Return adalah tujuan dari investor untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal. Investor melakukan berbagai cara agar bisa mendapatkan return yang sesuai diinginkan, dengan melakukan analisis sendiri pada perilaku perdagangan suatu saham, ataupun dengan menggunakan sarana yang sudah disediakan dari analis di pasar modal. Informasi-informasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai tolak ukur tingkat return saham perusahaan yang diteliti adalah ROA, DER, dan EPS. Perusahaan food and beverage dipilih sebagai populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2008-2012. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk mendapatkan jumlah sampel. Berdasarkan teknik tersebut, 10 perusahaan diperoleh sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan hasil bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat ROA dan EPS, maka semakin tinggi juga return sahamnya, hanya DER yang memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap return saham.

In the era of modernization to globalization today, the existence of radio as marginalized. Some of the innovations made by entrepreneurs radio services have been able to restore the existence of the radio so that it remains biased greets faithful listeners. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of listener satisfaction in mediating the relationship between service quality and loyalty of listeners of Radio Cassanova Bali. The variables studied were the quality of the service, satisfaction and loyalty listener listener. The data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents selected radio listeners by purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed using path analysis (path analysis) with the help of the Sobel test analysis techniques using SPSS. The research results show that the better the quality of services provided by Radio Cassanova Bali, the higher the level of satisfaction and loyalty Cassanova Bali Radio listeners, and listeners who have a high level of satisfaction will lead to higher loyalty on Radio Cassanova Bali. The company should further improve the quality of service for the listener the listener to feel satisfied with the services provided.

The development of the world of fashion and lifestyle are increasingly accompanied by the increasing number of shopping centers such as department stores, factory outlets, fashion boutiques to make distributions outlet as one of the necessities of life are very important. Fashion on consumer involvement can increase impulsive buying behavior-oriented fashion among those who are accustomed to wearing fashion products. This study aims to determine how fashion influences involvement in mediating the positive emotion towards impulse buying fashion consumers in the city of Denpasar. The sample totaled 119 respondents from all regions of Denpasar with purposive sampling method using path analysis (path analysis). The test results showed that the involvement of fashion influence on impulse buying. In addition, there is an indirect effect of fashion involvement against impulse buying through positive emotion, or in other words the positive emotion is mediating variables.

This study aims to examine the role of the corporate image in mediating the effect of corporate social responsibility to the purchase intention of bottled water brand ades. This research was conducted in the city of Denpasar. Method of determining the sample in this study was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, namely the determination of the sample with particular consideration. Data collected using a questionnaire with Likert scale. Respondents in this study were 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of pathways. These results indicate that Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive and significant impact on the Corporate Image products bottled water brand Ades, Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive and significant impact on Purchase Intention bottled drinking water products brand Ades, Corporate Image has a positive and significant impact Intention to Purchase bottled water products brand Ades. Corporate Image significantly mediate the indirect influence of corporate social responsibility to the purchase intention of bottled water products brand Ades.

Changing attitudes dan behavior patterns of people in Denpasar are turning to the use of cosmetic products that are healthy dan environmentally friendly than chemical based products, lead to behavior change dan purchase intention. The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the influence of consumer attitudes dan subjective norms, dan to see the gender differences on the intention to buy green cosmetics brdan Oriflame in Denpasar. Data collection was performed using the non-probability sampling method in the form of purposive sampling. These results indicate that the regression models used have met the assumptions of classical test. This study concludes that each variable attitudes dan subjective norms positive dan significant effect on purchase intention, besides there are positive but not significant differences between consumer purchase intentions of women to men on purchase intention.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, komunikasi, dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap semangat kerja karyawan di Fuji Jaya Motor Gianyar. sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 42 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi, kumunikasi, dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Secara parsial motivasi, komunikasi, dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada Fuji Jaya Motor Gianyar. Hasil penelitian menemukan faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja karyawan adalah komunikasi.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity, firm size, business risk and age to the capital structure of tourism industry. This research was conducted in the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the period 2010-2013. The method of determining the sample is purposive sampling with a sample of 15 companies enganged in the tourism industry. The analysis technique used in this study is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that liquidity, firm size and age of the company partially significant negative effect on the capital structure of the tourism industries in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2013, while the business risk has a significant positive effect on the capital structure of the tourism industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010-2013.

This research was conducted in Mozzarella Restaurant & Bar Legian Bali. The number of samples examined as many as 117 employees, with the method of determining the saturated sample. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee empowerment and organizational innovation. Data was collected by using a questionnaire and indicators were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is the path analysis (path analysis). The analysis showed that transformational leadership has positive influence on employee empowerment and organizational innovation by 73.63 percent, while the remaining 26.37 percent influenced by other factors that are not included in the model. This means that by implementing transformational leadership, the leadership of Mozzarella Restaurant and Bar Legian Bali can empower their employees and the employees who have been empowered expected to create new innovations for the development of the company Mozzarella Restaurant & Bar Legian Bali.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence between of materialism to online impulsive buying behavior with hedonic motivation as mediation variable. The data in this study, using path analysis to discuss how the direct influence of materialism on the hedonic motivation and materialism and hedonic motivation on impulsive buying behavior online, This study also accompanied Sobel test to determine the effect of indirect to know how the role of hedonic motivation in mediating. The sample size used was 120 people with a survey method using a questionnaire that measured with Likert scale. Based on the results path analysis found that the variable materialism significantly affects the hedonic motivation, and the variable materialism and hedonic motivation significantly effect on impulsive buying behavior online. Sobel test results showed that the hedonic motivation variables is able to mediate the effect of the materialism on impulsive buying behavior online. This study showed no plans on buying behavior of online shopping activity in Indonesia, which is influenced by the emotional nature of consumer owned.

Kinerja keuangan perusahaan dalam penelitian ini diwakili oleh current ratio, return on equity, debt to assets ratio, earning per share, dan total assets turnover, dimana penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelima variabel tersebut terhadap harga saham. Metode yang digunakan untuk penentuan sampel adalah metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 19 perusahaan. Melalui teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, didapat hasil bahwa hanya earning per share dan total assets turnover yang mempengaruhi harga saham secara positif dan signifikan, sedangkan ketiga variabel bebas lainnya mempengaruhi harga saham secara tidak signifikan.
