Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect on the Quality of Work Life Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction. The study was conducted at the Swastika Bungalows Sanur, with a sample of 60 employees who were taken withsaturated or census sampling method. Data analysis technique used is the technique of path analysis (path analysis). The results showed that the higher the Quality Of Work Life applied by the company, the higher employee motivation that impact on enhancing employee satisfaction with the results of path analysis showed that motivation positive effect in mediating the effect of Quality Of Work Life on employee job satisfaction so , the results of this study can serve as a reference for the company to improve the welfare of employees through increased job security, giving freedom to employees, and increased the incentive for employees to have an impact on increasing the productivity of the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation on job satisfaction and OCB and the effect of job satisfaction on OCB. This study also aims to analyze the indirect effect of intrinsic motivation on OCB through job satisfaction. The study was conducted at the Secretariat of the Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) of Badung Regency. Data were collected by means of questionnaire using five scales, distributed to 143 contract employees. Before being fully disseminated, data quality testing was carried out using SPSS 20 to ensure the questionnaire was valid and reliable. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis with WarpPLS. The results shows that intrinsic motivation plays an important role in increasing job satisfaction and OCB. Additionally, job satisfaction is also proven to be able to increase OCB. Furthermore, intrinsic motivation indirectly has an important role in increasing OCB through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui penambahan elastic bandage pada kombinasi pemberian diatermi, US, dan massage transverfriction dapat menurunkan rasa nyeri pada pasien cedera ligamen kolateral medial lutut. Metode : Penelitian dilakukan dengan desain pre test and post test control group, dimana didapatkan jumlah sampel untuk kelompok kontrol dengan intervensi diatermi, US, dan massage transverfriction sebanyak 14 orang dan pada kelompok perlakuan dengan diatermi, US, massage transverfriction dan elastic bandage sebanyak 14 orang. Hasil : Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji beda dua rata-rata yaitu paired sample t-test pada kelompok kontrol didapatkan nilai p<0,05 (0,000) yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara rata-rata nilai nyeri sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Sedangkan pada kelompok perlakuan didapatkan nilai p<0,05 (0,000) yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara rata-rata nilai nyeri sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji beda dua rata- rata yaitu independent sample t-test didapatkan nilai p<0,05 (0,000) yang berarti intervensi pada kelompok perlakuan (diatermi, US, massage transverfriction dan elastic bandage) lebih efektif secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan intervensi pada kelompok kontrol (diatermi, US, dan massage transverfriction) dalam menurunkan nyeri pada pasien cedera ligamen kolateral medial lutut. Kesimpulan : Penambahan elastic bandage pada kombinasi pemberian diatermi, US, dan massage transverfriction dapat menurunkan rasa nyeri pada pasien cedera ligamen kolateral medial lutut.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Balinese economy is full of unregulated small and medium sized family businesses. This sector provides employment opportunities to low-skilled and under-educated workers. Generally, these businesses contribute significantly to the county’s gross domestic product. It is the government’s policy to give a large priority to the development of these small, medium and family businesses because of the influence they have on the level of employment. With further development, these businesses can provide a strong foundation for the Indonesian economic structure, and specifically Bali’s. The purposes of the research are: (1) To identify how tourism stimulates the farming sub sector. (2) To identify the type and quantity of vegetables needed by the tourism sector in Bali. (3) To plan a strategic program for small vegetable business development for in the Bali province. The findings from the analysis were: 1. In the farming production sector the plants sub sector has a stronger correlation with tourism than the other sub-sectors such as agriculture, animal farming, forestry, and fish farming. The plant sub sector is split into fruit and vegetable, with the vegetables accounting for twice as much of the production at 0,0031% with the elasticity at 2,05%. This makes vegetables the most important crop in relation to the tourism sector in Bali. 2. The type and quantity of vegetables needed by tourism are as follows: 1) Statistics show that the vegetables needed by the hotel, restaurant, and food stalls in the following five regencies of Bali, Gianyar, Buleleng, Bangli, Tabanan, and Karangasem, is around 391.765 ton. These regencies account for 50% of the vegetable need in Bali so the total need for the tourism industry in Bali is approximately 783.530 ton per year. In 2003 the total vegetable for the whole of Bali was 269.562 ton, which means there is a deficit of 513.868 ton in the tourism sector, without even factoring in the domestic demand. 