Abstract

PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT IN FOSTERING THE LEARNING DISCIPLINE OF STUDENT AT SMK Al-ASY’ARIYAH KALISARI LOSARI CIREBON                                                                                                                           ABSTRACKPersonnel management is an effort to manage teaching and education personnel with the aim of obtaining and improving the quality of competent education personnel, so that they can carry out their role as a driving force for educational components such as students optimally according to educational goals. This study aims to determine (planning, implementing and evaluating) personnel management and role of personnel in fostering the tearning fiscipline of student in SMK Al-Asy’ariyah Kalisari Losari Cirebon. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative method, with data collection using interview techniques, observation and documentation, then analyzed with data analysis techniques such as data collection, reduction, presentation data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that personnel management activities have been carried out, although not optimally, because there are activities that have not been carried out, and the role of personnel in fostering student learning discipline is carried out with various efforts such as socializing the rules of learning discipline, giving sanctions,rewards and examples by educational  personnel. It can be concluded that less than optimally personnel management has an impact on the quality of its role in foresting student learning discipline that is not running optimally, because students still violate the rules of learning discipline. Keywords : Personnel Management, Discipline learning, Student.MANAJEMEN PERSONALIA DALAM MENUMBUHKAN KEDISIPLINAN BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK DI SMK AL-ASY’ARIYAH KALISARI LOSARI CIREBON ABSTRAK Manajemen personalia merupakan upaya pengelolaan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dan meningkatkan kualitas personalia pendidikan yang berkompeten, sehingga dapat menjalankan perannya sebagai penggerak komponen pendidikan seperti peserta didik secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi) manajemen personalia serta peran personalia dalam menumbuhkan kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik di SMK Al-Asy’ariyah Kalisari Losari Cirebon. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data seperti pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian bahwa kegiatan manajemen personalia sudah dilakukan, meskipun belum optimal, karena terdapat kegiatan yang belum dijalankan, serta peran personalia dalam menumbuhkan kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik dilakukan dengan berbagai upaya seperti sosialisasi aturan kedisiplinan belajar, pemberian sanksi, penghargaan sampai tauladan oleh personalia pendidikan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen personalia yang kurang optimal berdampak pada kualitas perannya dalam menumbuhkan kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik yang kurang berjalan optimal, karena peserta didik masih melanggar aturan kedisiplinan belajar.                                                                               Kata Kunci : Manajemen Personalia, Kedisiplinan Belajar, Peserta didik.

Abstract

The facilities and infrastructure owned by Diniyah Takmiliyah Awwaliyah Al-Fur-qon Paniis Village can be said to be lacking because there is still a shortage of classrooms in learning, there are still those who study in the prayer room.  In fulfilling the facilities in the classroom, learning activities are very influential for students such as the completeness of tools and preparation for learning. The management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the learning process in Diniyah Takmiliyah Awwaliyah Al-Fur-qon Paniis Village includes planning, organizing, procurement and supervision.  To conduct a selection of the items to be used, it means that the manager checks the items that support the learning process, to avoid unwanted mistakes. The teacher's efforts are made to improve the learning process of students at Diniyah Takmiliyah Awwaliyah Al-Fur-qon Paniis Village, the teacher's obstacles in improving the learning process of students are limited facilities and infrastructure that are less supportive, problems for students can also be seen from their family factors  themselves, because most of them do not live with their parents but with their grandparents, so the lack of parental supervision and upbringing is like student discipline, resulting in obstacles in improving the learning process in madrasas. Supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the learning process of students in Diniyah Takmiliyah Awwaliyah Al-Fur-qon Paniis Village, as for the supporting factors, one of which is the teacher, the teacher's role is very important for the learning process, because professionalism will determine success during the learning process.  teaching and learning in the classroom.  Meanwhile, environmental problems in the inhibiting factors of the learning process usually occur in students, namely the lack of interest of students in the learning process.  This is because it was found that some students were still outside while studying, while in the classroom there were still noise, there were also students who were nosy with their friends in the class.  The process of increasing at Al-Furqon DTA can be seen from the number of students who enter every year.Keywords: Management of Facilities and Infrastructure, Learning Process Sarana dan prasarana yang di miliki Diniyah Takmiliyah Awwaliyah Al-Fur-qon Desa Paniis dapat                 dikatakan kurang karena masih kekurangan  ruang kelas dalam pembelajaran, masih ada yang belajar di mushola. Dalam pemenuhan sarana di dalam kelas kegiatan pembelajaran sangat berpengaruh bagi peseta didik seperti kelengkapan alat dan persiapan pembelajaran. Pengelolaan  sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran di Diniyah Takmiliyah Awwaliyah Al-Fur-qon Desa Paniis terdapat perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengadaan dan pengawasan. Untuk mengadakan seleksi terhadap barang yang akan dimanfaatkan maksudnya pengelola melakukan pengecekan terhadap barang-barang yang menunjang berjalannya suatu pembelajaran, untuk menghindari kesalahan yang tidak diinginkan.  Upaya Guru yang di lakukan untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran peserta didik di Diniyah Takmiliyah Awwaliyah Al-Fur-qon Desa Paniis, hambatan guru dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran peserta didik yaitu keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana yang kurang mendukung, permasalahan pada santri juga bisa dilihat dari faktor keluarga nya sendiri, karena kebanyakan dari mereka tidak tinggal dengan orang tua mereka melainkan dengan kakek dan nenek mereka, jadi kurangnya pengawasan dan didikan orang tua nya seperti kedisiplinan santri, sehingga mengakibatkan hambatan-hambatan dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran di madrasah.  Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan  proses pembelajaran peserta didik di Diniyah Takmiliyah Awwaliyah Al-Fur-qon Desa Paniis, adapun faktor pendukung nya salah satunya pada guru, peran guru lah sangat penting bagi proses pembelajaran, karena keprofesionalitas lah akan menentukan suatu keberhasilan pada saat proses belajar mengajar di dalam kelas. Sedangkan  permasalahan lingkungan dalam  faktor penghambat proses pembelajaran biasanya terjadi pada peserta didik yaitu kurangnya minat santri dalam proses pembelajaran. Hal ini karena ditemukan ada beberapa santri pada saat belajar ada yang masih diluar, ketika di dalam kelas masih ada yang ribut, ada juga santri yang usil dengan teman-teman di dalam kelas. Proses meingkatnya di DTA Al-Furqon bisa dilihat dari peserta didik yang masuk setiap tahunnya bertambah.Kata kunci: Pengelolaan Sarana dan Prasarana, Proses Pembelajaran

