Abstract

This study aims todetermine the relationship of demographic characteristics with complaint behaviorin Badung Hospital. Respondents in this study is 100 people. Data analysis techniques used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis, chi-square analysis and crosstabs. The results of this study found that only in come that have a significant relationship with complaint behavior. Suggestions for Badung Hospitalis to improve the delivery channel complaints and clarify the procedures and requirement sareused.

Abstract

This study aim to examine effect of liquidity and institutional ownership on firm value moderated by dividend policy. The sample used 32 manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2012. Analysis technique use multiple linear regression and moderated regression. The result show that liquidity has significant negative effect on firm value, institutional ownership has no significant effect on firm value, dividend policy can not moderate the relationship of liquidity and institutional ownership on firm value.Keywords: liquidity, institutional ownership, dividend policy, firm value

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is feeling happy someone to a product. Customer satisfaction that is felt can cause trust in a particular product or service. To improve customer loyalty should be focused on customer satisfaction. The impact of positive experiences experienced by consumers will establish a trus, which will lead to an increase in customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty mediated guest confidence. This research was conducted at the Great Park Hotel in Sanur Bali. The sample many is 108 consumes respondents. The data analysis technique used is the path analysis and Sobel test. The results of this study show that customer satisfaction has positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty and Guest Trust. Guest trust and a significant positive effect on customer loyalty and trust Guest Role significantly mediate the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a criterion to determine the success of the company to meet the needs of its employees. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership Style, Compensation, and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction. This research was conducted at Kerobokan Traditional Rural Credit Institution by taking samples of 56 people. Data collection was done in two ways, namely interview and questionnaire distribution. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and t test. The results of this study indicate that the style of transformational leadership, compensation, and work environment positively affect employee job satisfaction. Suggestion from this research that a leader must apply transformational leadership style in order to be able to improve employee work satisfaction, compensation must be given in accordance with work load and achievement of employees, and work environment must be kept comfort and kekondusifannya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, pemberdayaan karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Hotel Klapa Resort Pecatu. Jumlah populasi yang diambil sebanyak 60 orang, dalam penelitian ini metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui data primer berupa kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan variabel bebas kepemimpinan, pemberdayaan karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Pemberdayaan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian manajemen Hotel Klapa Resort Pecatu perlu menciptakan kepemimpinan dengan sikap yang teladan. Jika pemimpin telah menjadi sosok yang teladan bagi karyawannya dalam memimpin perusahaan, maka karyawan akan mengikuti sikap teladan dari pimpinan. Peningkatan terhadap sikap kepemimpinan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan komitmen organisasi demi tercapainya tujuan organisasi

Abstract

Penelitian berikut mempunyai tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh leverage, struktur kepemilikan, serta corporate governance pada kebijakan dividen pada sektor manufaktur di BEI Periode 2012-2016. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di semua perusahaan sektor manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Banyaknya sample, dengan memakai metode purposive sampling ialah sebesar 18 perusahaan daripada 147 perusahaan selama periode 2012-2016. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan didalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menjawab bahwasannya leverage secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan dividen pada sektor manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2012-2016. Struktur kepemilikan secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan dividen pada sektor manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2012-2016. Corporate governance secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan dividen pada sektor manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2012-2016.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh CAR, LDR, dan NPL terhadap profitabilitas LPD di Kecamatan Mengwi Kabupaten Badung periode 2014-2016. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada LPD se- Kecamatan Mengwi Kabupaten Badung periode 2014-2016. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 38 LPD melalui metode probability sampling dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Lembaga Pemberdayaan LPD Kabupaten Badung periode 2014-2016. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu metode observasi non partisipan. Penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CAR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas LPD di Kecamatan Mengwi Kabupaten Badung. LDR berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas LPD di Kecamatan Mengwi Kabupaten Badung. NPL berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas LPD di Kecamatan Mengwi Kabupaten Badung. Kata Kunci: CAR, LDR, NPL, Profitabilitas

Abstract

Loyalty is the priceless asset for the company. Nowadays, especially in the hard battle of communication business, the company used many strategic ways to keep the existence of their customers for using their products. Doing of this research is to test the cause of integrated marketing communication and brand equity to customer loyalty in Denpasar. The location of this research, placed in many provider agent that spreaded around Denpasar, with cluster sampling technique and used 115 respondent. With double regression analysis, shows the coefficient regression of integrated marketing communication (X1) is 0,442 and the coefficient regression of brand equity (X2) is 0,314. The conclusion for the company is to build and protect the massive strategy of integrated marketing communication and brand equity, to get the maximum costumer loyalty. Abstract

This study was to determine the effect the structure of institutional ownership, managerial ownership structure and financial performance on dividend policy. The population in this study is a manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange that has the institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and dividends four years in a row during the observation period 2010-2013 as many as 15 companies were examined as a whole ( sample saturated ) using analytical techniques multiple linear regression and partial test . The results showed that the structure of institutional ownership a significant negative effect on dividend policy, while the ownership structure of managerial and financial performance significant positive effect on dividend policy.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran kewirausahaan di sekolah belum diikuti dengan penerapan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan yang riil. Tidak optimalnya proses pembelajaran kewirausahaan, akhirnya membuat lulusan SMK tidak mempunyai semangat berwirausaha dan justru lebih menyukai menjadi pegawai.Studi bertujuan (1) bagaimana pengaruh norma subjektif terhadap intensi berwirausaha siswa SMKN di Denpasar, (2) bagaimana pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha siswa SMKN di Denpasar, dan (3) sikap terhadap intensi berwirausaha siswa SMKN di Denpasar. melalui bantuan teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda. Hasil model regresi linier berganda menjawab norma subjektif berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha siswa SMKN di Denpasar. Efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha siswa SMKN di Denpasar. Sikap berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha siswa SMKN di Denpasar. Direkomendasikan, bagi pihak sekolah agar meyakinkan pola pikir dari siswa SMKN sehingga memiliki minat berwirausaha. Menanamkan bakat serta menggali potensi siswa untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha.
