disease is expect to do the initial diagnose process to be faster and could engage more people who curious about this disease. The system method that was used in this research is forward chaining method who based on multiplatforms using Telegram instant messanger application. This application could solves the problem which is it application can displaying the diagnosis result quickly and accurately based on the symptoms that will be asked by the system. In black box testing, this application has functions that have been successful. And based on the results of usabilty scale system testing (SUS), obtained ascore of 78 which means this application can run well on Telegram Messaging.

Abstract

Timbulnya distrosi harmonisa dari pengoperasian beban non-linier dapat mengakibatkan sistem kelistrikan menjadi tidak normal. Hal ini terbukti melalui simulasi pada Blue Point Bay Villa & Spa yang memiliki mayoritas berupa beban nonlinier. Simulasi dilakukan menggunakan software ETAP, pengelompokkan jenis beban nonlinier, perhitungan daya aktif (P) dan arus beban (IL), analisis THD(Total Harmonic Distraction) hasil simulasi dibandingkan dengan standar IEEE 519-1992, batas maksimum THDI untuk SCratio<20 adalah 5,0% sedangkan THDV adalah 5,0%. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan nilai THDI di Blue Point Bay Villa & Spa tidak memenuhi standar, yaitu seluruh SDP(Sub Distribution Panel) memiliki persentase diatas 5,0% dengan presentase paling besar terdapat di SDP 1.5 sebesar 19,48% sedangkan persentase THDI di SDP lainnya memiliki rata-rata sebesar 8,8%. Nilai THDV hasil simulasi memenuhi standar, yaitu seluruh SDP memiliki nilai THDV dibawah 5%, persentase THDV paling besar terdapat di SDP 1.3 sebesar 2,83% sedangkan persentase THDV di SDP lainnya memiliki rata-rata sebesar 2,72%.

Abstract

Gigabit Passive Optical Network is an optical fiber-based access network technology that is able to provide high data rates and bandwidth. With these advantages, PT. TELKOM applies it to IndiHome services. STO Sukawati has just finished the migration process so that an analysis of service quality is needed to ensure that it is in accordance with ITU-T.G.984 standards. The purpose of this study was to study how the quality of the Sukawati STO IndiHome Link service network. The method used in this study is the method of measurement, calculation and simulation. In the data measurement method taken at PT. Telkom. The calculation method is done mathematically and the simulation method uses the OptiSystem program. The results of measurements, calculations and simulations are compared and then classified according to the standard ITU-T G.984. The parameters that are compared are Power Link Budget, Rise Time Budget, BER, and Q-factor. The measurement results for the furthest customers were obtained by Prx, which was -21.823 dBm, in the simulation and calculation obtained -19,964 dBm and -19,985 dBm. For the Rise Time Budget calculation a total rise time of 0.264 ns is still below the maximum rise time of the NRZ signal bit rate of 0.2917 ns. The results of BER and Q-factor were obtained 1.3x10-17 and 8.45857. The quality of the IndiHome network is categorized as feasible, because it meets the ITU-T G.984 standard.

Abstract

I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali previously had a Substation (SS) D which serves the electrical system for the operation of modified Sewage Treatment Plant, however that substation currently under development with the construction of SS VVIP which serves the electrical system for the operation of VVIP buildings and Sewage Treatment Plant. To maintain the security of equipment and humans around the SS VVIP building a good grounding system is needed with a grounding resistance value of <1 Ohm. Because the land at Ngurah Rai Airport is sandy land, the suitable grounding systems are Pelat, Mesh, Grid-Rod groundinh systems [1]. To get an R value <1 Ohm, an analysis of each grounding system is needed, namely Pelat, Mesh, Grid-Rod.The results of the analysis showed that the safest system was the Grid-Rod grounding system with a grounding resistance value of 0.3718 Ohm, a touch voltage value of 223.51 Volt, a step voltage value of 1188.69 Volt and a planning cost of Rp7,712,500. Based on the construction planning data of the SS VVIP Ngurah Rai Airport, the grounding system used is the same as the result of the analysis of the Grid - Rod grounding system.

Abstract

Prototype system for measuring the level of water debit on weir by using an Arduino mega 2560 based ultrasonic sensor. It is created for detecting flood system that works automatically by finding out the water level on the weir’s surface. This water surface level monitoring system is conducted by implementing an Arduino mega 2560 based ultrasonic system, which will compute the water level created at certain levels. This prototype device for measuring the water level on weir by using Arduino mega 2560 based ultrasonic sensor consists of Arduino Mega 2560, HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor, 16 X 2 LCD, and Buzzer. Arduino serves to determine the sensor value and provides the output accordingly with the sensor measurement. HC-SR04 Sensor functions to read the water level from a distance of 2 cm to 300 cm, this water level would be displayed on the LCD and the sound from Buzzer is going to sound the alarm at an altitude of 16 cm to 45 cm.

Abstract

The transformer is the main equipment that is very important at the substation. However, sometimes there can be damage to the transformer used. Damage to the transformer will be able to disrupt the distribution of electricity, so it must get the right security, determining the right relay setting is an attempt to protect equipment, system security and consumer needs from possible disruption in the distribution system.In some roles, efforts to protect the power transformer if there is a short circuit between phase and phase to the ground, then this study will study the coordination of the security system of power transformers in Padang Sambian main substation.The results of the calculation of overcurrent relay (OCR) on the 150KV transformer that has been done is obtained the results of the CT primary side current setting of 254.1 A and for the secondary side of 3.178 A. For the actual working time of the relay is 0.91 seconds, if the current exceeds value of this setting there will be a trip. The results of the calculation of overcurrent relay (OCR) on the 20KV transformer that has been done is obtained the results of the CT primary side current setting of 1905 A and for the secondary side is obtained for 4.76 A. For the actual working time relay result is 3.69 seconds, if the current exceeds the value of this setting there will be a trip.
