Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the interrelation between service quality, perceived value, satisfaction, trust and loyalty. The population in this study is a visitors culinary tourism in Bandung. This study uses PLS (Partial Least Square) with several variables of service quality, perceived value, satisfaction, trust, and loyalty. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The number of samples used as objects of research of 270 respondents. The results showed that the service quality rendered by providers in Bandung culinary significant effect on the perceived value. Service quality provided by the culinary providers in Bandung do not directly affect the respondents' satisfaction, but the indirect effect through perceived value of the respondent. This is because in order to achieve satisfaction, respondents had to feel the perceived value of culinary services provider in Bandung. Perceived value significantly influence respondents' satisfaction and loyalty. Satisfaction significant impact on the trust and loyalty of respondents. Trust significant effect on loyalty respondents.  Keywords: service quality, perceived value, satisfaction, trust, loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACT       This research aims to know that leadership style, motivation and organization culture can influence the lecturer performance through organizational commitment, besides, to be able to be reference for the next research having almost the same discussion.The research is conducted using primary data that is questionnaire distributed to the respondent as the sample. The sample of this research is the lecturers in the private colleges in Surakarta area. The questionnaire distribution uses the sample counted 50 respondents for certificated lecturers because it is based on what will be discussed in this research.The questionnaire is tested its validity and reliability. The questionnaire which is distributed from the validity and reliability test result produces valid and reliable questionnaire. For the model used in the research is done classical assumption test consisting multi colonearity, heterosdesticity, autocorrelation, and normality.Doubled regression test is done in two stages they are to test causal regression I and causal regression II. Causal regression I is to know the influence of leadership style, motivation and organization culture toward organizational commitment. Causal regression II is to test the influence of leadership style, motivation, organization culture and organizational commitment toward the performance with the purpose to know the direct influence of variable of leadership style, motivation and organization culture toward the performance, also for indirect influence if there must be organizational commitment among those variables.The result and discussion gotten from causal regression I test knows that leadership style and lecturer motivation influence the organizational commitment, while organization culture does not influence the organizational commitment. Causal regression II knows that only motivation influences the lecturer performance, but if the motivation is not directly to the performance yet must be through organizational commitment so the motivation does not have influence the performance. For the leadership style and organization culture variable either directly or indirectly do not have influence the performance, and also with the organizational commitment.The result of the research will be used as the enrichment material and included into reputable online journal. Suggestion for the next research is expected having sample which is broader its scope of area cooperate with parties supporting the next research like Kopertis (Private Colleges Association) Keyword :  leadership style, organization culture, motivation, performance, organizational                   commitment

Abstract

This research uses managerial ability variable, organizational commitment, service quality and customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a positive direct effect of managerial ability on service quality, knowing the positive direct effect between organizational commitment to service quality, knowing positive direct effect between managerial ability to customer satisfaction, knowing positive direct effect between organizational commitment to customer satisfaction, And know the positive direct effect of service quality on customer satisfaction.This research method is quantitative, that is research procedure which produce descriptive based on result of quantitative analysis to research variable that is managerial ability, organizational commitment, service quality and customer satisfaction. The population in this study is 1974. The sample used 95 active customers have savings. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Analyzer used is path analysis. While testing the instrument using the validity test and reliability test.The result of the research found that managerial ability have positive direct effect to service quality, organizational commitment have positive direct effect to service quality, organizational commitment have positive direct effect to customer satisfaction, and service quality have positive effect to customer satisfaction. Of the four research variables, organizational commitment variables have the most direct positive influence on service quality.Keywords:       Managerial ability, organizational commitment, service quality, customer satisfaction.

