<![CDATA[Abstract: This research was conducted at PT. Telesindo Shop Branch Pekanbaru. The purpose of the study to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee turnover intentions PT. Telesindo shop pekanbaru branch. To achieve these objectives the research conducted by using the sample of 41 people, using census method. Methods of data analysis using descriptive and quantitative. Based on the test results bedasarkan job satisfaction variables (X1) using SPSS acquired thitung -3.082. So = 5%, which is equal to 2.028awhen compared to the significant ttabel can be seen that large thitung lebih of ttable (-3.082> 2.028), thus it can be concluded that the variables X1 or negatively affects job satisfaction and turnover intentions significant to the employees of PT. Telesindo shop Pekanbaru branch. Based on the results of tests on X2 (organizational commitment) obtained thitung sebesar -4,131dengan comparison with ttabel 2.028 (attachment), it can be seen that t count> ttable (-4.131> 2.028). Thus it can be concluded that the variable X¬2 (organizational commitment) partially have a strong relationship in influencing turnove rintentions employees of PT. Telesindo shop Pekanbaru branch. Thus we can conclude that organizational commitment variable partially has a strong influence in affecting turnove rintentions employees of PT. Telesindo shop Pekanbaru branch. <![CDATA[Nilai produksi menjadi sebuah harapan yang perkembangannya menjadi juga sebuah kegembiraan para pengelola sebuah usaha. Pada dasarnya maju dan mundurnya sebuah usaha juga dapat dilihat dari nilai usaha yang dihasilkan oleh pengelola usaha tersebut. Terdapat kaitan erat antara nilai produksi dengan modal manusia pengelola usaha yang ada. Penelitian ini membuktikan dengan adanya modal manusia baik tangible maupun intangible memberikan peran yang positif terhadap nilai produksi yang dihasilkan industri kecil. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian studi kasus yang ditujukan kepada pengelola usaha kecil produk olahan keripik nenas di kecamatan Tambang Kabupataen Kampar Riau, kemudian juga para pelanggan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara. Dengan teknik kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa peran modal manusia dalam meningkatkan nilai produksi industri kecil. Peran tersebut diantaranya: 1) memikirkan keunikan produk olahan nenas yang dibutuhkan pasar, 2) peran dalam membuat tampilan produk menarik pembeli, 3) peran dalam memperhitungkan harga jual, 4) peran dalam mengelola usaha agar berkesinambungan.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Marketing of hospital services is a challenge in the face of existing problems. At the hospital in Riau Province which is the government health facilities provide services which have the concept of the marketing mix 5 P namely: product, price, place, public relations, and positioning. Hospital marketing mix Riau province in line with the conditions mendepankan some key indicators include: product and services that can be offered outpatient services in hospitals and also services to the home or through an intermediary. Then the price is applied based on a predetermined price and cooperate with BPJS in financing and also with local government programs. Besides the problem location is placed in accordance with public demand for health services and coupled with clinics and health centers that serve the public or before reaching the hospital. <![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to determine Dividend Policy Influence Analysis, Profitability and Institutional Ownership Structure on Capital Structure and Firm Value in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample consisted of 38 companies listed on the stock exchanges of Indonesia from 2010 - 2012. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using analysis method fath. The results showed Simultaneously ownership, dividend policy variable dividend policy has contributed to the company's value. <![CDATA[Abstract: Mental revolution for civil servants is an important part that is inseparable and as a form of an example for the private sector and civil society in order to build cohesiveness or togetherness. Not optimal sense of suspected dipengruhi by a factor of commitment and factor income. This research method using kunatitatif and analyzed with multiple linear regression statistical analysis. Then there is still the need for a strategy that can really be to develop a tourist attraction that is better known by the public. The method used is a method desktriptif.
