Abstract

Kebutuhan akan daya listrik saat ini semakin meningkat, seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, cara hidup, kebutuhan dan budaya di daerah tersebut. Untuk itu keandalan dan kontinuitas pelayanan, sistem transmisidan distribusi perlu ditingkatkan untuk memperoleh pelayanan yang optimal dengan losses terendah. Padapenelitian ini digunakan metode Breeder Algoritma Genetika (BGA) yang telah dikembangkan dalam optimasibeban seimbang untuk rekonfigurasi jaring distribusi tegangan menengah (JTM). Proses optimasi beban dilakukandengan cara merubah switch-switch pada penyulang (sebagai gen-gen dalam kromosom) jaring distribusi sehinggadiperoleh jaring distribusi yang paling optimal. Hasil analisis menggunakan BGA menunjukkan konfigurasi baruyang optimal dengan losses terendah serta lebih cepat konvergen jika dibandingkan dengan Genetic Algorithm(GA) biasa.

Abstract

Video surveillance system (VSS) is an monitoring system based-on IP-camera. VSS implemented in live streaming and serves to observe and monitor a site remotely. Typically, IP- camera in the VSS has a management software application. However, for ad hoc applications, where the user wants to manage VSS independently, application management software has become ineffective. In the IP-camera installation spread over a large area, an administrator would be difficult to describe the location of the IP-camera. In addition, monitoring an area of IP- Camera will also become more difficult. By looking at some of the flaws in VSS, this paper has proposed a VSS application for easy monitoring of each IP Camera. Applications that have been proposed to integrate the concept of web-based geographical information system with the Google Maps API (Web-GIS). VSS applications built with smart features include maps ip-camera, live streaming of events, information on the info window and marker cluster. Test results showed that the application is able to display all the features built well

Abstract

Abstract - Broadband campus is a high speed internet service with high transfer rate that implemented within the campus area. The sole purpose of this service is to optimize the internet network in certain area that is still lack of a high speed internet connection. This paper will ellaborate more on the evaluation of certain ongoing broadband campus service at Mahasaraswati University in Denpasar by using COBIT 4.1 Framework. This evaluation is intended to enhance the user effectiveness through existing services. This evaluation was conducted through certain mini-survey by using the broadband campus IT service by examining the university students satisfaction through series of interviews and questionnaires. The conclusion that was inferred through the surveys is that the broadband services within the university gain a subsequently low existing maturity level with 1.9 mark in the COBIT Framework scale. One of the major reason of why the service acquire low satisfaction level within the university is due the students in Mahasaraswati University did not manage to optimize the broadband campus service in the first place

Abstract

Hybrid PLTS and PLTB can overcome the demand for electrical energy, so it need a hybrid power plant (PLTH). One application of the concept of hybrid power generation with microgrid system is located at Electrical Engineering Program Faculty of Engineering Udayana University Bukit Jimbaran, Bali. This PLTH is a collaborative project between Udayana University and ESDM Ministry. PLTH in Electrical Engineering Udayana requires the study and evaluate the energy supply system from the power generation to know the performance of PLTS and PLTB. This study uses software HOMER (Hybrid Optimization Model For Electric Renewable) free trial version. A performance analysis show that PLTS and PLTB cannot full covering the electricity load in September, October and November 2017. The real condition of electricity production from PLTS reaches 26,750.83 kWh per year, while the HOMER simulation is 35,956 kWh per year. Real condition of electric energy production from PLTB reach 4555,78 kWh per year, while HOMER simulation is bigger equal to 33521 kWh per year. The whole production of HOMER simulated electrical energy is bigger than real condition. The reduction of energy reaches 31306.62 kWh per year or 64% of the total electric loads.

Abstract

Almost all of modern gas insulated switchgears (GIS) use sulphur hexafluoride (SF6) as insulation material. Therefore, GIS quality much or less depends on quality of its SF6. Failure however can arise within operation of SF6 GIS due to quality decline of SF6. Quality decline of SF6 in GIS can be recognized by existence of decomposition product of SF6, which may appear due to partial discharge, arc during switching, etc. Therefore quality control of SF6 insulation in GIS is necessary in order to prevent failure occurred due to SF6 quality decline. In this study, quality assessment of SF6 at Waru 150 kV SF6 GIS is done using equipment namely partial discharge ion mobility spectrometer.  This equipment assesses quality of SF6 based on ions mobility. Concentration of decomposition product is then obtained from ion mobility of gas analyzed. For all compartment tested of Waru 150 kV SF6 GIS, it was found that the largest concentration of decomposition product is between 1000-2000 ppmv. Generally, SF6 condition at Waru 150 kV SF6 GIS is normal based on CIGRE standard.

