Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is to evaluate the process of economy empowerment on PNPM Mandiri Perkotaan in Officer North Bekasi with targeted research that examines the implementation of economic development programs related to community participation, community capacity building, as well as assessing the degree of empowerment community. Model of evaluation which is used in this research is CIPP evaluation. In general, this evaluation model consists of four evaluation objectives, namely: Context Evaluation, Input Evaluation, Process Evaluation, Product evaluation. Research results showed: there is no standard criteria or indicators to determine the receivers of loan; achievement rate in providing infrastructure BKM is 42.85%, it’s in moderate category; staffing is in accordance with the procedures set out in the guidelines; public institutions is fully established. People's understanding of revolving loans varies. Public participation has achieve minimum target of 40%. The quantity of training which can improve skill must be increased since skills owned by the members are expected can increase family income through home businesses. Perwira District has not develop partnership yet with external party such as: bank,corporate, and higher education institution. This economy empowerment program has satisfactory result, indicated by: 93% of repayment rate, 2,63% of loans at risk , 211,36% cost coverage ratio, and 6,54% return on investment.Keywords: evaluate, economy, empowerment, PNPM

Abstract

Abstract Indonesian Muslim community at this point will have a choice of a sound banking system and trusted to accommodate their needs for banking services, in line with Islamic principles based on the Qur'an and Hadith. With the rapid growth of Islamic banking in Indonesia, then it became clear that Islamic banks are desired by the majority of Muslim society in Indonesia. Characteristics of Islamic banking include: suppression of ongoing imposition of interest, limiting the unproductive speculative activity, financing is addressed to the lawful efforts in accordance with Islamic principles, and operating profit-sharing system. Determining the amount of profit sharing between the bank and the customer is based on the agreement in a written agreement between both parties. The main differences between conventional banking Islamic banking is the prohibition of riba (interest) for Islamic banking. Thus, the paying and receiving interest on money borrowed and lent prohibited. Furthermore, because the basis of operation is based on sharia, it was natural this institution is an alternative institution that is expected to eliminate the doubt, especially among Muslims. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purposes of the research are: (1) To know description for working environment, interpersonal interaction, and job satisfaction at Head Office of Perum Damri Jakarta. )2) Test empirically influence of working environment towards job satisfaction at Head Office of Perum Damri Jakarta. (3) Test empirically influence of interpersonal interaction towards job satisfaction at Head Office of Perum Damri Jakarta. (4) Test empirically influence of working environment and interpersonal interaction towards job satisfaction at Head Office of Perum Damri Jakarta. The method of this research was simple random sampling, that taken 80 employee at Technique Directorate, Operational Directorate Financial Division, Human Resource, and Administration while data collecting by using questionnaire and cultivated using SPSS 17.0. The result of t test for working environment is 2,745, and the signification is 0.008. This shows that there is an effect between working environment toward job satisfaction. The result of t test for interpersonal interaction was 2.391, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is an effect between working environment toward job satisfaction. The result of F test is 5.471, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is an effect between working environment and interpersonal interaction toward job satisfaction. The result of R2 is 0.313 or 31.3%.Keywords: working environment, interpersonal interaction, job satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrak Pengembangan sumber daya ekonomi lokal saat ini menjadi tren baru dalam upaya meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dan daerah. Faktor lokal yang terkait memainkan peran pentingn baik dari sisi sumber daya alam (bahan mentah) maupun sumber daya manusia (tenaga kerja). Makalah ini coba menyajikan bagaimana Usaha Kecil Mikro Menegah Pengrajin Payung Geulis mencoba untuk meningkatkan pembangunan ekonomi yang didasari oleh pengembangkan sumber daya ekonomi lokal di Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan potensi pengusaha yang mencakup kompetensi dan komitmen pengusaha dalam bisnis usaha kecil, dan untuk menggambarkan kekuatan bisnis /posisi kompetitif, profil bisnis serta pengusaha yang dipengaruhi oleh kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal lingkungan, dilihat dari sisi positif dan negatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada industri payung geulis usaha kerajinan di Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan banyak masalah yang dihadapi dan sangat kompleks, seperti: rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia, modal usaha terbatas, rendahnya akses terhadap pasar, akses kelembaga keuangan / bank tidak ada, ketidaktahuan prosedur administrasi, keberlanjutan dan produksi kapasitas terbatas; ditambah dengan iklim usaha tidak kondusif bagi pengembangan UKM dan kewirausahaan. Abstract