The objective to be achieved is to know the implementation of accountability of Family Card Making Service in South Metro Sub-district Based on the description of the background that has been stated above, then the problem is formulated: How is the accountability implementation of KK-making service in Sumbersari Metro Selatan.In this research data collection method used interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used is qualitative technique.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to uncover the scholarship program goals, explain the nominee selection mechanism, explaining how the scholarship distribution process, explaining the process of monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of the program reveals. The research was conducted at the Bureau of Planning and International Cooperation and the University of the organizers.Research Scholarship Program evaluation using the evaluation model approach Context, Input Process, and Product (CIPP) by Daniel L. Stufflebeam. Data be collected through interviews, document study and observation.The results showed that: 1) The legal basis used is robust and has been seen to work. 2) the selection mechanism needs to be fixed. 3) The process of distribution of scholarship many obstacles aspecially in the begining of the fiscal year. 4) Monitoring the implementation of the program has not been programmed. 5) The effectiveness of the program has been much felt. The findings in this study are expected to be useful for the development of scholarship and to increase the quaity of human resource of Indonesia. Keywords: legal basis and purpose, selection Mechanism scholarship recipients, scholarship distribution process, process monitoring, and program effectiveness. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskantujuan program beasiswa, mekanisme seleksi calon penerima, bagaimana proses penyaluran beasiswa, proses monitoring pelaksanaan, dan efektivitas program. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Biro Perencanaan dan Kerjasama Luar Negeri dan Universitas penyelenggara.  Penelitian evaluasi Program Beasiswa Unggulan ini menggunakan pendekatan model evaluasi Context, Input Process, dan Product (CIPP) oleh Daniel L. Stufflebeam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, studi dokumen, dan observasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Dasar hukum yang digunakan sudah kuat dan telah tampak hasilnya. 2) Mekanisme seleksidi Biro Perencanaan dan Kerjasama Luar Negeri perlu diperbaiki. 3) Proses penyaluran beasiswa banyak mengalami kendala, terutama di awal tahun anggaran. 4) Monitoring pelaksanaan program belum terprogram karena terbatasnya anggaran. 5) Efektivitas program sudah banyak dirasakan oleh alumni.Temuan dalam penelitian ini diharapkan akan bermanfaat bagi pengembangan beasiswa unggulan dan peningkatan mutu serta daya saing sumber daya manusia Indonesia. Kata kunci: Dasar hukum dan tujuan, mekenisme seleksi calon penerima beasiswa, proses penyaluran beasiswa, proses monitoring, dan efektivitas program.

Abstract

Sebagai usaha yang melakukan pembiayaan dalam bentuk penyediaan dana atau barang modal dengan tidak menarik dana secara langsung dari masyarakat yang didirikan secara khusus yang mulai banyak bermunculan saat ini dengan tujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan-kebutuhan yang beragam di masyarakat. Dengan demikian timbul usaha-usaha dibidang lembaga pembiayaan timbul usaha-usaha di bidang pembiayaan untuk mengatasi permasalahan di masyarakat sehingga masyarakat dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya dengan pengahasilan yang tidak tergolong besar.Selayaknya sebagaimana visi dan misinya lembaga keuangan yang ada di masyarakat menyandang konsep keadilan sosial, tapi sering sekali hal yang timbul menjadi masalah dalam masyarakat yang tidak di inginkan, perusahaan lembaga pembiayaan mendapatkan posisi yang tinggi dibandingkan konsumennya, sehingga masyarakat banyak yang merasakan kerugian akibat hal tersebut, sebagaimana halnya perusahaan ada kendala dalam proses pelaksanaan lembaga pembiayaan.Dari uraian tersebut di atas, maka judul yang di angkat dalam makalah ini adalah “Lembaga Pembiayaan Leasing Dalam Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Masyarakat “Permasalahan lembaga pembiayaan leasing dalam masyarakat dan akibat yang timbul dari perjanjian leasing bagi lembaga pembiayaan leasing. Dengan semakin berkembangya dunia bisnis, maka semakin banyak perusahaan yang terjun ke dunia bisnis. Dengan semakin banyaknya perusahaan yang terjun ke dunia bisnis, maka semakin banyak kebutuhan dana dan modal yang harus dipenuhi oleh berbagai perusahaan. Hal tersebut mendorong industry bisnis yang bergerak dalam bidang pembiayaan yang disebut lembaga pembiayaan. Leasing termasuk ke dalam salah satu bentuk lembaga pembiayaan karena yang dikatakan dengan lembaga pembiayaan adalah suatu badan usaha yang di dalam melakukan kegiatan pembiayaan dalam bentuk penyediaan dana atau barang modal dengan tidak menarik dana secara langsung dari masyarakat. Sedangkan leasing adalah setiap kegiatan pembiayaan perusahaan dalam bentuk penyediaan barang-barang modal untuk digunakan oleh suatu perusahaan, untuk jangka waktu tertentu, berdasarkan pembayaran secara berkala disertai dengan hak pilih (optie) bagi perusahaan tersebut untuk membeli barang-barang modal yang bersangkutan atau memperpanjang jangka waktu leasing berdasarkan nilai sisa yang telah disepakati bersama. Oleh karena itu, leasing termasuk salah satu jenis lembaga pembiayaan karena leasing membiayai perusahaan dalam bentuk penyediaan barang modal. Lembaga Pembiayaan leasing merupakan salah satu perusahaan leasing yang bergerak dalam bidang pembiayaan otomotif. Dan Terdapat beberapa hambatan yang Perusahaan leasing dan lembaga pembiayaan lainnya akan menjadi sector bisnis yang dapat membantu masyarakat luas yang masih awam dalam sisi pendanaan yang nantinya akan banyak menarik para pengusaha untuk masuk ke dalam dunia bisnis.

