Abstract

The terminal is a public motor vehicle station which used to regulate arrival and departure, pick and drop passenger and/or stuff, and movement of transportation mode. This research aims to know terminal technical performance, quality of service and level of satisfaction and make recommendations for handling to be more optimal.The methods which used in this research for data collection are used terminal inventory survey methods, static surveys and interviews of terminal service users and literary methods. Analysis method using descriptive analysis of terminal technical performance to know the space capacity and terminal facility needs, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods to know perceptions of terminal service users and SWOT analysis methods to obtain optimization strategies for handling. Based on IPA analysis method shows that passenger and driver feel less satisfied with service of sub terminal of Trayeman and obtained SWOT quadrant value for the x-axis is -0.15 and for the y-axis is 1.20 with the recommendations given are change strategy, among others with maintain location, accessibility, stretch path, improvement of main facilities and supporting facilities and with local government fund support in order to improveservice to the community. The calculation of the three investment criteria for structuring the utilization of trayeman sub terminal obtained values NPV Rp.157,692,680 B/C Ratio value is 1.05 and IRR value is 8.23% and it can be concluded that the project is feasible to implement.Key word: Terminal, IPA, SWOT, Investment criteria

Abstract

One of the most frequent tasks of Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) of Grobogan Regency is the handling of road damage with routine road maintenance. Implementation of material procurement is done contractually with provider of goods / services while for the implementation of activities in the field implemented by UPTD area according to location of activity. So in the implementation of road maintenance activities PUPR Service Grobogan District requires a method of engineering value or commonly called Value Engineering in order to be implemented efficiently and optimally. The purpose of this study is to determine the cost efficiency in the implementation of road maintenance; know the cost components that have the potential to be saved / streamlined in the implementation of road maintenance and also to know the extent to which this value engineering can be applied to the implementation of road maintenance on a self-managed basis. The method used is descriptive qualitative with analytical technique using value engineering to answer the background of problem and purpose. The results of this study indicate that contractual road maintenance is cheaper because it does not rent equipment but has a short plan life of maximum 3 years. While road maintenance is done by self-managed has a plan life of up to 5 years. The cost of renting equipment is a very possible component to save. Value engineering also yields a final conclusion that road maintenance work carried out with self-managed systems has a short and efficient procedure; better road quality and faster processing times compared to conventional systems. Keywords: Grobogan District; Road Maintenance; Value Engineering.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPopulation growth and growth of economic sector, causing high level of population mobility or high level of travel. Increased vehicle travel that is not followed by an increase in the quality and quantity of adequate transport infrastructure can lead to an imbalance between greater travel demands compared to the availability of existing transport infrastructure . Based on the above background, the existence of economic growth in Purwodadi City thus increasing the purchasing power and mobility of the population so that the density on the Road. R. Suprapto which is the main road or vein of Purwodadi City so that parking problem in Jalan R. Suprapto need to get serious attention. This study aims to determine the calculation of profit and loss for parking investment land. In detail the purpose of the study can be mentioned as follows: To know the parking area needed to fulfill the need. To know the pattern of parking arrangement that fit the optimal needs . To improve management of parking management in the study location . To find out the feasibility of investment of parking facility in the location of study. Data analysis performed include analysis of parking facility characteristics, parking forecasting analysis analysis and financial feasibility analysis of parking building development. as for the analysis technique using: Characteristic Analysis of Parking Facility and Financial Feasibility Analysis of Parking Building Development. Based on the evaluation of the financial feasibility parameters of the parking lot development project can be obtained the following results: Based on the feasibility analysis of the project, the construction of the parker is financially feasible to run. The construction of a parking space on Jalan R Suprapto Kota Purwodadi has economic and social benefits for the people of Grobogan Regency, especially in the region. Break Even Point (BEP) Construction of parking spaces on Jalan R Suprapto Kota Purwodadi is 3.49 or BEP occurs in the 3rd and 3rd months of the 3rd day. Keywords : Parking Feasibility Analysis, NPV, IRR, BCR, Road Section R Suprapto

Abstract

ABSTRACTPopulation and economic growth in Central Java Province continues to increase. One of the segments from the highway of Semarang-Solo is Banyudono-Kartosuro, this segment is one of the main segments that links Semarang and Solo, so stacking of vehicle volume in this region often happens. With this background, this study is entitled Feasibility Study of Traffic and Economy in Banyudono-Kartasura Highway.Analyzing the traffic aspect requires several parameters by estimating the volume of the vehicle or weather forecast, the degree of saturation and also the trip assignment value. In addition, for the economic aspects in terms of road users by calculating the value of Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Based on the forecast results obtained an outcome that in the year of 2027 for Boyolali-Kartosuro segment will experience congestion and after the built of highway, congestion will decrease in 2038, for Salatiga-Boyolali segment congestion will occurred in 2029 and after the built of highway congestion occurred in 2040. For the calculation of feasibility of economic analysis value obtained BCR = 4.3> 1, NPV = Rp 3,409,646,232,099> 0, and IRR = 12.26> 4.48%.  Keywords: Traffic feasibility, Economic growth, Banyudono-Kartosuro Highway

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to examine the efficiency of Brigjend Soediarto fly over development towards the traffic jam in Pedurungan intersection. The approach conducted in this research is quantitative paradigm, with the quantitative method in the process of analysis. According to the analysis, the recent condition indicates high traffic flows density in each intersection. The level of service (LOS) in Brigjend Soediarto road is 1,421 in the F level. It is predicted that after the development of fly over, the level of service increasse into C with LOS = 0.579. Meanwhile, the LOS in Soekarno-Hatta road is 0.854 with the D level, and increases into B level with LOS = 0.226. While LOS Fatmawati road is 0.856 with the D level and increases into B with LOS=0.284. Before the development, the vehicle speed in Pedurungan intersection was 5.914 km/hour. After the development is is predicted that the vehice speed will be 49.885 km/hour. So that the average speed is 43.97 km/hour. Based on those analysis, the efficiency of the development of Brigjend Soediarto fly over is 76.28%. It can be concluded by the development of Brigjend Soediarto fly over, it is efficiently increasing the flow of traffic in Pedurungan intersection. Keywords : Brigjend Soediarto Fly Over, Pedurungan Intersection, Traffic Delay
