Methods: A qualitative study with a single study case was conducted between March and May 2017 in the community feeding center in Argorejo Village, Sedayu Subdistrict, Bantul District. Data were collected from a focus group discussion among mothers of children under-fives, in-depth interviews to community health workers and a nutritionist, and observation during the program activities. Analysis was done by developing coding and themes on the implementation of the program. Results: Several activities were identified in the community-based nutrition program such as anthropometric measurement, nutrition counselling and education, providing healthy snacks during the program, and weekly food supplementation distribution to targeted children. Facilitators of this program included active participation from community health workers, acceptance and supports from the community, and self-subsistent food supplementation. Meanwhile, the barriers of this program were budget allocation, limited numbers and time of health workers, and lacked tools and facilities. Conclusions: Community-based nutrition program in the community feeding center is community-driven program which is from and to the community. A narrative account in mental health can lead to the creation of a healthier society. This research examines how people with anxiety disorders view themselves and ascribe meaning to the stigma surrounding their condition. Method: A narrative analysis of case studies in Europe, each patient sharing their in-depth lived experiences with anxiety disorders. Results: Nadir's experience was initially expressed and as the participants gained a moderate, balanced level of self-awareness through narrative approaches, they quickly develop coping strategies that are essential to their recovery. Conclusion: Narrative mental health might be an area that needs refocusing during the treatment of anxiety disorders patients.

The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method. The minimum sample size is 91 people. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate using chi-square test, and multivariate using logistic regression. Results: The results of the bivariate analysis showed significant results, namely BMI (RP= 2.20; 95% CI= 1.09-4.43; p= 0.03). Consumption of fried foods (RP= 3.33; 95% CI= 1.69-6.57; p= 0.001). Physical activity (RP= 2.23; 95% CI= 1.04-4.79; p= 0.03). The result of the bivariate analysis that was not significant was smoking (RP= 1.28; 95% CI= 0.55-2.98; p= 0.547). The results of multivariate analysis showed that the most influencing risk factor for hypercholesterolemia was fried food consumption (RP= 5.42; 95% CI= 1.18-16.21; p= 0.003). Conclusion: The factors associated with hypercholesterolemia are BMI, consumption of fried foods, and physical activity. Samples were taken using the accidental sampling technique within 1 month. A questionnaire for evaluating the quality of life of postpartum women is used as an instrument to measure the quality of life of postpartum mothers. Data were analyzed univariate and bivariate using the chi-square test Results: A total of 75.4% of the research subjects had a good quality of life. There is a relationship between service quality (p= 0.001) and maternal satisfaction (p= 0.001) with the quality of life for postpartum mothers. Conclusion: The better the quality of midwifery services and the level of satisfaction with services, the better the quality of life for postpartum mothers. Therefore, it is recommended that midwives maintain the quality of midwifery care starting from pregnancy, childbirth to childbirth on an ongoing basis (continuity of care).

The prevalence of ISPA in Malang in 2018 increased by 19.273 cases from the prevalence in 2013. Air pollution such as cigarette smoke and poor health behaviors such as wrong hand washing are the main causes of ISPA. Not only ISPA, wrong hand washing behavior can also cause a variety of other health problems. Therefore, education is needed related to the prevention of ISPA, especially related to CTPS (Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun/Hand Washing with Soap) in children, by using effective media used as educational aids, such as scrabble. Method: The development method uses modifications from the Sugiyono development method (2013). Media validation was conducted by three experts and trials were conducted to two different target groups. The interventions given to the target are scrabble CTPS and assessment sheet filling. Result: Scrabble CTPS validation by public health experts gets 80% results, validation by media development experts gets 85% results, and validation by classroom teachers gets 96.92% results. While the calculation of trial scoring in small groups obtained results of 100% and trials in large groups obtained results of 98,31%.
