Abstract

Berkembangnya dunia teknologi telekomunikasi dan informasi sejalan dengan kebutuhan akan kecepatan dan kestabilan akses internet teknologi UMTS. Metode drive test adalah metode yang biasanya digunakan untuk pengukuran kualitas sebuah site. Pihak provider umumnya menggunakan software TEMS Investigation dalam melakukan drive test. Melakukan drive test dengan TEMS Investigation sangatlah tidak praktis dan memerlukan biaya yang besar. Berkembangnya teknologi smartphone membuat drive test dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan handphone yaitu dengan G-NetTrack Pro. Namun G-NetTrack Pro tidak memiliki kemampuan yang sama dengan TEMS Investigation. Software G-NetTrack Pro dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pembelajaran yaitu untuk pengenalan drivetest namun belum cocok digunakan secara profesional. G-NetTrack Pro dapat menampilkan data yang dibutuhkan dalam drive test namun tidak sedetail TEMS Investigation, sehingga dalam proses pembelajaran dapat digunakan untuk pengenalan karena efisien dan dapat di install pada handphone mahasiswa namun tidak dapat digunakan melakukan drive test misalnya dalam dunia kerja atau secara professional.

Abstract

The development of network technology is increasingly growing. The high amount of digital data passed on computer networks is currently influenced by the increasing use and need of the era of digitalization. Therefore it is required reliable network conditions and can provide time efficiency. This final project analyzed the effect of jumbo frame service quality on data transfer process. The experiment conducted int two types frame network that is normal frame and jumbo frame network. It is found that the best average of frame size is 5000 bytes. In term of QoS parameters obtained that for packet loss ranges from 0.01% to 1.22%, delay ranges from 94 to 400 seconds, and throughput ranges from 20 to 50Mbps. Compared with the frame size of 9000 bytes with packet loss value of more than 2%.

Abstract

The addition of UGC cable (Under Ground Cable) and equipment rating’s change for the reconfiguration from Air Insulated Swichgear into Gas Insulated Switchgear at Pesanggaran substation. Therefore need to reset distance relay settings so that relays can work more selectively and reliably. Using manual and simulation calculations, the results obtained from distance relay reset GIS Pesanggaran - GI Pemecutan Kelod, with impedance value 1 = 2.055 ?, zone 2 = 5.73 ? and zone 3 = 11.01 ? with time delay at zone 1 = 0 seconds, zone 2 = 0.4 seconds and zone 3 = 1.6 seconds. This setting shows that the reload setting value can secure the line from the 3 phase short circuit fault obtained from the simulation results.

Abstract

VoIP is a technology used to communicate voice remotely and directly using data communication lines with TCP / IP protocol. But basically, VoIP communication does not guarantee data security when doing communication. A very important security system is added in VoIP communications to maintain the confidentiality of communication, so that communication can not be recorded and played back. To build a security when communicating VoIP, then in this study added an SRTP-TLS security system. The study was conducted on wireless networks by comparing the security of data communications when using the SRTP-TLS security system and without using a security system.Keywords: Wireless, Security System, VoIP

Abstract

Kajian kuat medan listrik pada konfigurasi horisontal saluran transmisi 150 kV dilakukan untuk menganalisis karakteristik hasil pengukuran kuat medan listrik yang ditimbulkan saluran transmisi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan perhitungan kuat medan listrik dan melakukan pengukuran langsung di lokasi pengukuran. Perhitungan dan pengukuran kuat medan listrik menggunakan 7 titik yang berada di bawah konduktor saluran transmisi 150 kV. Selanjutnya, dilakukan analisis karakteristik hasil perhitungan dan pengukuran kuat medan listrik. Hasil perhitungan kuat medan listrik tertinggi berada di lokasi 3 sebesar 4040 V/m dan hasil pengukuran tertinggi kuat medan listrik terjadi di lokasi 3 sebesar 5387 V/m. Hasil perhitungan dan pengukuran tertinggi di lokasi ini disebabkan oleh jarak konduktor terhadap tanah lebih dekat dari lokasi yang lain. Karakteristik bentuk hasil perhitungan kuat medan listrik dengan jarak yang sama dari pusat titik perhitungan sama, disebabkan tegangan masing-masing fase tetap. Karakteristik hasil pengukuran kuat medan listrik pada masing-masing titik pengukuran berbeda. Perbedaan karakteristik tersebut disebabkan oleh waktu pengukuran kuat medan listrik di masing-masing titik pengukuran berbeda, sehingga tegangan pada masing-masing fase berubah-ubah.