2) There are fifteen types of vegetable which are mainly needed by the tourism sector: onion, garlic, chilies, tomatoes, potatoes, cabbage, carrot, green vegetable, runner beans, water spinach, spinach, cucumber, beans, salads, and parsley. 3) Most hotels buy their vegetables through a contract system, but most restaurants and food stalls buy from the traditional markets. 4) Most hotels, restaurants and food stalls supply their vegetables daily at the percentage of 71, 83% and incidentally at 28, 17% and 3. The required strategies to improve small and medium sized vegetable businesses are: 1) Small medium vegetable producer’s business strategic plan such as: (1) To improve the minimum vegetable production levels; (2) To improve product competition; (3) Sub terminal agro business development; (4) To improve the safety of Bali as a tourism destination; (5) To improve the quality of the vegetables produced; (6) To provide economic support and allowances for the small and medium farming businesses; (7) Encourage partnerships between small and medium vegetable businesses, suppliers, and hotels. 2) Small medium vegetable trader’s business strategic plan such as: (1) Improve the consistency and quantity of supply to hotels and supermarkets; (2) Improve the ability to adapt with changes; (3) Develop different products and product quality; (4) Partnership between small medium vegetable trader’s business with hotels and supermarkets; (5) Improve the business management; (6)Make a strong position for small medium vegetable businesses to support the tourism market; (7) Improve the ability to compete; (8) Create price stability. Key words: Small medium business improvement, Farming section, Tourism support ABSTRAK Usaha kecil-menengah (UKM) dan usaha rumah tangga (URT) yang tidak berbadan hukum adalah pelaku-pelaku ekonomi Bali, tersebar di semua sektor ekonomi, merupakan usaha yang banyak menciptakan lapangan usaha tanpa harus mempunyai jenjang pendidikan tertentu atau keahlian khusus. Secara nasional kontribusi jenis usaha ini terhadap produk domestik bruto sangat signifikan. Kebijakan pemerintah untuk memberi prioritas lebih besar dalam pembangunan yang berorientasi pada pemberdayaan ekonomi kerakyatan utamanya UKM dan URT sangat strategis dan akan berdampak luas terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Ke depan jenis usaha semacam ini menjadi fondasi yang cukup kokoh bagi struktur perekonomian Indonesia umumnya dan perekonomian Bali khususnya. Tujuan penelitian yaitu: (1) Mengidentifikasi sub-sub sektor pertanian pendukung pariwisata, (2) MengiIdentifikasi jenis dan kuantitas sayuran yang dibutuhkan sektor pariwisata di Bali, dan (3) Merumuskan strategi dan program pemberdayaan UKM sayuran di Popinsi Bali Dari hasil analisis diperoleh temuan penting sebagai berikut: 1. Pada kelompok sektor produksi pertanian dalam arti luas, sub sektor tanaman pangan memiliki keterkaitan paling kuat dengan pariwisata dibandingkan dengan sub sektor lainnya seperti perkebunan, peternakan, kehutanan dan perikanan. Sedangkan pada kelompok produksi sub sektor tanaman pangan, sub-sub sektor sayuran memiliki pengganda terbesar kedua setelah buah-buahan, ditunjukkan oleh pengganda dan elastisitas masing-masing sebesar 0,031 dan 2,05%. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa sub-subsektor sayuran berperan menunjang sektor pariwisata di Bali, terutama dalam memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan akan sayuran, 2. Jenis dan Jumlah sayuran yang dibutuhkan oleh pariwisata: 1) Kebutuhan sayuran oleh hotel, restoran dan rumah makan di lima kabupaten di Bali yaitu Gianyar, Buleleng, Bangli, Tabanan dan Karangasem sebanyak 391.765 ton, diperkirakan hanya 50% dari total kebutuhan sayuran di Bali. Jika demikian halnya, total kebutuhan sayuran oleh hotel, restoran dan rumah makan di Bali diperkirakan sebanyak 783.530 ton per tahun. Sedangkan produksi sayuran di Bali tahun 2003 sebesar 269.562 ton, berarti produksi sayuran di Bali masih defisit sebesar 513.968 ton per tahun dibandingkan dengan kebutuhan pariwisata. 2) Jenis sayuran yang dibutuhkan mencakup 15 jenis, yaitu Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Lombok, Tomat, Kentang, Kubis, Wortel, Sawi Hijau/Petsai, Kacang Panjang, Kangkung, Bayam, Mentimun, Buncis, Selada dan Parsely, 3) Sistem pengadaan sayuran oleh hotel-hotel melalui sistem kontrak, sedangkan oleh restoran dan rumah makan melalui sistem pembelian langsung ke pasar-pasar tradisional, 4) Sebagian besar kontinuitas pengadaan sayuran oleh hotel, resatoran dan rumah makan secara harian (71,83%), sedangkan hanya sebagian kecil (28,17%) secara insidental; dan 3. Strategi Pemberdayaan potensi UKM Sayuran yaitu: 1). Strategi Pemberdayaan UKM produsen (petani sayuran), yaitu: (1) Meningkatkan produksi sayuran minimum khemikalia; (2) Meningkatkan daya saing produk; (3) Pemberdayaan sub terminal agribisnis; (4) Meningkatkan keamanan daerah wisata; (5) Pemberdayaan petani sayuran; (6) Memperkuat posisi UKM petani; (7) Pola kemitraan antara UKM petani, pengepul dan hotel, dan 2) . Strategi pemberdayaan UKM pedagang sayuran antara lain: (1) Meningkatkan kemampuan kuantitas dan kontinuitas memasok hotel dan swalayan; (2) Peningkatan kemampuan adaptasi terhadap perubahan; (3) Peningkatan keragaman dan kualitas produk; (4) Kemitraan antara UKM pedagang sayuran dengan hotel dan swalayan; (5) Peningkatan manajemen usaha; (6) Memperkuat posisi UKM sayuran menunjang pasar pariwisata; (7) Meningkatkan kemampuan bersaing; (8) Stabilisasi harga. Abstract

