Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of job insecurity, organizational commitment, and organizational trust on turnover intentions. The samples that were used in this study were 104 employees obtained by using the Slovin’s formula. The data were collected by using questionnaire method. The data analysis usespercentage descriptive analysis, and partial regression analysis uses SPSS for Windows version 16. The results of this study show that job insecurity influences turnover intentionspositively and significantly, while the organizational commitment and organizational trust influencenegatively and significantly. The study concluded that the higher job insecurity is, the higher turnover intentionswill be, and the higher commitment and organizational trust are, the lower turnover intentions will be. The suggestions from this study are to minimize job insecurity and turnover intentions and to increase the commitment and organizational trust, such as bythe availability of employee briefing-and-sharing with the leader, giving punishments if the employee resigns before the specified time period and giving rewards for employees with achievements.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of variable Third Party Funds, Non Performing Financing, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return on Assets ratio level of liquidity as measured by the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). This meant that the company engaged in the field of financial services are able to make optimal policy, so that the level of liquidity and the existence of the company is always evolving. Necessary data is secondary data from the monthly financial reports Baitul Maal Wattamwil "Bondho Tumoto" Semarang 2011-2013. The sampling technique using time series data, in order to obtain a sample of 36 data. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, partial t test with a significant probability of 5%. Besides the classic assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation test. Based on this research, it is known that the partial test results, the variable ROA Growth in deposits and a significant negative effect, NPF significant negative effect, then CAR significant positive effect on the level of liquidity (FDR). It can be concluded, that the variable Growth in deposits, ROA and CAR significant effect on the level of liquidity (FDR), while the NPF variables no significant effect on the level of liquidity.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of liquidity ratio, retention, expense ratio, and the size of the company to the company’s solvability rate that proxied by the ratio of risk-based capital (RBC). Samples of thr research was sharia life insurance companies that publish financial statements in 2010-2013. There were 40 samples in this research by using purposive sampling method. This research is a quantitative research. This research uses multiple linear regression. The results of this research shows that the expense ratio give significant affect to solvability rate of sharia life insurance company with a significance value of less than 0.05. While the liquidity ratio, the ratio of own retention and company size does not affect the companys solvability rate. The Advice given to investors who would buy insurance products do not need to pay attention to the liquidity ratio, and the size of the companys own retention in assessing the solvability rate of sharia life insurance companys as the third ratio did not affect the solvability rate. The Suggestions for the company is to maximize premiums in order to cover expenses due to the company expense ratio affect the solvency rate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of managerial ownership and dividend policy on firm value (the study is a manufacturing company  that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 until 2013). The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 until 2013. Samples were taken purposive sampling technique that is based on specific criteria. Data analysis tools used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained multiple linear regression analysis Y = 0.855 + 2.797 - 0.004 + e. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) showed managerial wnership and dividend policy jointly affect firm value. Managerial ownership effect on firm value. Dividend policy is no effect on firm value. The conclusions of this research is managerial ownership effect on firm value. Dividend policy is no effect on firm value. Advice given to the owner/shareholders of the companies to increase managerial ownership and dividend policy in order to reduce the agency conflict.

Abstract

This research aim to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio, current ratio, asset growth and return on equity on beta. Population in this research are all real estate and property companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2012-2013 as many as 50 companies. The method used is purposive sampling , with 34 companies are selected with 50 samples on annual report are observed. Analysis technique that used here is multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 21. The result shows that debt to equity ratio has a negative non-significant effect, current ratio and return on equity has a positive significant and asset growth has a negative significant on beta. Suggestion for next research are add another fumdamental factors and add company categories.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of perceived organizational support and competency to employee performance mediated by affective commitment. The population of the study was inpatient nurses of RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal totaling 108 peoples. Sampling using Non-probability Sampling technique saturated sampling. The results showed positive significant effect perceived organizational support and competency on employee performance. Affective commitment also proved mediating perceived organizational support and competency on employee performance showed by coefficient total value of perceived organizational support on employee performance (0,371) > direct effect value (0,243) and coefficient total value of competency on employee performance (0,401) > direct effect value (0,242).

Abstract

Customer loyalty become the most important thing that every company must be considered to keep their customer. One thing that company can do on case to keep their customer loyalty is increase the customer experience and brand trust. The purpose of this research is to  know how customer ecperience and brand trust affect customer loyalty either parsially or simultanly.Population of this study is all visitors of MATS Store Semarang. The sample size was determined through purposive judgment sampling method, with 116 respondents (n=116) as total sample. Data were gathered through questionnaires adapting Likert scale. On this research, as independent variable are customer experience and brand trust, and as dependent variable is customer loyalty. Analysis of data using multiple linier regression and descriptive analysis.The result of this research shows. The result of this research shows that the value of Fhitung3.869 with taraf significant 0.024 < 0.05. The thing prove customer experience and brand trust affect customer loyalty simultanly.In conclusion, the study suggests that Customer Experience has effects on customer loyalty, while Brand Trust does not affect customer loyalty. Based on the research findings, this study suggests Mats Store management to improve and develop their brand trust strategies in order to increase customers’ confidence products sold and distributed by MATS Store.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, brand image, dan harga terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen jasa transportasi taksi New Atlas di Kota Semarang. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik acidental sampling, jumlah responden sebanyak 116 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan metode kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan Path Analyse dengan program SPSS versi 16, dimana variabel yang digunakan meliputi kualitas pelayanan, brand image, harga, kepuasan konsumen, dan loyalitas konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen dengan total pengaruh sebesar 0,316, brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen dengan total pengaruh sebesar 0,393, dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen dengan total pengaruh sebesar 0.481. Simpulan dari penelitian ini terbukti bahwa kepuasan konsumen memiliki peran sebagai variabel intervening antara kualitas pelayanan, brand image, dan harga terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Saran bagi perusahaan adalah perusahaan harus tetap meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, menjaga brand image taksi New Atlas, dan harga serta menjaga reputasi perusahaan

Abstract

The purpose ofthis study is to know the influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention on employees’ performance directly and indirectly that is mediated by turnover intention. The population in this study is the Custom employees of PT Milan Indonesia  numbering to 444 employees. The samples that are used in this study are 82 employees using formula of Slovin.The method of data collection is by quesionares measured with likert scale.Data analysis using percentage descriptive, partial multiple regression analysis and path analysis using SPSS for Windows version 16. Based on the result hypothesis test, then the conclusion are job satisfaction and organizational commitment gives negatif effect and significant on turnover intention. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment gives positif effect and significant on employee performance and turnover intention gives negatif effect and significant on employee performance. Turnover intention has mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much effect of trading frequency, trading volume, market capitalization, and the sum of trading days on stock returnsbefore to after ramadhan. This research used secondary data  from Indonesia Stock Exchange. Object study on Retail Trade Company Shares Listed In Indonesia Sharia Stock Index Before to Afterof Ramadan 2012-2014. The technique sampling used purposive sampling, methods of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show: the trading frequency variable significant positive effect on stock returns, trading volume variable, market capitalization and trading day variables significant negative effect on stock returns.