Abstract

Formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a significant effect of leadership on the performance of employees, whether there is influence of labor discipline significantly to the work performance of employees, whether there is influence leadership style and discipline significant work on the performance of employees on the Office of Religious Affairs Tulang Bawang.Relevant to the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership style on job performance of employees, to analyze the impact of discipline on work performance of employees, to analyze the influence of leadership style and discipline of work together on job performance of employees on the Office of Religious Affairs Tulang Bawang.The hypothesis of this study is the leadership style have a significant effect on the performance of employees, labor discipline significant effect on the performance of employees, leadership style and discipline together/simultaneous significant effect on the performance Office of Religious Affairs Tulang Bawang.Data were collected by questionnaires, interviews, observation and study dokumentasi. Variabel studied with Likert scale. Data processing using SPSS version 16 software, analyzed by qualitative and quantitative analysis, and hypothesis testing of correlation with the number of respondents 34 people.The results showed that: a significant difference between leadership style on job performance of employees, a significant difference between the discipline of work on the performance of employees, a significant difference between the style of leadership and discipline together/simultaneously on the performance of employees of the Office of Religious Affairs Tulang Bawang. And the effect is more dominant leadership style affects job performance of employees Office of Religious Affairs Tulang Bawang. Keywords: Leadership, Discipline and Job Performance

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya mengukur tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen yang akan berdampak pada Keputusan Pembelian. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen didalam melakukan pembelian, pada umumnya konsumen akan melakukan alternatif pilihan berdasarkan ekuitas merek, dan motivasi (kebutuhan). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh ekuitas merek, motivasi, dan keputusan pembelian terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen.Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini melalui metode survai dengan pendekatan kuantitatif kausal, terhadap 41 orang responden konsumen di Kota Metro dengan menggunakan metode accidential sampling. Kemudian dilakukan analisis kuantitatif meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas dan linearitas sebagai persyaratan Analisis Jalur (part analysis),dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (part analysis) yang digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah data mendukung teori yang mencakup structural antar variabel terukur.            Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan Analisis Jalur (Part Analysis) diperoleh ekuitas merek berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 0,082 atau 8,29%, motivasi konsumen berpengaruh langsung positif yang paling besar terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 0,501 atau 50,16%, keputusan pembelian berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0,150 atau 15,05%, ekuitas merek berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0,016 atau 1,69% dan motivasi konsumen berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 12,39 atau 12,39%. Kata kunci :Ekuitas Merek, Motivasi, Keputusan Pembelian dan Kepuasan Konsumen