ABSTRAKMeningkatkan kualitas lulusan yang dapat bersaing pada era milenimum merupakan tanggung jawab dari dunia pendidikan khususnya dunia pendidikan tinggi dalam hal ini salah satunya adalah Universitas Negeri Jakarta.. Salah satu tahapan yang dapat dilakukan untuk menyiapkan lulusan yang berkulaitas yaitu dengan menyesuaikan kebutuhan akan kompetensi lulusan dengan dunia kerja dan industri. Untuk mengetahui kesesuaian antara kompetensi lulusan dengan kebutuhan penggunanya adalah tracer studi (studi jejak rekam). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kompetensi lulusan FE UNJ pada Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi berdasarkan profil tentang waktu tunggu kerja, kesesuaian bidang pekerjaan dan gaji pertama saat bekerja serta persepsi perusahaan tentang kompetensi alumni. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kualitatif dengan populasi penelitian adalah alumni Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi yang lulus dari periode 2011/2012. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling(non probability sampling). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan cara wawancara atau interview. Hasil yang didapatkan diantaranya mengenai kesesuaian dengan bidang kerja yaitu yang menjadi guru sebesar 25% dari populasi, karyawan sebesar 73,4% dan sisanya 1,6% belum bekerja.Kata Kunci : Tracer, Study, Pendidikan Ekonomi

Abstract

Abstract Since free-floating exchange rate system has been applied in Indonesia on August 1998, the accumulation of depreciation of rupiah against the US dollar has been about 48,7% until December 2001. This condition brings many argumentations about the reasons behind the exchange rate instability faced by Indonesia among many experts whether it is caused by economic factors or by non-economic factors. By recognizing the causes, it will be easier for the experts and government of Indonesia to formulate the solution. This research is intended to analyze the influence of economic variables, i.e. Gross Domestic Product, money supply, interest rate, inflation rate, Current Account & Capital Account in both Indonesia and The United State of America, as well as the position of the balance of international payment of Indonesia to the exchange rate movement in order to give contributions to solve the problem. Based on the result money supply becomes the only variable which has a multicollinearity and excluded from the regression linear. Also only current account is not significant influence on the exchange rate movement, instead of the other variables. Coefficient of determination of the research model is 84.4 %, means that other factors, not accommodated in this research, give 15.6 % influence to the exchange rate movement. These other factors can be catagorized as other economic factors or non-economic factors. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to detect correlation between climate organization with job satisfaction on employees PT Cipta Niaga Semestat. The research is done during for two months since April until Mai 2014. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach. The population research was all of employees with total 60 employees, and 51 employees for sampling and used simple random sampling. Instrument that used to get variable data X (Climate Organization) measured by questionnaire using Likert Scale. For Variable Y (Job Satisfaction) was also measured by questionnaire using Likert Scale. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Ŷ = 35,58 + 0,513X, while analysis rules test that is test normalitas while analysis rules test that is test normalitas regression estimation error Y on X with test liliefors got Lhitung0,090 < Ltabel 0,124, matters this means sample comes from population normal distribution. Significancy test and regression linearity by using analysis table varians (anava) got regression similarity Fhitung 25,12 > Ftabel 4,14 that declare regression very mean with regression linearity test that produce Fhitung 0,85 < Ftabel 2,0 that show that regression model that used linear. Correlation coefficient hypothesis test is done with formula product moment produce rxy as big as 0,582. Significancy test with thitung as big as 5,01 dan ttabel 1,68. Because tcount < ttabel, from watchfulness result so researcher can conclude that found connection significant between climate organization with job satisfaction on employee PT Cipta Niaga Semesta. Determination coefficient test produces KD as big as 33,89 %. So can be taken conclusion found which are positive connection and significant between climate organization and job satisfaction.Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Climate Organization

Abstract The results showed that: (1) There is significant effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on student learning motivation; meaning the better the entrepreneurial traits will affect student learning motivation higher. (2) There is significant effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on student learning motivation; meaning the better the behavior will affect student learning motivation higher. (3) There is significant influence entrepreneurial trait and behaviors to motivate student learning; meaning the better the entrepreneurial traits and behaviors will affect student learning motivation higher.
