Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effects of customer relationship management and brand image on customer loyalty through satisfaction in the official Suzuki Indosun Semarang workshop. The population in this study were consumers of the Semarang Indosun Suzuki official workshop who had served more than once with a total sample of 115 respondents, through non-probability sampling techniques, namely accidental sampling. Data collection was obtained through questionnaires. Data analysis method in this study consisted of validity, reliability, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and path analysis. Instrument testing is carried out using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 program. The results show that customer relationship management and brand image have a significant effect on satisfaction. Customer relationship management and brand image have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. The results of the path analysis test show that customer relationship management and brand image have a significant effect on customer loyalty through satisfaction. So that it can be said that satisfaction is able to become an intervening variable the influence of customer relationship management and brand image on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of dividend policy, micro variables, and macroeconomic on stock price volatility. The population in this research are companies in the financial sector listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange and Malaysia Stock Exchange in 2016-2017. A number of samples that used is 58 companies for Indonesia and 28 companies for Malaysia with purposive sampling method. Dividend policy is proxied by EPS, the micro variable is proxied by GA and EV, and the macro variable is proxied by exchange rates and interest rates. The analytical method used is CEM and REM with programs Eviews 9. This research concludes that in Indonesia EPS, exchange rates and interest rates have an effect on SPV. While in Malaysia, only EPS and exchange rates have an effect on SPV.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to describe and analyze the level of performance management of RSUD Dr. Soeselo Kabupaten Tegal using the Balanced Scorecard method. Sampling was carried out by incidental sampling the sample size was determined using the formula slovin and obtained 100 respondens. Data collection methods used are documentation and questionnaires. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative analysis. The results obtained, in 2015-2017 performance of the financial perspective was considered good. Cutomer perspective performance is considered good. The performance of learning and growth is considered good. The conclusions of this study is the overall performance of RSUD Dr. Soeselo Kabupaten Tegal is categorized quite well. Suggestion in observational it is advisable RSUD Dr. Soeselo Kabupaten Tegal needs to increase motivation and training for employees, so that it can contribute to improving the performance of hospital services.

Abstract

 The aim of the study is to examine the effect of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions throught brand trust. The population in this study is the consumers of Sambal Terasi Siap Pakai (Ready to use shrimp paste sauce) product from ABC brand in Semarang and applying incindental sampling. Questionaire used instrument test, descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, partial test and path analysis. The data was analysed by SPSS 21 software for Windows. This study found that product quality has a positive effect on brand trust, brand image has a positive effect on brand trust, brand image has a positive effect on brand trust, product quality has positive effect on purchasing decision, brand trust has a positive effect on purchasing decision, product quality has a positive positife effectbon purchasing decision throught brand trust, brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decision throught brand trust.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh spiritualitas di tempat kerja, kepemimpinan spiritual dan kelebihan beban kerja pada kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk bagian produksi SISP dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan simple random sampling yang diketahui sebesar 165 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner dan wawancara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi berganda secara parsial menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa spiritualitas di tempat kerja, kepemimpinan spiritual pada kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dan kelebihan beban kerja pada kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Kepuasan kerja terbukti dapat meningkatkan spiritualitas di tempat kerja, kepemimpinan spiritual dan kelebihan beban kerja dapat menurunkan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pasien rawat jalan RSUD Ungaran. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik Incidental Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan kuisoner. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui program IBM SPSS AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian dengan analisis SEM, menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian ini dengan variabel citra merek, kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan konsumen, dan loyalitas konsumen dapat diterima secara fit atau baik sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan memenuhi kriteria goodness of fit index. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini terdapat 6 hipotesis dengan hasil semua hipotesis memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan (p<0.05). Simpulan dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa citra merek, kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan konsumen mampu berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Saran dari peneliti untuk pihak RSUD Ungaran tetap menjaga citra merek, karena di benak konsumen citra yang baik ada kualitas pelayanan didalamnya yang baik juga. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya yaitu menambah variabel lain ataupun faktor lain yang terkait dengan penelitian ini.
