Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the effect of macroeconomics factors and financial performance on corporate value of the manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2010-2012. Population in this research is manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period from 2010 until 2012. Number of sample that used in this research is 52 samples with purposive sampling method. Corporate value variable is proxied by Price Earning Ratio (PER), macroeconomics factors variable is proxied by inflation and exchanges rate, financial performance variable is proxied by Return on Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis, using software SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that only DER has significant effect on corporate value of manufacturing companies in IDX on 2010-2012.

Abstract

The empirical purpose of this study was to test the signalling theory empirically through the influence of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, net profit margin, and total asset turn over partially to word the stock total return of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2012-2013. The variables in this study consist of current ratio (X1), debt to equity ratio (X2), net profit margin (X3), total asset turn over (X4), and stock total return (Y). This research used documentation method as methods of data collection. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as methods of data analysis. The result of this research shows that current ratio variable and net profit margin have insignificant effect on the stock total return. The variables of debt to equity ratio and total asset turn over have significant effect on the stock total return. The result of this research shows that adjusted R2 is 8,3%

Abstract

This research examines the market overreaction in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2013. The population in this research are all of the companies that list in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample are stocks which are belonging to active stocks, it is determined by purposive sampling method. Market overreaction are measured by abnormal return and indicated with ACAR loser portfolio outperformed of ACAR winner portfolio. The result on quarterly period, semester period, and year period showed that loser portfolio outperformed winner portfolio. Value of the statistic tasting with one sample t test more than 0,05. This research concluded that there are market overreaction in Indonesia Stock Exchange and it’s not happens constantly

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out if there are any differences of return and risk between optimal portfolio candidate and non-optimal portfolio candidate. This is a quantitative study with purposive sampling technique. Population of this study is all data of IDX 30 index which is 42 whereas the sample is 15. Analysis model that is used in this study is Markowitz method. The results of calculations using the Markowitz methods that includes the optimal portfolio with the proportion of funds that of UNVR stock as 31.19%, BBCA stock as 16.69%, ADRO stock as 14.14%, UNTR stock as 13.43%, PGAS stock as 9.33%, INDF stock as 7.73% and GGRM stock as 7.50%. The conclusion of this study is that there are no significant differences of return and risk on the formation of optimal portfolio. This shows that the preferences of investors do not consider the calculation methods Markowitz and indifference curve in selecting the optimal portfolio. Suggestion related to this study is that investor and investment manager may execute the investment fund to form an optimal portfolio Markowitz method as a benefit from stock diversification

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of third party funds (DPK), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), SWBI (Indonesian Wadiah Certificates Bank ) toward Return on Assets (ROA ) on Syariah Banks in Indonesia. The population in this study were all registered Syariah banking at Bank Indonesia, those are 11 Syariah Banks (BUS). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling criteria, which result were 4 Syariah banks. This study was using multiple linear regression analysis. Data used in this research were obtained from Bank Indonesia during the period of 2011 to 2013. Data analysis methods used in the study were multiple linear regression analysis, the classical assumption test, and test hypotheses. The result of the research show that the DPK, NPF, FDR, ROA and SWBI simultaneously affect the ROA. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality, price perception and customer value on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable of the consumer-Indosat IM3 cellular card. Data were collected from 100 respondents of IM3 users using accidental sampling method, then processed using SPSS 16.0 software using path analysis. The results show that there is a positive and significant impact service quality, price perception and customer value to customer loyalty. Service quality has significant positive effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction as mediation, price perception and customer value has negatively affect loyalty through customer satisfaction as mediation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the facility and promotion of visitor satisfaction with the decision to visit as an intervening variable in Semarang city's attractions. The population in this study is a visitor attraction Semarang: Marine Tourism (Marina), Nature (Goa Kreo Gunung Pati), Religious Tourism (Sam Poo Kong temple), History (Lawang Sewu). The samples used in this study were 116 people by using accidental sampling with non-probability sampling approach. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire.Data analysis using regression analysis and path analysis. These results indicate that the facilities and the promotion directly affects customer satisfaction attractions of Semarang, the decision has been direct influence on satisfaction, facilities and promotion have an influence on satisfaction with the decision to visit as an intervening variable. Conclusions from this research is proven that a decision can be mediated effect visiting facilities and promotion of satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and perceived organizational support (POS) toward employees’ performance analyze mediate organizational commitment influence of organizational culture and POS toward employees’ performance. The population is 97 people production employees of PT Braling Wisnu Satriya and 78 samples obtained using the Slovin formula. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, methods of descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis using SPSS for Windows version 16. The concluded of this study are influence organizational culture and perceived organizational support (POS) toward employees’ performance, and organizational commitment is able to mediating the influence of organizational culture and perceived organizational support toward employees' performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain technical sales skill, non-technical sales skill give influence toward sales performance through consumer confidence has a role as intervening variable. The sampling uses incidental sampling technique. The numbers of respondents are 116 respondents. The methods used to collect the data are questionnaire method, interview method and observation method. Data analysis used in this research is path analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 20 program. The result of this research shows that consumer confidence variable has a role as intervening variable between technical sales skill and non-technical sales skill toward sales performance. The conclusion of this research is consumer confidence has a role as intervening variable between technical sales skill, and non technical sales skill, toward sales performance.