Abstract

THE ROLE OF ADMINISTRATION IN MANAGING SCHOOL ARCHIVES AT SMK VETERAN CIREBON CITYABSTRACTEvery school certainly has an administration in it which is tasked with carrying out school administrative activities, including archiving activities.  However, in this case, there are many institutions that pay less attention to archives, including schools.  In this case, the administration really needs to hold archives at school.  Archives as a source of written information that can help remind us of previous information.  The purpose of this study is to find out how the administration in carrying out its role in managing school archives and find out what are the obstacles experienced by the administration in managing archives.  This research is a descriptive qualitative research with 2 informants, namely the head of administration, Mr. Ranita Ruswanda (Pak Dede) and the administrative staff of Mr. Darga. The data collection techniques in this study were using interviews, observations, and documentation.  The results of this study are the administration has done well in managing school archives although there are still some shortcomings in it.  Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the administration of Veterans Vocational School has carried out its role well in terms of managing school archives, but it needs to be improved again because in order to optimize school administrative activities.  Keywords: Administration, Management, Archives  PERAN TATA USAHA DALAM MENGELOLA ARSIP SEKOLAH DI SMK VETERAN KOTA CIREBON  ABSTRAKSetiap sekolah tentunya memiliki tata usaha di dalamnya yang bertugas untuk melakukan kegiatan administrasi sekolah termaksud dalam kegiatan kearsipan. Namun dalam hal ini banyak sekali lembaga yang kurang memperhatikan kearsipan tidak terkecuali sekolah. Dalam hal ini tata usaha sangatlah perlu mengadakan kearsipan disekolah. Arsip sebagai sumber informasi tertulis yang dapat membantu mengingatkan kita kepada informasi-informasi terdahulu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana tata usaha dalam menjalankan perannya dalam mengelola arsip sekolah dan mengetahui apa saja kendala-kendala yang dialami tata usaha dalam mengelola arsip. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini tata usaha sudah melakukan dengan baik pengelolaan arsip sekolah walau masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan di dalamnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tata usaha SMK Veteran sudah melaksanakan perannya dengan baik dalam hal mengelola arsip sekolah hanya saja perlu ditingkatkan lagi karena agar dapat lebih mengoptimalkan kegiatan administrasi sekolah. Kata Kunci : Tata Usaha, Pengelolaan, Arsip

