Abstract

Pada saat ini kebutuhan akan energi listrik merupakan hal yang mutlak, hampir keseluruhan peralatan dalam rumah tangga menggunakan energi listrik. Sehingga saat penggunaan beban puncak, sering terjadi trip pada kWh meter yang mengakibatkan pemutusan mendadak pada peralatan listrik. Untuk itu perlu adanya tindakan pengendalian untuk menjaga stabilitas sistem kelistrikan yang terpakai pada penggunaan energi listrik di rumah tangga. Sistem pengendali otomatik yang diterapkan untuk mengontrol beban lebih listrik telah dirancang berbasis Arduino Uno. Dalam melakukan take over/pengendalian, sistem terbagi atas stasiun master dan stasiun slave. Stasiun master dilengkapi: Arduino uno, Sensor Arus ACS712, Radio Frekuensi (RF) 433 MHz. Stasiun master berfungsi sebagai pusat pengendalian dan pemantauan stasiun slave. Sedangkan stasiun slave yang dilengkapi oleh: Arduino uno, relay module dan Radio Frekuensi (RF) 433 MHz, yang berfungsi sebagai eksekutor take over beban listrik dengan aksi on-off pada beban listrik yang berlebih. Stasiun master memonitor penggunaan beban melalui sensor arus ACS712 dan mengirimkan sinyal data beban lebih melalui Radio Frekuensi (RF) 433 MHz dan stasiun slave akan melakukan perintah dari stasiun master untuk memutus beban. Proses pengalokasian energi listrik ini akan mengendalikan penggunaan energi listrik yang berlebih pada rumah tangga.    Kata kunci - Pengendali Adaptif; Microcontroller; Stabilitas Jaringan; Sensor; Listrik Rumah Tangga

Abstract

LED type bulb light is generally widely used in building spaces in Indonesia today because it is more energy efficient than other types. The purpose of this study is to utilize the light bulb as a new photon energy source and free no night for a 50 Wp Solar PV panel that generates new electrical energy. Experimentally, it is to be known at what distance the best absorption of photon energy is between the light source and the PV panel. The results showed that the maximum power (0.1 Watt) was obtained at a distance of 20 cm with the 40 Watt Mavel LED type, while the highest efficiency (1.3%) with Philips bulb lightat a distance of 29 cmfrom the panel.The potential for the use of LED bulb light as lighting at night as well as as a new source of electrical energy –PLTBoh in closed indoor PV installations looks quite good. Abstract

Motorcycles are one of the objects that are very prone to be stolen, anticipation of theft is not enough just to install a safety lock, but it needs to be equipped with monitoring and controlling systems to reduce theft of motorcycles because motorcycles aregenerally not equipped with GPS (Global Positioning System). In this final task, a Tracking Device or tracking tool is designed that can work in IoT. IoT (Internet of Things) is a computational concept of everyday objects connected to the internet and able to identify themselves to other devices. NodeMCU ESP8266 and Android smartphone are used as tracking device controller components. The signal or data obtained in the form of vehicle position coordinate data can be seen in googlemaps, and this tool is equipped with a relay that serves as a switch to turn the stolen motor on or off remotely. The test result of this tool, the user can control the motor from a very long distance as long as the deviceand the user still get internet access, the user can only give one command every 15 seconds, be it a command asking for the coordinates of the position of the vehicle or a command to turn off the motor

Abstract

Abstract--The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of the transistor before it is used in the circuit. Transistors are semiconductor devices used as amplifiers, as circuit breakers and connectors (switching), voltage stabilization, signal modulation or as other functions. Transistor performance can be seen by testing input-output characteristics. Multisim is an electronic capture and schematic simulation program that is part of a series of circuit design programs, together with NI Ultiboard. Multisim can properly simulate electronic components.

Abstract

Teknologi fiber optik telah berkembang dengan pesat, salah satunya adalah teknologi GPON (Gigabit passive optical network) yang dapat memberikan layanan telekomunikasi dengan bandwidth yang besar dan berkecepatan tinggi. Fiber To The Building (FTTB) adalah salah satu penerapan teknologi GPON dimana fiber optik didistribusikan ke gedung-gedung. Untuk memberikan layanan GPON dari sumber layanan ke pelanggan diperlukan informasi mengenai topologi FTTB pada suatu jaringan agar diketahui penjaluran kabelnya pada setiap perangkat yang terpasang. Maka dari itu, topologi FTTB merupakan salah satu hal yang penting untuk memudahkan  teknisi ketika harus melakukan sambungan antar perangkat pada jaringan. Pemberian layanan GPON dari sumber akan melewati satu jalur optik yang akan melewati beberapa perangkat pada port yang sesuai hingga mencapai pelanggan. Sambungan yang berhasil dapat dilihat pada indikator lampu yang ada pada ONT. Warna lampu akan berubah menjadi hijau ketika ONT telah terhubung dengan layanan GPON.

