Abstract

ABSTRACTSmart people are the basis of the realization of Smart Cities. This relates to the formation of smart cities, must have intelligent human resources and supported by policies and infrastructure of mobility, governance, economy and environment that are also smart to produce the quality of life as intelligent as desired. Semarang City Government, has been implementing the concept of smart cities since 2013. This travel program is very dynamic in the field. For this reason, it is necessary to consider the effectiveness of the application of the smart city concept by the Semarang City Government to the community. The assessment carried out is by calculating the Human Development Index (HDI) or can also be called the Human Development Index (HDI). Through this evaluation, making information about the application of the Smart Cities concept specifically reviews aspects of human development. ("The process of enlarging people's choices"). Longevity and healthy living, knowledge level and decent standard of living of the community. These findings serve as well as feedback for the implementation of the Smart Cities policy for future policy refinement.Keywords: Human Development Index, intelligence, effectiveness ABSTRAKSmart people merupakan dasar dari terwujudnya akan Smart City. Pemerintah Kota Semarang, telah menerapkan konsep smart city sejak tahun 2013. Perjalanan program ini sangat dinamis di lapangan. Untuk itu diperlukan penilaian terhadap tingkat efektifitas penerapan konsep smart city oleh Pemerintah Kota Semarang terhadap masyarakat. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan menghitung Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) atau dapat juga disebut Human Development Indeks (HDI). Melalui pendekatan ini, dihasilkan informasi tentang efektivitas penerapan konsep Smart City khususnya ditinjau dari aspek pembangunan manusia. (“a process of enlarging people’s choices”). Adapun variabel yang diukur meliputi Umur panjang dan hidup sehat, tingkat pengetahuan dan standar hidup layak masyarakat. Abstract

AbstractCibeet Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant (FSTP) Bandung Regency is one of the wastewater treatment infrastructures in Bandung Regency. The purpose of this research is to see the performance of Cibee FSTP assets based on three measurement dimensions which include: technical, economic, and environmental dimensions. This type of research method is a descriptive method. Qualitative approach analysis techniques and quantitative approaches. The results of the performance evaluation from the technical dimension explain that the technical performance is poor. The evaluation results from the economic dimension show that economic performance is poor. Meanwhile, the evaluation results from the environmental dimension are poor.Keywords: Performance Evaluation, Supporting Facilities, FSTP, and Installation Unit. AbstrakInstalasi Pengolahan Lumpur Tinja (IPLT) Cibeet Kabupaten Bandung merupakan salah satu infrastruktur pengolahan air limbah di Kabupaten Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja aset IPLT Cibeet berdasarkan tiga dimensi pengukuran yang meliputi: dimensi teknis, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Jenis metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik analisis berdasarkan  pendekatan  kualitatif  dan  pendekatan  kuantitatif.  Hasil  evaluasi kinerja dari dimensi teknis menjelaskan bahwa kinerja teknis buruk. Hasil evaluasi dari dimensi ekonomi  bahwa kinerja ekonomi buruk. Sedangkan hasil evaluasi dari dimensi lingkungan buruk.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Kinerja, Fasilitas Pendukung, IPLT, dan Unit Instalasi

Abstract

ABSTRACTUrban sprawl causes the lifestyle of private vehicle use as the main preference in the choice of transportation modes which results in congestion, air pollution and energy use in the transportation sector which continues to increase. Transit Oriented Development (TOD) is an alternative solution in solving these problems, with the concept of urban development that maximizes diverse and integrated land use by promoting healthy lifestyles through walking and cycling and maximizing the use of mass transportation modes. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of knowing the application of the development of TOD for planning to achieve sustainable transportation.The variables used in this study are density, diversity, design and transit which are a combination of the theories of Cervero (1997) and ITDP (2014). The results of the study showed that the city of Surabaya was dominated by transit, Bandung Cit y and Jakarta City variables which were both dominated by density and transit variables. Based on inter-case studies there are differences between indicators theory and indicators case study, and each case study also has different parameters. Thus, there has been an adjustment in the theory of the application of TOD in Indonesia, besides that the indicators of TOD implementation are also adjusted according to the characteristics and policies of the region concernedKeywords: TOD, sustainable, transport ABSTRAKUrban sprawl menyebabkan terjadinya gaya hidup penggunaan kendaraan pribadi sebagai preferensi utama dalam pemilihan moda transportasi yang berakibat pada kemacetan, pencemaran udara dan penggunaan energi pada sektor transportasi yang terus meningkat. Transit Oriented Development (TOD) merupakan salah satu solusi alternatif dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, dengan konsep pengembangan kota yang memaksimalkan penggunaan lahan beragam dan terintegrasi dengan mempromosikan gaya hidup sehat melalui berjalan kaki dan bersepeda serta memaksimalkan penggunaan moda transportasi massal. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pengembangan TOD bagi perencanaan guna mencapai transportasi yang berkelanjutan.Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah density, diversity, design dan transit yang merupakan gabungan dari teori Cervero (1997) dan ITDP (2014). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kota Surabaya didominasi dengan variabel transit, Kota Bandung dan Kota Jakarta sama-sama didominasi oleh variabel density dan transit. Berdasarkan kajian antar studi kasus terdapat perbedaan antara indikator teori dan indikator studi kasus, dan masing-masing studi kasus juga memiliki parameter yang berbeda pula. Sehingga, terjadi penyesuaian teori penerapan TOD di Indonesia, selain itu indikator penerapan TOD juga disesuaikan sesuai dengan karakteristik dan kebijakan kawasan yang bersangkutan.Kata kunci: TOD, transportasi, berkelanjutan