Abstract

The purpose of this paper was to describe the management of inclusive education in state primary school Gunung Sari Dalam. This was descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are in-depth observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Testing the validity of the data used source and method triangulation. The analysis was carried out through data collection, data reduction, data display, and data conclusion. The finding was the management of inclusive education at Elementary School Gunung Sari Dalam was carried out in accordance with the appropriate stages. Student management began with planning for new student admissions. The implementation was through the inclusion stage, the identification and assessment of the school, however, did not involve experts. The school used a modified 2013 curriculum. The learning process management was begun by analyzing the learning objectives.  The teacher also adapted learning and evaluation to the conditions of students. In addition, teacher management was begun by list of teacher needs, recruitment and selection according to special educational backgrounds. The division of special teacher work rested on agreement and coordination. Facilities and infrastructure management was carried out through planning based on a needs analysis and procurement.

Abstract

Leadership is needed by humans because humans, on the other hand, feel weak with their limitations and some have certain advantages in humans. This is where the need for leaders and leadership arises, especially in an institution that always communicates with other humans in an organized manner that requires a leader to have more abilities and then appointed or appointed as the person entrusted with dealing with other people, both formal and non-formal organizations. Leaders in educational institutions at the senior secondary level are called school principals.The method used in this journal is the literature study method. A leader must have a motivator spirit that subordinates to psychological theory. A leader in carrying out his activities trying to solve problems must use sociological theory. A good leader who is good at creating a conducive work environment can use supportive theory, as well as being flexible in exercising his leadership based on personal behavior theory. Leaders must have high emotional intelligence in the trait theory and leaders who are good at dealing with any situation are in situation theory. Leadership is all behavior related to the duties of a leader.

Abstract

The curriculum is one of the elements in the education system for determining the main activities in an educational institution. Pesantren is an educational institution, which created the learners to have a noble character and personality. That means, the curriculum in pesantren should be managed properly for presenting a superior education. This study aims to know how the planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluating of curriculum implementation in developing learners’ nobel character at pesantren Al-Ikhlash Kanggraksan. The methodology of this study is a descriptive case study with observation, interview, and documentation as data collection techniques. The data analysis of this study is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The result of this study is curriculum planning in developing learners’ nobel character at pesantren Al-Ikhlash Kanggraksan which includes activities of determining goals, determining the learning process, and determining learning materials. The learning management includes activities for managing learning materials, managing teachers, and managing time and schedules for teaching and learning activities. On the implementation, it educated learners to have good values in creating the character of the personality on their selves, such as ta'dzim, brotherhood, compassion, independence, and also exemplary through the methods of dirasah watta’lim, ta’dib, riyadhah and uswah hasanah. The evaluation of this implementation is the evaluation of test and non-test forms and indirectly it used the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, and product). Keywords: Curriculum, Pesantren, Nobel Character Kurikulum sebagai salah satu unsur pendidikan menjadi penentu utama kegiatan di dalamnya. Pesantren merupakan suatu lembaga pendidikan yang berorientasi membentuk santri yang berakhlakul karimah. Untuk mewujudkannya, maka pesantren perlu mengelola kurikulumnya dengan baik agar tetap menyuguhkan potret pendidikan yang unggul. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan, pengelolaan, pelaksanaan serta evaluasi pelaksanaan kurikulum dalam mengembangkan akhlakul karimah santri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ikhlash Kanggraksan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif deksiptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui obervasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datanya meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini ialah perencanaan kurikulum di pesantren Al-Ikhlash Kanggraksan meliputi kegiatan penentuan tujuan, penentuan proses dan materi pembelajaran. Pengelolaannya mencakup kegiatan pengelolaan materi pembelajaran, pengajar, dan waktu serta jadwal kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dalam pelaksanaannya mengajarkan nilai-nilai yang dapat mengembangkan akhlakul karimah santrinya seperti nilai ta’dzim, persaudaraan, kemandirian, dan juga keteladanan melalui metode dirasah watta’lim, ta’dib, riyadhah dan uswah hasanah. Evaluasi pelaksanannya menggunakan evaluasi bentuk tes dan non tes dengan model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, dan product).Kata Kunci: Kurikulum, Pondok Pesantren, Akhlakul Karimah