Abstract

A deaf person is someone who has lost the ability to hear so that it hinders the process of language information through his listeners. In Indonesia, most of the population is Muslim and has more than 13,000 people with hearing impairments.In carrying out congregational prayers, it is difficult for the deaf to follow the instructions of the priest's movement. This study aims to make prayer aids technology for the Deaf is to assist in performing congregational prayers. The method used in this tool is to provide notifications in the form of different vibrations at every change in the priest's movement to the Deaf community. The device control system uses Arduino nano FT232RL FTDI FT232. The communication module uses HC-12 SI4463, with 433.4 – 473.0 MHz wireless frequency. The MPU6050 gyroscope sensor is employed for detecting changes in angle or motion, and a micro vibrator motor is used as a vibration indicator. Based on the conducted test, the designed Bracelet performed excellent results. It runs according to its working principle where the Bracelet used by the Imam will send a code, and the code is in the form of a change in the angle to the Bracelet used by the Deaf community in the form of vibration, the vibration at each prayer change will be different. Different vibration notifications on each Shalat movement can help the Deaf know the Imam's movement instructions.Furthermore, the prayer aids technology for the Deaf has a success rate of 89%. Thus, this tool can help the Deaf to perform congregational prayers.

Abstract

Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast (ADS-B) is a surveillance technology used in air navigation. This technology can view information in the form of 24 bit ICAO aircraft addresses, ident or squawk, latitude, altitude, nationality, speed, longitude, track and heading. The current development problem can only be done with the Flight Radar24 web-based application, so it requires an internet connection to operate. To solve this problem, the necessary hardware is needed that can receive ADS-B signal with a frequency of 1090MHz and can translate it into information. The RTL-SDR R820T2 is a software-based hardware device that can receive a wide range of signals from 25 MHz - 1700MHz. To maximize signal reception, an additional omnidirectional antenna is capable of receiving signals from all directions. With this system, it is expected to make it easier to fly directly without an internet connection.

Abstract

Kegiatan praktikum merupakan salah satu faktor yang penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti proses kegiatan belajar mengajar dan untuk menunjang bahan praktikum dan menambah wawasan serta implementasi dari teori – teori yang dipelajari. Pembuatan simulator PLC menggunakan PLC omron CP1E 20 DRA dengan menggunakan sumber catu daya dan dengan menggunakan CX – Programer sebagai aplikasi pembuatan Ladder Diagram sebagai pengatur input dan output pada PLC. Ladder diagram yang telah dibuat akan di transfer ke PLC untuk mengatur 4 aplikasi. Ada 4 percobaan yang didapkan dengan menggunakan PLC omron CP1E20 DRA yaitu pada percobaan gerbang logika dasar yaitu mampu menjalankan perintah NO, NC. Sedangkan pada pratikum PLC sederhana dengan tujuan mampu menjalankan perintah – perintah aplikasi PLC sederhana. Sedangkan pada percobaan tiga yaitu pada forward reverse control motor memiliki tujuan mampu membuat program untuk kendali motor dan pada percobaan aplikasi PLC lanjutan memiliki pembelajaran tentang timer dan control pada PLC

Abstract

Wind energy is one of the alternative energies that can overcome global warming caused by fossil energy. Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG) has a higher efficiency compared to other types of generators. The previous permanent magnet synchronous generator model was only able to produce efficiency at a rotational speed of 500 rpm of 67.30% and at a rotational speed of 1500 rpm of 80.9%, so further research is needed to get a higher efficiency value. This study aims to analyze the effect of magnetic thickness and rotational speed on PMSG characteristics and obtain a higher efficiency value. Using variations in magnetic thickness of 7.5mm, 9 mm, and 10 mm and variations in rotational speed of 500 rpm, 1000 rpm,  and 1500 rpm using software based on Finite Element Methode, this study obtained the results of the largest current, voltage, input power, and output power at a magnetic thickness of 10mm with a rotational speed of 1500 rpm of 20.40 A, 204.06 V, 4979.60 W, and 4266.21 W, with the greatest efficiency being in the magnetic thickness of 9mm and 10 rpm of 89.20%
