Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Nilai Indonesia Crude Price (ICP), Nilai Kurs Rupiah dan Sertifikat Bank Indonesia (SBI) terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) menjelang pemberlakuan MEA 2015.Sampel Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data IHSG, ICP, Nilai Kurs Rupiah, SBI yang dibatasi pada data penutupan tiap akhir-akhir bulan dengan waktu pengamatan tahun 2014-2015 atau menjelang pemberlakuan program MEA. Alasan pemilihan periode tahun 2014-2015 yang digunakan adalah untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih akurat sesuai dengan keadaan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan alat analisis Regresi ganda untuk menguji pengaruh antara ICP, Nilai Kurs dan SBI terhadap IHSG.Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ”ICP, Nilai Kurs dan SBI berpengaruh terhadap IHSG”. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, diperoleh hasil bahwa hipotesis tersebut terbukti, artinya ketika nilai ICP, nilai Kurs Rupiah dan SBI mengalami perubahan maka IHSG akan terpengaruh juga dan mengalami perubahan.Informasi adanya pemberlakukan MEA, berdasarkan hasil pengematan yang dilakukan terkait dengan nilai ICP, Kurs dan SBI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IHSG. Konteks pengaruh tersebut ternyata tidak serta merta membuat aktivitas perekonomian menjadi terpengaruh secara signifikan pula. Abstract

Penyampaian laporan keuangan merupakan kegiatan yang wajib dilakukan oleh perusahaan yang sudah Go Public sebagai wujud pertanggungjawaban kepengurusan perusahaan kepada publik. Oleh karena itu ketepatan waktu dalam penyampaian laporan keuangan menjadi suatu karakteristik yang sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI dengan Multivariate Adaptive Regression Spline (MARS). Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel yaitu data laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur Go Public pada tahun 2012-2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model MARS terbaik diperoleh pada kombinasi BF=28, MI=3 dan MO=1. Variabel yang berpengaruh dalam model MARS tersebut yaitu kepemilikan publik, profitabilitas, leverage keuangan dan ukuran perusahaan. Ketepatan model MARS tersebut dalam memprediksi klasifikasi perusahaan manufaktur pada tahun 2016 berdasarkan ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan yaitu sebesar 92,22 persen.     Kata Kunci      : Ketepatan waktu, Laporan Keuangan, MARS, Perusahaan Go Public.

Abstract

Brand Image is the perception from consumer minds on a particular product. Price is marketing mix element which the function to the company profit. Promotion is the activity related to the correlation between the product and consumer target who buy the product. The purchase decision is the various consumer decision based on the particular assumptions i.e,, economic outlook, passive views, cognitive outlook, and emotional outlook. Rivero is one of the bottled water products purified by using the latest Reverse Osmosis (RO) filter technology. However, there are still a lot of consumers who do not know this product. The objective of this research was to determine the effect of the Rivero brand image, price and promotion on the Rivero consumers. The samples in this research was 97 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research was a purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used in this research was a multiple linier regression. Moreover, hypothesis tests conducted in this research were t test and f test. The result of this research showed that the Rivero brand image, price, and promotion affected the Rivero purchase decision.Keywords: Brand Image, Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision, Rivero

Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu aspek paling penting bagi keberhasilan suatu perusahaan adalah efisiensi. Efisieinsi tidak hanya menekan biaya serendah mungkin tetapi menyangkut pengelolaan hubungan input dan output secara optimal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah bank umum yang terdaftar pada Bank Indonesia (BI) pada tahun 2010 – 2013 dengan sampel 17 Bank Umum Konvensional dan 11 Bank Umum Syariah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (i) mengukur tingkat efisiensi dengan menggunakan lima konsep efisiensi; technical efficiency (TE), pure  tecnichal efficiency (PTE), scale efficiency (SE), cost efficiency (CE), dan allocative efficiency (AE), (ii) menganalisis dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi tingkat effisiensi bank. Langkah pertama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pengukuran tingkat efisiensi menggunakan Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), untuk menganalisis perbedaan efisiensi tiap kelompok bank menggunakan uji beda sample t-test. Langkah kedua menggunakan analisis regresi data panel untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi tingkat efisiensi. Kata kunci: Efisiensi, Regresi Data Panel, Bank Umum Konvensional dan Syariah

Abstract

The main purpose of this research paper is to study the significance of transformational leadership and organization culture in relation with Employee satisfaction at PT. XYZ. The study is based on quantitative data of 100 respondents of PT. XYZ employees from total of 307 employees, which cover all of PT. XYZ offices such as Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Bali, Medan, Palembang, Makassar, and Balikpapan. The conclusion that organization culture is the most influences factor on employee satisfaction followed by transformational leadership. Both factors have positively influenced on employee satisfaction. The implication of this research, that PT. XYZ should consider both factors of organization culture and transformational leadership in order to provide higher job satisfaction of employees. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organization Culture, and Employee Satisfaction.

