The concept of organizational commitment is based on the assumption that the commitment of the organization to have a relationship, not just the employee and the organization, but in the surrounding communities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational justice on organizational commitment. The study was conducted at the Hotel Bali Dynasty Resort Kuta. The number of samples taken 80 employees housekeeping section, the census method or saturated samples. A multiple linear regression analysis techniques are used. Variables with standardized beta coefficients greater is justice organization that is equal to 0.547. Justice organizations greater influence on organizational commitment. This is because of the concern shown on the organization's employees, both in the system of remuneration or working procedures, the employee will increase the loyalty and commitment to the company.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan struktur modal antara manufacture multinational corporation (MNc) dan domestic corporation (DMc) serta untuk mengetahui determinan struktur modal pada MNc dan DMc yang terdaftar di BEI. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 19 MNc, dan 48 DMc. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Independent Sample T-Test dan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal MNc berbeda secara nyata dengan struktur modal DMc. Profitability dan business risk memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap struktur modal MNc, serta liquidity dan asset tangibility memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap struktur modal MNc. Liquidity dan asset tangibility memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap struktur modal DMc, serta profitability dan business risk tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap struktur modal DMc. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi literatur dalam menentukan determinan struktur modal serta membantu perusahaan untuk mengambil keputusan yang efektif mengenai struktur modal sesuai dengan company status.

Damage to the environment make a change in lifestyle of the people who now pay more attention to the environment, and healthy living trend has motivated people to start a movement of healthy life by consuming organic products. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of green perceived value on green purchase behavior mediated by green trust. The population in this study was people who consume organic products in the city of Denpasar. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, the number of respondents as many as 110. Analysis technique used is path analysis and the Sobel test. The results showed that green trusts was significantly positively in mediating the effects of green perceived value to the green purchase behavior on organic products in the city of Denpasar. With this study, it is expected that marketers of organic products should inform the public about the benefits of consuming organic products, and on the other side is expected to farmers of organic products should maintain product quality in order to stay good.

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and financial rewards on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted in Adma Umalas Villa with a number of samples were taken as many as 66 respondents, where respondents were all employees so that the sampling method used is the method of census. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test hypotheses of the study. Based on the analysis we can conclude that the transformational leadership, organizational commitment and financial rewards positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. Transformational leadership, organizational commitment and financial rewards positive and significant effect partially on employee job satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect the reputation of the company, the compensation offered by the company and the company's work environment on the interest of applying for a job. This research was conducted on active student program extension 8th semester Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Udayana. Population at the object research amounted to 270 students and the sample of respondents amounted to 73 students. The sampling method using proportional random sampling method. Collecting data in this research is through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis in this research (t test results) stated that the variable corporate reputation, the compensation offered by the company and the company's working environment partially positive and significant impact on the interest apply jobs.

The aim of this study is to determine the mediating role of organizational commitment on the influence of perceived organizational support on intention to leave of the employees of Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel. The number of samples is 195 employees by using probability sampling method especially techniques of analysis used are Path analysis and Sobel test. The results show that perceived organizational support and organizational commitment negatively affect intention to leave, perceived organizational support positively influence organizational commitment and organizational commitment mediates on intention to leave. It is recommended for the company for continuing perceived organizational support to employees and high commitment, and the management should be able to be a good co-worker for the employees so that employees desire not to leave the company can be reduced.

The purpose of research to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and environment physical work simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees, and test variables dominant influence on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. RB Pedungan with multiple linear regression analysis technique. Population is the whole subject of research as many as 90 employees number of samples obtained by using census method as much as 90 respondents. Based on the analysis concluded that the transformational leadership style and environment physical work it has positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees. Transformational leadership style is the variable that most affects the performance of employees of PT. RB Pedungan.

Job satisfaction problems that occur in Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar is the relationship between leaders and subordinates who are less well established where leaders failed to give motivation and attention to his subordinates. Thetpurpose oftthis studyuwas toodetermine the effectyof communication, motivation andyphysicaliwork environment on.employe satisfaction. This research wast conductedt the Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar. The number of samples used 80 people with sampling methods saturated. Interviews and question were use for data collection. Multiplet linear regres in technique rusedt in this study. Based on the analysis communicatin, motivation mand physical environment simultaneously and partially positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction. Limitations of this study where researchers only use three variables to measure job satisfaction. Further research should further refine this study by adding other variables related to job satisfaction.

Stock split merupakan salah satu kegiatan korporasi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan likuiditas saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan reaksi pasar saham sebelum dan sesudah stock split dan pengaruh split factor terhadap reaksi pasar. Pemilihan periode peristiwa didasarkan pada panjangnya jumlah pengamatan dan menghindari terjadinya confounding effect. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui reaksi pasar di sepanjang peristiwa stock split. Jika terdapat perbedaan reaksi pasar maka stock split dapat dikategorikan sebagai peristiwa yang mengandung informasi. Penelitian ini mengambil 48 sampel yang melakukan stock split dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2010-2014 dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Paired Sample t-test dan Regresi Sederhana dengan periode jendela peristiwa selama 11 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat reaksi pasar saham sebelum dan sesudah stock split dan split factor tidak berpengaruh terhadap reaksi pasar. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian ini menunjukkan bahwa pasar tidak bereaksi terhadap peristiwa stock split.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction and job stress at The Seminyak Beach Resort and SPA. Samples from this study amounted to 148 people. The sampling method used was probability sampling is simple random sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this research is path analysis. The analysis showed that emotional intelligence has positive influence on job satisfaction, job satisfaction negatively affect job stress, emotional intelligence negatively affect job stress.
