Abstract

Long Term Evolution (LTE) is the 4th generation of cellular telecommunications technology. According to the standard, LTE provides uplink speeds of up to 50 Mbps and downlink speeds of up to 100 Mbps. In the Denpasar area is a region that has a high level of data package usage, especially LTE technology, which is an average of 83,790,262 Gbits per day, because this area is an area with a fairly dense population. The method that is currently widely used to determine the quality of a network is the Test Drive method. In this study, the author will take a sample of RSRP values for distances of 100 - 400 m in BTS L_Bundaranrenon_PL, BTS L_Akaba_PL and BTS L_Myamin_CR owned by PT. Indosat. In the results of the study, by comparing the RSRP value of the simulation results using the Atoll Software with the RSRP value from the Test Drive obtained a correction factor value, which will then be added to the simulation to get a RSRP value closer to the simulation using the Atoll Software with the Test Drive results. Correction factor value obtained after adding attenuation to the simulation for housing conditions the maximum margin value is -4.99 dBm, while for the open area condition the maximum margin value is -4.22 dBm.

Abstract

Past history is a legacy of its predecessor which should be maintained and preserved by the next younger generation. One of them is the famous masterpiece of Indonesia that is Wayang purwa. It is also called shadow puppets because it is made of calf leather. Wayang purwa itself usually uses the story of Mahabharata and Ramayana. One solution that can be used is implementing Wayang purwa in the form of mobile based learning media applications. Learning media applications are built to run on Android-based smart phones by using Unity software that features 2D with user interface, drag and drop and scripting C # programming lan-guages. The application of wayang purwa learning media provides knowledge about the wayang or the puppet shadow’s appearance and characters in the form of puzzle games as well as quizzes. Based on the results of usability testing by using questionnaires to 30 respondents, it was obtained the results on visual graphics aspect test that 57% of the respondents gave good response while in the aspect of entertainment and learning showed that 90% gave good response. In addition, based on the testing by using the black box method the overall functional-ity of the application has been running well. The learning media application is expected to in-crease the interest of the younger generation to learn wayang purwa.

Abstract

Audit Energi merupakan cara yang digunakan untuk mengetahui penggunaan energi pada bangunan gedung serta mengetahui langkah langkah penghematanya. Pada penelitian ini audit dilakukan pada hotel Sun Island yang terletak di Jalan Kartika Plaza, Kuta Bali, Kabupaten Badung. Audit awal didapat bahwa tingkat Intensitas Konsumsi Energi (IKE) pada Hotel Sun Island Bali memiliki konsumsi energi listrik rata-rata 4.1 kWh/m2/bulan. IKE standar, berdasarkan ESDM No 13/2012 IKEuntuk bangunan gedung ber AC sangat efisien yaitu < 8 kWh/m2/bulan. Dari hasil penelitian,dengan melakukan penggantian lampu dan penggantian kapasitas AC berdasarkan teori didapatkan nilai IKE pada hotel Sun Island sebesar 3,1 kWh/meter2/ bulan.Sehingga terjadi penghematan konsumsi energi sebesar 1 kWh/meter2/bulan dan Pembayaran energi listrik dapat di hemat sebesar Rp17.700.497, - setiap bulannya atau rata rata pengehematan setiap bulanya sebesar 49 %.

Abstract

Perkembangan jaringan Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) adalah dengan ditetapkannya standar yang dikeluarkan oleh Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) yaitu WLAN IEEE 802.11g. Penelitian ini untuk menentukan kualitas layanan (Quality of Service) video conference pada jaringan WLAN 802.11g, sehingga dapat menjadi masukan untuk perancangan video conference. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi dapat disimpulkan pada perhitungan teoritis throughput maksimum WLAN 802.11g pada data rate 54 Mbps adalah 20,78 Mbps, bertambahnya jumlah client dan peningkatan frame rate berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan nilai bitrate dan packet loss.

Abstract

Arowana fish farming sector is one sector that can support the economy of Indonesia society. But most fish farmers in Indonesia are still using conventional procedures for the cultivation of fish that can cause a variety of losses. In this study offered a solution in the form of a simulation design of an Arowana Fish Nurseries Monitoring System-Based on The Iot Scheme using Cisco Packet Tracer 7.0 Application as a Simulator. In the designing process, the monitoring system will be split into two sub system such as security system and arowana aquaculture support system. There are four kind of sensor that can be used in the simulation process such as CO2 Detector, Temperature Monitor, Motion Detector, and Water Level Monitor. If the sensor detects a value that does not match the specified parameter then the attenuator of the sensor will react according to the conditions set through the condition setting. Information generated by these devices will then be sent to the server, then to access information and monitor the devices can be done through a web server that has been available. The result from this study is that the simulation can run well but there are still shortcomings because of the limitations of the simulator used so it is expected that in the next version of simulator the limitations can be overcome

Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan institusi yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan. Keberadaan rumah sakit sangat erat kaitannya dengan dunia asuransi salah satu diantaranya adalah asuransi kesehatan. Tingginya animo masyarakat terhadap layanan kesehatan yang ada di rumah sakit tidak diimbangi dengan informasi yang lengkap mengenai rumah sakit tersebut seperti informasi lokasi serta asuransi yang dilayani. Pada era informasi ini, kebutuhan informasi menjadi sangat penting. Masyarakat memerlukan akses secara cepat dan mudah untuk memperoleh informasi. Dengan permasalahan yang ada perlu dibangun suatu sistem informasi geografis yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai rumah sakit serta asuransi yang dilayani. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan adalah Sistem Informasi Geografis Rumah Sakit berdasarkan jenis asuransi kesehatan berbasis Android. Sistem ini dapat memberikan informasi mengenai rumah sakit beserta asuransi yang dilayani.

Abstract

Solar photovoltaic is one solution to provide green and sustainable electricity. Currently, most of PV application requires inverter as the electrical appliances are mostly powered by AC voltage. The inverter is the most complex components in a solar PV system as it contains complex electronic circuitry and also expensive. One solution to eliminate the use of an inverter is DC house in which power is distributed in DC voltage. For the urban consumer, which uses a wide range of electrical appliances, DC house requires the availability of DC powered electrical appliances. However, information about the availability of DC powered equipment is still limited. This paper reviews the availability of DC powered electrical appliances to get insight into the current status of this device. This study conducted an online survey targetting popular e-commerce which sells electrical appliances. The study showed that almost all electrical equipment commonly installed in the urban house of Indonesia are now available as DC powered appliances.

Abstract

Gedung Sewaka Dharma Kota Denpasar dibangun dengan konsep desain green building. Dengan konsep desain green building, gedung Sewaka Dharma diharapkan mampu menghemat energi di dalam pengoperasiannya. Konsep desain green building yang diterapkan antara lain, gedung dibuat dengan banyak jendela kaca, memakai sistem ventilasi vertikal, lingkungan di dalam dan di luar gedung yang hijau serta pemakaian solar sel untuk lampu penerangan luar dalam mengurangi konsumsi energi. Dari hasil studi yang dilakukan ada perbedaan antara perencanaan dan realisasi dalam pembangunannya. Suhu dan kelembaban yang tinggi mengakibatkan terjadinya pemasangan AC di masing-masing ruangan. Suhu dan kelembaban yang tinggi diakibatkan karena tidak berjalannya sistem ventilasi alami pada gedung tersebut. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa konsep green building yang diterapkan pada gedung Sewaka Dharma tidak mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman bagi pegawainya.

Abstract

Expert System to Detection Damage of Handphone Hardware Based Desktop Based is an application used to obtain a solution in overcoming damage to mobile phones. During this time people have difficulty when faced with obstacles and damage that occurred on their mobile phone. Interaction model between system and user using question and answer model, and have knowledge base system for Knowledge Engineer in order to add new knowledge. This system used backward chainning method. Tree diagram that are modeled on the rules of the knowledge base are stored in the MySQL database and in the making of the system using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language. The use of backward chainning method can help the user to get mobile damage solution, the solution has been obtained can give the user a knowledge of damage to his mobile phone.

Abstract

Kebutuhan energi listrik akan terus berkembang seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk serta sarana pendukungnya. Dengan demikian sistem kelistrikan yang sesuai dengan standar sangat diperlukan mengingat gangguan yang sering terjadi maka perlu adanya suatu analisis sistem keandalan dan losses daya pada penyulang VI. Penyulang ini melayani kota Dili yang meliputi Kawasan Caicoli, Audian, BidauMasau, Cristo Rei, LahaneOcidentaldan LahaneOriental. PenyulangVI ini merupakan sistem radial, terdiri dari 39 unit trafo distribusi dengan panjang saluran 17,490 km dan kapasitas bebannya 6440KVA.Untuk mengetahui kondisi sistem distribusi di kota Dili maka dengan bantuan program software EDSA (Electrical System Power Design Software) drop tegangan yang terdapat pada sistem distribusi penyulang VI dapat dianalisis.Drop tegangan terbesar adalah 4.24% yang terjadi pada trafo 26, dengan susut keseluruhan yang terjadi pada penyulang VI adalah sebesar 121,600 KW dan 120,926 KVAR. Serta dari hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan pada penyulang VI maka didapatkan Indeks Keandalan untuk SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index) adalah; 1,69 pemadaman/pelanggan/tahun dan untuk SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) adalah : 5,257 jam/pelanggan/tahun.