Abstract

In accordance with the cooperation that is cooperative economic activity is based on the cooperation of family. Hence the main objective of cooperatives is to improve prosperity of the members in particular and society in general. And for that in an effort to examine and evaluate performance of cooperatives in the process of reaching the goal is to there needs to be on the performance of the measurement of cooperative.The formulation of problems in this research is: 1) The how the performance of cooperatives in the city Metro based on KepMenKop and UKM No. 96 year of 2004? 2) the how the performance of cooperatives in the city Metro institutional based on analysis?, 3) the how the institutional design (coordination system) performance of cooperatives can be improved?.This study was conducted in the city metro, in this study the sample used as is 13 cooperatives in the city metro who has committed RAT accounting year 2014. Collection of samples non technique use probability sampling which is purposive the sampling method of. All kinds of analyses descriptive and analysis describes a summary of research data such as the mean, standard deviations, mode of etc. In this research will be conducted descriptive analysis with provide an illustration of data on the amount of data, minimum, maximum, and the average, then also all kinds of analyses the ratio based on KepMenKop and UKM No. 96 year of 2004.Of the analysis can be concluded that based on the ratio of the solvability of standards in general financial performance of cooperatives in the city metro is good, based on standards and the ratio of the solvability in general financial performance of cooperatives in the city metro also is good. Then based on analysis of the survey and interviews concluded of institution performance of cooperatives in the city metro is good.Keywords: Solvability, Rentability, Institution Performance.

Abstract

The relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty during this time is considered as an established hypothesis because there are many studies that show a significant relationship between the three variables. However, a specific review of the relationship between service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty at some universities shows an interesting phenomenon. This study is a library reaseach. The purpose of the study is to fulfill the research gap that have been conducted by some researchers. The data obtained come the result of previous studies. . Based on the results of previous studies, it can be concluded that the quality of service and customer satisfaction have a significant influence on customer loyalty in the goods and services industry, in addition to the education industry. Two studies at college, Chang Li (2013) and Ham, Carrie Leugenia (2003) show that service quality and customer satisfaction did not affect customer loyalty. Thus, the established hypothesis that stated the significant influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty are still questionable in certain industries, especially in higher educational institutions.Keywords: Marketing, Higher Education, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

IIB Darmajaya merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yang beroperasional di Kota Bandar Lampung. Berdasarkan data jumlah mahasiswa yang melakukan pendaftaran di IIB Darmajaya periode 2015-2018, dimana tren jumlah mahasiswa yang mendaftar ulang mengalami peningkatan dan mahasiswa yang tidak melakukan di IIB Darmajaya mengalami tren penurunan namun masih dalam angka yang cukup besar. berdasarkan informasi yang didapatkan calon mahasiswa yang tidak melakukan pendaftaran ulang disebabkan mendaftarkan diri ke perguruan tinggi lain.                   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peminatan calon mahasiswa terhadap perguruan tinggi di Bandar Lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/I SMA/K dan MA di Bandar Lampung. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan double teknik yaitu menggunakan teknik kuota dan purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis dekriptif. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini didapatkan informasi terdapat 10 program studi pilihan yang diminati yaitu Akuntansi, Ekonomi Bisnis,. Fisika Medis, Geografi, Hukum, Ilmu Komputer, Ilmu politik, Manajemen Bisnis, Matematika Bisnis, Teknik Informatika Keyword : Peminatan, IIB Darmajaya, Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

The results of study showed that work motivation was statistically significant and positive for work performance. The coordination system statistically has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation and coordination systems jointly influence positively and significantly on employee performance. Based on the regression results, the coefficient of determination shows a number of 0.391. This result can be interpreted that motivation and coordination system can influence the work performance of employees in the Goods and Services Procurement Service Section of the Central Lampung Regency Secretariat of 39.1%, while the remaining 60.9% of the employee's work performance in the Secretariat of Goods and Services Procurement Services Division Central Lampung Regency is influenced by other variables not examined. Keywords: work motivation, coordination system, work performance