Abstract

AbstractPT. Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (Persero) owns the building assets of block factory A-06 with an area of 5,400 m² with the condition of the building does not undergo improvement (indcondition) so that the offer price is low and the cost of repair of the building is high. There is also a waiting time when repairs are made so that investors need to wait for repairs to be completed. In the know of the performance of asset maintenance in the building of Block factory A – 06 used Key Maintenance Performance Indicators (Muchiri, 2010) based on 2 working areas (dimensions) are Leading Indicators and Lagging Indicators. The method used in the study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach through data collection techniques for both interviews and documentation studies. The result of maintenance performance evaluation of the building assets of block plant A – 06 is known that the maintenance has been done is not optimal. A recommendation to solve the problem is to make a replanning of the A – 06 block factory building asset maintenance system.Keywords: evaluation of asset maintenance performance, building asset, building, Key Maintenance Performance Indicators.AbstrakPT. Terdapat juga waktu tunggu saat perbaikan dilakukan sehingga investor perlu menunggu perbaikan diselesaikan. Dalam mengetahui kinerja pemeliharaan aset pada bangunan pabrik blok A – 06 digunakan Key Maintenance Performance Indicators (Muchiri, 2010) berdasarkan 2 area kerja (dimensi) yaitu Leading Indicators dan Lagging Indicators. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yakni metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui teknik pengumpulan data baik wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil evaluasi kinerja pemeliharaan aset bangunan pabrik blok A – 06 diketahui bahwa pemeliharaan yang telah dilakukan tidak optimal. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe rapid infrastructure development is one of the indicators on the country economic progress. Indonesia as one of the largest archipelagic countries in the world, should be prioritized the port infrastructure to support the maritime. One of the government’s solutions is infrastructure development of Kuala Tanjung port. This research analyzed bearing capacity and settlement of single and group pile foundation on port infrastructure of Kuala Tanjung so it is known that the port is safe to use. The data used are Standard Penetration Test data with soil stratigraphy that is clay and sand. The type of foundation used is Concrete Spun Pile 1000 mm and 600 mm with a pile length of 36 meters. The data are then analyzed by manual calculation and Allpile 6.5E program based on Reese method and methods such as Vesic and Converse-Labarre. The results showed that single pile foundations of 1000 mm and 600 mm each had allowable capacity (Qall) 492.78-538.81 ton and 110.65-128.31 ton, with vertical load (Q) of 330.90 ton, settlement 0.56-1.17 cm and 3.32-3.64 cm, lateral deflection 27.50 cm and 94.90 cm. While the 1000 mm and 600 mm pile group foundations respectively have Qall 8717.31-10796.29 tons and 2059.25-2566.32 tons, with Q of 6618 tons, settlement 0.56-1.68 cm and 3.32-3.64 cm, lateral deflection of 2.49 cm and 19.49 cm. The conclusion of the research indicates that the safe pile foundation used is 1000 mm group pile foundation. Keywords: Bearing Capacity; Foundations; Pile Foundation; Port Infrastructure; Settlement

Abstract

The terminal is a public motor vehicle station which used to regulate arrival and departure, pick and drop passenger and/or stuff, and movement of transportation mode. This research aims to know terminal technical performance, quality of service and level of satisfaction and make recommendations for handling to be more optimal.The methods which used in this research for data collection are used terminal inventory survey methods, static surveys and interviews of terminal service users and literary methods. Analysis method using descriptive analysis of terminal technical performance to know the space capacity and terminal facility needs, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods to know perceptions of terminal service users and SWOT analysis methods to obtain optimization strategies for handling. Based on IPA analysis method shows that passenger and driver feel less satisfied with service of sub terminal of Trayeman and obtained SWOT quadrant value for the x-axis is -0.15 and for the y-axis is 1.20 with the recommendations given are change strategy, among others with maintain location, accessibility, stretch path, improvement of main facilities and supporting facilities and with local government fund support in order to improveservice to the community. The calculation of the three investment criteria for structuring the utilization of trayeman sub terminal obtained values NPV Rp.157,692,680 B/C Ratio value is 1.05 and IRR value is 8.23% and it can be concluded that the project is feasible to implement.Key word: Terminal, IPA, SWOT, Investment criteria