Jegeg Bagus Klungkung (JBK) is a representative of the young generation in Klungkung Regency as a tourism ambassador with the aim of being an extension of the promotion of tourist destinations in Klungkung Regency. This study aims to describe the roles and constraints faced by JBK in promoting tourist destinations in Klungkung Regency during new normal period, as well as to formulate a strategic role for JBK in maximizing their role as tourism ambassadors. This study uses the promotion mix theory and strategic planning generated from the SWOT analysis. The relevant approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaires. Primary data were obtained through interviews and filling out questionnaires by JBK and tourism stakeholders. Secondary data is obtained through documents, journals and articles. The study found that JBK has done their role as tourism ambassadors through its advertising and public relations on promotion mix. The obstacles experienced consist of external and internal constraints. The strategic role resulting from the SWOT analysis places JBK's position in that JBK should use an intensive strategic role in market penetration and market development, besides being able to diversify the products or services offered. Abstract

Wisata Monkasel telah ditetapkan sebagai salah satu daya tarik wisata heritage di kota Surabaya, tetapi masih perlu pembenahan dari segi perawatan, pengelolaan, inovasi dan pembaharuan Monkasel. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana pengelolaan dan strategi pengembangan Monumen Kapal Selam sebagai daya tarik wisata di kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, kepustakaan, wawancara, dan angket, kemudian dianalisis melalui skala likert, pendekatan matrik IE (internal eksternal) dan matrik SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profil Monkasel sebagai sarana warisan nilai sejarah dan pengelolaannya memanfaatkan unsur-unsur manajemen, seperti: Men, Money, Methode, Materials, Machine, Market yang menghasilkan perhitungan matrik IFE dan EFE sebagai dasar dalam menentukan strategi, dan analisis. Selanjutnya dengan menggunakan matrik IE dan matrik SWOT dapat diketahui strategi yang perlu digunakan, yaitu pengembangan produk dan penetrasi pasar.