Abstract

The development of technology is connected with customer needs for the speed and stability of LTE network access. Ensuring the quality of the LTE network can be done by measuring using the drive test method in the service area. The test drive must be equipped with software such as Nemo Handy and G-Net Track Pro. Nemo Handy is a professional drive test software that is widely used by providers, while G-Net Track Pro is a drive test software that was previously applied in the learning process at the campus. So that the measurement results using Nemo Handy and G-Net Track Pro for RSRP, RSRQ and SINR parameters need to be compared to performance. From the comparison of RSRP between measurements with theoretical stated Nemo Handy measurement results are closer than G-Net Track Pro. For example, the difference between RSRP in the PURADEMAK eNodeB for Nemo Handy was 5.96 dBm and the G-Net Track Pro was 9.4 dBm. This is due to the weakness of the G-Net Track Pro device that does not have the PCI locking feature as in Nemo Handy so that at some point the measurement cannot be compared.

Abstract

Dalam mengatasi kondisi overload generator saat terjadi gangguan yang menyebabkan ketidak stabilan, PT. Pertamina RU IV mengandalkan kerja load shedding berdasarkan SOP yang telah ditetapkan. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya prosedur SOP yang diberlakukan memiliki beberapa kekurangan, diantaranya adalah belum sesuai dengan standar IEEE yang berlaku global, waktu untuk menstabilkan kembali sistem cukup lama, serta seringkali terjadi pelepasan beban yang sebenarnya tidak perlu. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan studi terhadap kestabilan sistem dan load shedding yang diberlakukan dengan menggunakan standar IEEE sebagai acuan. Hasil studi menunjukkan, penggunaan load shedding IEEE untuk mengatasi masalah kestabilan sistem di PT. Pertamina RU IV lebih efektif, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pengujian kestabilan sistem dimana prosedur load shedding IEEE berhasil menstabilkan kembali frekuensi sistem menjadi 99,85% dalam waktu 23 detik, 98,5% dalam waktu 8 detik, 99,16% dalam waktu 40 detik menjadi 98,48% dalam waktu 70 detik pada 4 studi kasus yang dilakukan.

Abstract

RSBM feeder is one of the feeders sourced from transformer 2 of the Amlapura Substation. This feeder is a radial type 20 kV distribution network configuration with 133 distribution transformers with a total power of 5.428 kVA and a load of 144 amperes. The lowest voltage condition in RSBM feeders has reached 18,608 kV or a voltage drop of 6.96%. To overcome the voltage drop and power loss in RSBM feeders, it is necessary to reconfigure the network. Network reconfiguration is done by planning a new feeder (Rendang feeder). Analysis of power loss and voltage drop using the help of ETAP software. Based on studies that have been done, before the network reconfiguration is obtained the percentage of voltage drop is 6,98% and the power loss is 5,68%. After being reconfigured with a new feeder plan (Rendang feeder), it showed good results, ie the percentage of voltage drop dropped to 2.09% and the power loss dropped to 3.20%. Whereas the Rendang feeder showed good results with the percentage of voltage drop of 2.78% and the power loss of 3.47%. Based on load forecasting for the next 5 years on RSBM feeders the voltage drop and power loss are still according to the standard. Whereas the Rendang feeder occurs a voltage drop and a power loss that is not up to standard in 2023, namely a voltage drop of 5.20% and a power loss of 5.07%. So that for the Rendang feeder in 2023 it is necessary to break the load or reconfigure the feeder again.

Abstract

Long Term Evolution (LTE) merupakan teknologi jaringan seluler generasi keempat (4G) yang distandarisasi oleh 3GPP (third Generation Partnership Project). Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisa pengaruh jarak antara user equipment dengan eNodeB terhadap nilai RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power) pada teknologi LTE 900 MHz. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengukuran drive test serta perhitungan Link Budget dan Model Propagasi. Hasil dan analisa menunjukkan perubahan nilai RSRP yang tidak teratur yang disebabkan karena faktor obstacle yang bervariasi dilingkungan propagasi. Menurut hasil perhitungan Link Budget dan Model Propagasi pada objek penelitian diperoleh penurunan nilai RSRP sebesar 0,04 dBm setiap perubahan jarak 0,1 km. Berdasarkan perbandingan diperoleh model propagasi W.C.Y. Lee lebih mendekati dengan hasil pengukuran drive test dibandingkan model propagasi Okumura Hatta.

Abstract

Customer PT. PLN (Persero) has been getting prepaid and postpaid electric service programs, on postpaid electricity PT. PLN is still using conventional ways to monitor the electricity consumption of its customers. PLN officers must record meters, calculate and publish accounts to be paid by customers. In this study using electrical energy monitoring system using SMS that can measure and monitor the use of electrical energy in real time, using the method of direct measurement. Results from the current sensor readings and voltage sensors will be forwarded to the microcontroller to be converted into the amount of electrical energy consumption and the amount of payment in accordance with tariffs that have been determined PLN. The research was conducted in Basic Laboratory of Electrical Engineering, Laboratory of Energy Conversion, Laboratory of Workshop & Electrical Installation, Electrical Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University.
