Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of well-being, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment to employee performance Aroma Spa, Sanur Denpasar. Respondents of this study were all employees of Aroma Spa, Sanur many as 40 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The study states that the level of well-being, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. The level of well-being, job satisfaction and organizational commitment partially also positive and significant effect on employee performance. Finally, organizational commitment is a dominant variable on the performance of employees at Aroma Spa Sanur Denpasar.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses  about Penta Medica which is considering alternative funding to increase investment vehicle such as a car unit operations to improve their company's performance. Penta Medica uses beyond the company's source of funds is through a bank loan or leasing. The purpose of this study was to determine the more favorable funding sources between bank loans and leasing. This study use traditional comparative descriptive analysis techniques, by comparing the PV of the cash out flow between bank credit and leasing. Variables used consists of bank interest rates, interest rate leasing, installment debtors, car purchase price, credit period and cash out flow. Based on the results of analysis show that the PV of the cash out flow of bank credit of Rp 254,250,777.63 while for the leasing of Rp 256,198,993.37. So the present value of the cash out flow is lower than leasing. It can be concluded that the use of bank credit financing is more advantageous than leasing. Keywords :credit, leasing, present value

Abstract

The company's goal is achieved if optimum employee performance, so it is important in the organization's efforts to achieve its objectives, so it is important to note the variables that determine the performance of employees. Kuta Paradiso Hotel Kuta, Badung paying attention and the problems encountered with regard to compensation, education and training, occupational safety and health programs to improve employee performance. The study was conducted in order to know the effect of compensation, education and training, occupational health and safety programs on employee performance. Stratified random sampling method is used to determine the sample, as many as 76 employees. Data were collected by interview and questionnaire. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, the F-test, hypothesis testing (t-test) and the standardized beta coefficients. Based on the results of the discussion, the conclusion obtained results that kmpensasi research, education and training, occupational health and safety programs partially positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Kuta Paradiso Hotel Kuta, Badung. The results showed increased compensation will increase employee performance, the better the education and training it will improve the performance of employees, and the increasing performance of employees is determined by improvements in the implementation of occupational safety and health programs.

Abstract

This research as a purpose  to determined the effects of working capital/current assets turnover on profitability. Turnovers of working capital/current assets include cash turnovers, inventory turnovers and accounts receivable turnovers. The financial statements of the food and beverages company used as secondary data in this study with the time period of 2008-2010. Multiple linear regression, T-test and F-test is used as method analysis. The conclusion of this study is the analysis of working capital/current assets turnover simultaneous effect on profitabilities, while partially affecting profitability and inventory turnovers only accounts receivable turnovers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of motivation, financial compensation and the physical work environment on employee productivity at PT. Artha Prima Finance Denpasar. This study used a qualitative research using surveys and questionnaires to 54 employees of PT. Artha Prima Finance Denpasar. The analysis technique used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis. Obtained findings that work motivation variables significantly positive effect on the productivity of employees. Furthermore, the variable compensation financially significant positive effect on the productivity of employees. Finally, the physical work environment variables significantly positive effect on the productivity of employees.

Abstract

Improving corporate profits and maximize the value of the company is interrelated objectives to improve the welfare of shareholders, so it is an important consideration in maintaining the continuity of the company. Location of the research done on food and beverage companies in the Stock Exchange of 10 sample companies. The data collection was done by using nonparticipant observation through financial statements. The results of analysis with proven track profitability analysis technique which acts as the main intervening variable is not able to mediate firm size and leverage on firm value. The results showed that the size of the company and the leverage effect, but not statistically significant on profitability, whereas no significant effect of firm size on leverage. Company size in this study was not statistically significant effect on firm value, while leverage and profitability have a significant positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

Purpose of scientific research work entitled factors considered domestic travelers staying at The Harmony Legian Hotel Bali is for determine the dominant factor affecting tourist. Research method were used to answer the issues raised in this research is the analysis of factor. Variables studied were 30 variables derived from Hawkins, et al. (2007)’s article. By using PCA method, 30 variables obtained to 7 factors considered domestic travelers staying at The Harmony Legian Hotel Bali and its able to explain all the variance in the data. The seven factor that is product, environment, promotion, perception, people, social, and private.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of green marketing mix consists of product, promotion, price and place of the green product purchasing decisions at Sari Organic Restaurant Ubud. This study used a quantitative research using surveys and questionnaires to 100 visitors Sari Organic Restaurant Ubud. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. It was found that the variable product, promotion, price and place simultaneously influence the purchasing decision of green products in Restaurant Ubud Sari Organic and variable product, promotion, price and place to have a positive and significant effect partially on green product purchasing decisions at Sari Organic Restaurant Ubud.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of (1) store atmosphere to the consumer re-purchase intention, (2) location of the consumer re-purchase intention in Minimarket Sekawan Tabanan. The number of samples taken were 112 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Results showed that atmosphere of departure and the location has a significant influence on consumer purchase intentions Minimarket Sekawan. As well as the atmosphere of the store and the location of a significant effect on purchase intentions re simultaneously.

Abstract

Capital structure illustrates the combination of debt dan equity in the company’s long term financial structure. The Factors that can affect the capital structure must be observed by the manager in determining the optimal capital structure. This study was purpose to determine the effect of operating leverage, non-debt tax shield, assets structure and sales growth opportunity to capital structure. Sample in this study is 11 companies with nonprobability purposive sampling as sampling method. Research with multiple linear regression analysis found that there is a significant positive relation between operating leverage and capital structure. Assets structure showed the significant negative relation on capital structure, non-debt tax shield and sales growth opportunity showed no significant effect on capital structure.
