Abstract

Humans have a variety of needs that must be met. Several methods are used to meet the needs of one way to shop. Advances in technology and the Internet affect the development of the type of retail business, the online store. To conduct online sales, businesses have to pay attention to the target market to be addressed, one of which is the demographic variables and technology readiness. This study aimed to determine the effect of demographic variables and the technology readiness of a person to the online shopping behavior. This study is located in the city of Denpasar, using as many as 100 respondents. Data collection methods used in this research is using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. This result proves that the technology readiness demographic variables and simultaneous significant effect on the behavior of online shopping in the city of Denpasar. In the partial test results shows demographic variables and a significant positive effect on online shopping behavior. Technology readiness partially positive and significant impact on online shopping behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of job performance, education, experience, recognition, and opportunities to grow simultaneously or partially on the career development of civil servants, and to find out which are the most dominant variables affecting the development of the career civil servants. Data collected through interviews, observation, document study, and questionnaires. The study population was a civil servant at the Office of Peace Order and Civil Service Police Unit of Denpasar. Samples taken in stratified random sampling as many as 61 respondents. Results of this study indicate that work performance, education, work experience, recognition and the opportunity to grow simultaneously influence the career development of civil servants, while the variable only partially Education, recognition and the opportunity to grow that have an influence on the career development of civil servants in which variables are the most dominant influence on the career development of civil servants is the recognition variable. The implications of this study that the increasing need for any career civil servants to introduce themselves to the officials of the authority that decides in employee career development and actively engage the career development of civil servants at the Office of Peace Order and Civil Service Police Unit for the presentation of the activities carried out in inside and outside the organization, both as participants and speakers. Abstract

Performance is a very important thing for the institution. Employees who have a high performance must be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. For that institutions should consider the factors that may affect the performance of employees. In this research to determine the three variables that can affect the performance of the employee, the variable compensation, physical work environment, and work discipline. The variables studied to determine the effect of simultaneous or partially on the employee's performance on the LPD Jimbaran Village People with multiple linear regression analysis as an analytical technique. Besides the physical working environment variable is a variable that dominant influence on employee performance seen from the Standardized Beta Coefficients with the highest value.

Abstract

This study about the relationship of demographic characteristics to the behavior of the consumer complaints on services workshop in Denpasar. Respondents of this study is that consumers are ever disappointed overhaul services amounted to 160 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, chi-square and contingency coefficient. The results found that income, education level, and age has a positive and significant relationship with the consumer complaint behavior where higher incomes, higher education levels, and young age tend to complain, whereas gender has a positive and significant relationship. Suggestions for workshop in Denpasar is to provide a channel to ease complaints. This will have an impact on long-term relationships with consumers. This research is done intent to know leadership role, financial compensation and physical work condition to is ardour employee job CV. Leo Silver Batuyang Gianyar. Job spirit constitute mental attitude of individual and also group who can push their to collaborate deep solve that task minimizes keliruan aught. There is linear regression even bifilar tech análisis data that is utilized in this research. analisis's result points out leadership, financial compensation and influential physical work condition simultan and partial to is ardour employee job. Financial compensation becomes influential variable dominant to is ardour employee job because base count Standardized Coefficients is Beta having supreme point which is as big as 0,428 than variable leadership and physical work conditions.

Abstract

Wings Food adalah perusahaan yang sedang gencar melakukan periklanan untuk memperkenalkan produk baru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan variabel demografi (usia, pendapatan, jenis kelamin dan pendidikan) dengan respon konsumen terhadap iklan produk kopi merek TOP Coffee di Kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Denpasar. Jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan sebanyak 120 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan chi square analysis. Analisis menunjukkan variabel demografi (usia, pendapatan, jenis kelamin dan pendidikan) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan respon konsumen. Artinya, semakin tinggi usia responden akan memiliki respon konsumen yang semakin baik, semakin rendah pendapatan responden akan memiliki respon konsumen yang semakin baik, jenis kelamin laki-laki memiliki respon konsumen yang lebih baik dibandingkan jenis kelamin perempuan dan semakin rendah tingkat pendidikan responden akan memiliki respon konsumen yang semakin baik. Kata kunci : variabel demografi, respon konsumen, periklanan.

Abstract

This paper was purpose to explore the relationship among the four dimensions of technology readiness index (optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, insecurity) and intention to use computer tablet that moderated by age. The data were analyzed  using multiple linear regression method with no moderating variables (t test) and multiple linear regression method with moderating variables (test of interaction). The result of analysis found that four dimensions of technology readiness index only optimism and innovativeness dimension has a significant influence, while discomfort and insecurity has not influence. The result of multiple regression analysis with moderation variable not found as a moderating variable. Keyword: demographic, age, technology readiness index, optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, insecurity, intention to use.

Abstract

The research to determine the effect of the marketing mix to consumers in making purchasing decisions Toyota Avanza at PT. Agung Automall Denpasar. Respondents in a study were taken some of 93 people who buy Toyota Avanza cars in PT. Agung Automall Denpasar. Sampling was purposive sampling method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results show that simultaneously marketing mix influence on purchase decisions. Partial product, price, place, promotion sigmificance influence on purchasing decisions. Price variable is said to be the most dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions. As a suggestion, company should maintain pricing,which means that the price offered should be in accordance with the expected quality and considering the price competitif of competitor. Abstract

This study analyzes the demographic characteristics in the adoption of smartphone in the city of Denpasa. Responden smartphone adoption in this study are cell phone users in the city of Denpasar, amounting to 150 people. Data analysis technique used is the chi square. Abstract

The success of an organization depends on productivity, owned either by individuals or teams in the organization. Productivity is an important factor for the continuity of the company because it is the key in making improvements every day and only be done by labor. The purpose of this study was determine the influence of job training, physical working environment as well as the motivation of the employees work productivity in PT. Taspen (Persero) Denpasar Branch Offices simultaneously or parsial, as well as the dominant variables which influence the work productivity. The respondents in this study were 40 people. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and questionnaire. The technique used is data analysis of multiple linear regression test, unison (F test), partial regression test (t test) and Standardized Coefficient Beta. Results of the analysis indicate that job training, physical working environment and motivation affect positively and significantly to the productivity of work. Job training, physical working environment and motivation affect positively and significantly to the productivity of the work partially. Motivation is the dominant influence on the variables work productivity. As consideraton, advice that can be given which should improve the results employees worked and always trying to make improvements in performance to get the results of work satisfaction, companies add and raise support facilities as well as training using paint coloring is compelling in the workspace.