Abstract

Aera Branca Metiaut merupakan salah satu kawasan wisata potensial di Kabupaten Dili Ibukota Timor Timur yang kaya akan keindahan alam namun tidak berkembang dengan baik untuk daya tarik wisata. Dengan demikian peran pemerintah diperlukan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat untuk mengembangkan daerahnya sebagai daya tarik wisata. Penelitian ini mengkaji peran pemerintah dalam pengembangan Aera Branca menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Analisis data teknis yang digunakan kualitatif-deskriptif dan analisis matriks SWOT. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa ada faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghalangi dalam upaya untuk mengembangkan Area Branca Metiaut sebagai tujuan wisata. Faktor pendukung meliputi keindahan alam dari daerah dengan pantai berpasir putih yang menakjubkan. Faktor-faktor kendala termasuk kurangnya infrastruktur, sumber daya manusia, dan fasilitas pariwisata. Melalui analisis SWOT itu dipilih strategi terutama pentingnya pemerintah untuk memainkan perannya terutama dalam regulasi dan kebijakan dalam penyediaan infrastruktur dan mendorong masyarakat untuk meningkatkan sadar wisata.

Abstract

Authentic leaders are greatly aware how to think and behave to be considered by others as being aware of themselves and aware of others’ in perspective values. Those who have authentic values have great moral strength are aware of the situation they face, are confident, optimistic, resilient, and have a high moral character. The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of authentic leadership and work engagement on innovative work behaviour. This research was conducted at PT. Eka Graphic Bali with a total sample of 96 employees. The collected data were afterwards analyzed using the multiple linear regression. The results of the study revealed that authentic leadership and work engagement are able to improve innovative work behaviour. The findings of this study also indicated that work engagement has a stronger influence than authentic leadership on innovative work behaviour.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the cultural influences of Tri Hita Karana to organizational commitment and the performance of the company. More specific aims are testing and analyzing the cultural influences of Tri Hita Karana on performance of company and organizational commitment role as mediation of the relationship between Tri Hita Karana to the performance of company. The data were collected by cross-section through questionnaires, the unit of analysis is the Regional Water Company of Tabanan Regency. Respondents are all leaders belonging to the management of as many as 42 people. The data analysis method used to test the hypothesis is Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that a good implementation of Tri Hita Karana culture can improve the performance of the company. Good implementation of Tri Hita Karana culture can increase organizational commitment and at the same time improve the performance of the company Further organizational commitment proved to be mediating the cultural influence of Tri Hita Karana to company performance.It is recommended that the board of directors and management further promote the culture that is embraced to even be used as guidelines for PDAM of Tabanan regency.

Abstract

Abstract-Commitment is an important component for successful durable relations that are a constituent of the implementation of Supply Chain Management. This study aims to develop organizational commitment for supply chain strategies success. The current research was conducted in the churches in Bali, Bukit Dua Prayer Church of Nusa Dua and Immanuel Tabanan. A total of 1,045 members of the congregation were gathered by the assembly and congregants. Thereafter, they were relegated to active assemblies and congregations, resulting in a total of 120 assemblies and administrators, for a total of 120 respondents. Inferential analysis in this study uses a structural equation model based on variance or component-based structural equation models, known as partial least squares. Results are as follows. Misbehaviour of church management has a positive and significant effect on conflict. That is, the stronger the misbehaviour management, the more conflict in Bukit Doa Nusa Dua Congregation and Immanuel Tabanan Gongregation. Religious social values do not affect conflict. However, results further indicate that despite the strength of congregations’ religious values, conflict continues because it cannot be avoided in any organisation. Misbehaviour has a positive and significant effect on organisational commitment, as well as affects changes in church commitment. The higher the Misbehaviour, the higher the commitment to make improvements in church governance, organisationally and faithfully. Religious social values have a positive and significant effect on organisational commitment, and will affect changes in church commitment. The higher the religious social values, the higher the organisational commitment of the congregation. Results showed that conflict has a positive and significant effect on organisational commitment and supply chain strategies. Conflict also will affect changes in church commitment. The higher the conflict, the higher the commitment to make improvements in church governance, organisationally and faithfully.