Abstract

Komplek pergudangan BGR Indramayu memiliki luas lahan sebesar 10.000 m2 dengan luas bangunan gudang sebesar 1.440 m2. Timbul beberapa indikasi masalah yaitu kebocoran talang air, lantai gudang retak, pengeroposan pintu besi gudang, area parkir kurang jelas, dan tidak berfungsinya beberapa fasilitas penunjang yang seperti gudang genset dan toilet umum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kinerja fasilitas di komplek pergudangan BGR Indramayu. Grand theory yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Fasilitas Gudang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Kondisi fisik dan fungsional bangunan buruk dilihat dari usia bangunan yang sudah tua dan fasilitas penunjang yang kurang memadai. Sehingga hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja fasilitas di komplek pergudangan BGR Indramayu tidak optimal.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIndonesia is an area prone to landslides. The occurrence of this landslide disaster can cause a large impact such as damage and loss both material and non-material. The availability of complete and accurate information in controlling land use in landslide prone areas in the development of an area becomes very important in minimizing the loss of life and losses, both physical, social and economic. This information must be disseminated to the community as an early warning system in disaster mitigation efforts. Identification of the characteristics of landslide prone areas requires a risk mapping of landslide prone areas in efforts to mitigate disasters can be done using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The results in this study indicate the need to identify disaster risk in detail because basically, an area threatened by disaster does not necessarily mean that each community has the same level of disaster risk. Mapping can be done by clustering or by identifying each building in a vulnerable area based on the level of risk of landslides. Terjadinya bencana longsor ini dapat menyebabkan dampak yang besar seperti kerusakan dan kerugian baik materiil maupun non materiil. Tersedianya informasi yang lengkap dan akurat dalam pengendalian pemanfaatan lahan di kawasan rawan bencana longsor dalam pengembangan suatu wilayah menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam meminimalisir adanya korban jiwa dan kerugian-kerugian baik fisik, sosial maupun ekonomi. Informasi tersebut harus disebarkan kepada masyarakat sebagai sistem peringatan dini dalam upaya mitigasi bencana. Identifikasi karakteristik daerah rawan longsor diperlukan sebuah pemetaan risiko kawasan rawan longsor dalam upaya mitigasi bencana dapat dilakukan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya identifikasi risiko bencana secara detail karena pada dasarnya, suatu kawasan yang terancam bencana belum tentu tiap masyarakatnya mempunyai tingkat risiko bencana yang sama. Pemetaan dapat dilakukan dengan pengklusteran maupun dengan identifikasi setiap bangunan dalam kawasan rawan berdasarkan tingkat risiko terhadap bencana tanah longsor.Kata Kunci: analisis risiko, tanah longsor, mitigasi bencana, GIS

Abstract

ABSTRACTCollege activity became one of the influences to change land use. Presence college activity can cause other activities like increasing demand for land, an increase in economic cause community request and others. This study uses literature study in influences to change of land use, with taking case study in UNNES, HALUOLEO, UNSOED, IPB, UNDIP, and other universities in Yogyakarta. The result of this study can be concluded that college activities have a role in the change of land use. College activity can be forms the land use and other activity that grow from the presence of college activity like an increase in economy and another infrastructure.Keyword: land use, college activity, university  ABSTRAKAktivitas perguruan tinggi menjadi salah satu yang mempengaruhi perubahan penggunaan lahan. Abstract

Abstract: Flooding problem still become serious problem in subdistrict Wonokerto of Pekalongan regency. There are six rivers that have the potential caused flooding in setelment area. In this research, the researcher wanted to do hydrological simulation at six rivers in Wonokerto. The hydrological simulation is done by calculating the inflow in the river in the form of flood discharge hydrograph design with nakayasu method, and evaluate the capacity of river catchment to flood discharge. Based the results research on six rivers, it is known that the river capacity is not able to accommodate the flood discharge when enters the river. The River water are also known  unable to flow by gravity caused of rob dikes that isolated the river water to flow into the sea, therefore to prevent overflow in the river needs and to prevent overflow and to control the river water level a pumping in rivers.Keywords: Hydrological Simulation, River Flood Control, Storage Evaluation, Pumping