Abstract

The most important thing in making a program is to design algorithms. One of the design algorithm is aflowchart depiction of the most frequently used. Flowchart is visualization of run the command that states theprogram's operation, then the appropriate flow chart will be able to produce the program.Guided by mastering the basics of algorithms and syntax equivalent in Pascal and modeling of the databaseis expected to develop applications for the conversion of flowcharts into Pascal program code. The results of thisstudy is expected to assist in facilitating student learning Pascal programming language

Abstract

Penggunaan peralatan listrik modern, terutama peralatan elektronika modern membangkitkan gelombang atau sinyal distorsi. Sinyal tegangan cacat tersebut langsung masuk ke sistem tenaga listrik Sinyal ini terlebih dahulu diuraikan menggunakan transformasi wavelet. Hasil transformasi berupa pola signal dalam bentuk koefisien ini digunakan dalam proses learning jaringan syaraf tiruan pada proses pembelajaran metoda neural network untuk mendapatkan target output. Hasil dari proses ini digunakan sebagai acuan untuk mengidentifikasi gangguan yang masuk ke jaringan.

Abstract

Abstract— The application of fuzzy techniques bring significant changes specific to calculation and analysis ofconventional system. The application of FACTS (Flexible AC Transmission System) device have been improved the quality of voltage from the generator to the very large load. STATCOM is the most powerful equipment to improve the voltage on the electric power transmission network. The discussion in this study is devoted to FLSTATCOM. Fuzzy Logic models with two inputs is used as a controller IGBT, so as to improve the performance of conventional STATCOM. Single Machine Infinite Bus system into trial use FLSTATCOM. The result of simulation using MATLAB Simulink, the value of the voltage on each side received without using STATCOM generates a voltage of 217,3 kV, using STATCOM generates a voltage of 220.0 kV, and theuse of FLSTATCOM able to increase the voltage became 228.9 kV ( 5.34 % ).

Abstract

Peramalan adalah bagian integral dari kegiatan pengambilan keputusan manajemen. Ramalan yang dilakukan umumnya berdasarkan pada data masa lampau yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode- metode tertentu. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitan ini akan meramalkan data time series menggunakan metode Radial Basis Fuction, ARIMA dan Double Exponential Smoothing dengan menggunakan Matlab versi 8.1. Data yang digunakan adalah data kurs jual harian Rupiah terhadap US Dollar yang dimulai dari bulan Januari 2012 sampai dengan Maret 2014. Dari ketiga hasil ramalan, akan digunakan metode voting untuk memperoleh akurasi dari kondisi menguat atau melemahnya kurs rupiah terhadap US Dollar dan juga hasil ramalan digabungkan dengan metode hibrid. Dari hasil peramalan RBF, ARIMA, Double Exponential Smoothing diperoleh MAPE berturut-turut 0,66%, 3,32% dan 0,94% sedangkan akurasi kondisi menguat melemah sebesar 52,54%, 45,76% dan 52,54%. Dari hasil voting dari kondisi menguat dan melemahnya kurs diperoleh akurasi sebesar 54,24% dan setelah digabungkan dengan metode hibrid diperoleh MAPE sebesar 0,64% dengan akurasi sebesar 50,85%. Dapat dilihat bahwa untuk akurasi kondisi menguat dan melemah yang terbaik diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode voting sedangkan untuk MAPE terbaik diperoleh dengan metode hibrid. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat membantu dalam menganalisa fluktuasi dari pergerakan nilai mata uang tertentu pada saat transaksi jual – beli valuta asing.

Abstract

Procurement of Construction Services is an important activity in supporting development in the city of Denpasar. The procurement process is an activity that is susceptible to manipulation, so that the construction produced is not in accordance with the specifications that have been made. Therefore it is necessary to design a computerized system to accommodate these interests. Computerized, computerized decisions make the process of selecting providers transparent, thus minimizing fraud in the selection process. Current problems faced, the Goods / Services Procurement Service Working Group (ULP) conducting the assessment process are still in the form of a manual, so that the bidder's disapproval or dissatisfaction with the final results of the selection of winners on a job. This research is intended to build a decision-making system that can be used to assist the ULP Working Group in proposing / determining the winner of the tender conducted at the Denpasar City Government. The system designed to process the inputting data in the form of requirements that have been completed by participants in order to complete the required requirements of a job. System evaluation is based on calculations carried out by the ULP Working Group by conducting several evaluation processes namely evaluation of bids, administrative evaluation, technical evaluation and evaluation of qualifications. System output results in the form of (a) the value obtained from participants who bid on a job and (b) the best rating from the bidder, based on the value obtained by each bidder. Based on the tests that have been carried out, with employment data of 138 construction services work data from 2016 to 2017, the best level of accuracy obtained by the system is equal to 97.1%. These results are obtained based on testing actual data with data generated by the system. Based on the results of the accuracy obtained from the test results, this system can be recommended to assist the work of the Denpasar City ULP Working Group in conducting the assessment process.