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the state of educational facilities in MA Nurul Huda Munjul Cirebon Regency, how the efforts of madrasah heads in the procurement of educational facilities in MA Nurul Huda Munjul Cirebon Regency, and the results of madrasah school efforts in the procurement of educational facilities in MA Nurul Huda Munjul Cirebon Regency. This type of research is qualitative. In this study in collecting data using observation methods, interviews and documentation. The sources on the study were the head of the madrassa, the deputy head of the madrassa in the field of facilities and infrastructure, a teacher and a student. The results of this study show that the state of educational facilities in MA Nurul Huda Munjul Cirebon Regency is in good condition, but there are some that have not been maximized. The efforts of the head of madrasah in the procurement of educational facilities in MA Nurul Huda Munjul Cirebon Regency have also been good but there are some who are still in planning and are waiting for funds. The results of the efforts of madrasah heads in the procurement of educational facilities have also met significant results. It is recommended the need for procurement for facilities that have not been maximized.Key words: Head of madrasah, procurement and educational facilities. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana keadaan sarana pendidikan di MA Nurul Huda Munjul Kabupaten Cirebon, bagaimana upaya kepala madrasah dalam pengadaan sarana pendidikan di MA Nurul Huda Munjul Kabupaten Cirebon, dan hasil dari upaya madrasah sekolah dalam pengadaan sarana pendidikan di MA Nurul Huda Munjul Kabupaten Cirebon. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Pada penelitian ini dalam mengumpulkan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Narasumber pada penelitian ini adalah kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah bidang sarana dan prasarana, seorang guru dan seorang murid. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keadaan sarana pendidikan di MA Nurul Huda Munjul Kabupaten Cirebon dalam keadaan baik, namun ada beberapa yang belum maksimal. Upaya kepala madrasah dalam pengadaan sarana pendidikan di MA Nurul Huda Munjul Kabupaten Cirebon juga sudah baik namun ada beberapa yang masih dalam perencanaan dan sedang menunggu dana. Hasil dari upaya kepala madrasah dalam pengadaan sarana pendidikan juga sudah menemui hasil yang cukup signifikan. Disarankan perlunya pengadaan bagi sarana yang belum maksimal.Kata kunci: Kepala madrasah, pengadaan dan sarana pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal in depth about the application of external quality assurance Sabilul Huda Integrated Islamic Primary School (SHIIPS). This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data was triangulation. Data analysis was inductive in nature, external quality assurance in detail and accurately through the results of data derived from written data and documentation and oral interviews from related people. The results showed that the application of external quality assurance at SHIIPS can be categorized quite well, namely on graduate competency standards, curriculum content standards, process standards, educators and teaching staff standards, facilities and infrastructure standards, teaching unit management standards, education financing standards and grading standard

Abstract

THE ROLE OF THE PRINCIPAL'S LEADERSHIP TO IMPROVESTUDENT ACHIEVEMENT AT SMAN 1 BABAKAN, CIREBON REGENCY ABSTRACTThe success of schools in achieving achievements is the duty and responsibility of all parties, but the most important thing is how the principal as a leader manages effectively and efficiently. Research purposes This study aims to describe the role of the principal's leadership in improving student achievement at the State Senior High School 1 Babakan, Cirebon Regency. The type of thesis research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, the methods used are in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis starts from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the principal's leadership performance carried out programs such as increasing professionalism, monitoring and evaluating teaching and learning activities, disseminating the school's vision and mission, and coordinating. Student learning achievement in the academic field still tends to fluctuate and there is a need for further improvement, while for non-academic achievements it can be said to be good by achieving many achievements. The principal's leadership role in improving student achievement includes roles as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tata usaha SMK Veteran sudah melaksanakan perannya dengan baik dalam hal mengelola arsip sekolah hanya saja perlu ditingkatkan lagi karena agar dapat lebih mengoptimalkan kegiatan administrasi sekolah. Kata Kunci : Tata Usaha, Pengelolaan, Arsip

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengungkap secara mendalam mengenai manajemen kelas dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di sekolah dasar Islam terpadu Alamy Subang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ialah para guru, wali kelas, siswa. Untuk mendapatkan data, maka penulis menggunakan instrumen observasi mendalam, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Penarikan kesimpulan dari hasil analisis data digunakan metode induktif dan deduktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen kelas untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik di SDIT Alamy Subang dapat dilakukan dengan baik, sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia sudah cukup memadai, sehingga guru cukup dapat berinovasi dalam pembelajaran dan metode digunakan bisa bervariasi sehingga berpengaruh pada sisi akademik yang sudah cukup baik.  Faktor pendukung, yakni sarana prasarana yang cukup memadai, guru yang berkompeten sejalan bidangnya masing-masing, tempat yang cukup strategis, aman, dan lingkungan sekitar sekolah yang bersih. Faktor penghambat, yakni keragaman karakteristik peserta didik, guru pengampu dan wali kelas yang berbeda persepsi dalam manajemen kelas. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Kelas, Prestasi belajar, Guru
