Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan langkah yang tepat untuk mengembangkan produksi pengolahan ikan (fillet) dan memasarkan produk yang dihasilkan agar diminati oleh masyarakat Kota Tegal maupun dari daerah lain. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis SWOT. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi dan kuesioner (angket). Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan, dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengusaha Ikan Fillet masih kurangnya inovasi dalam membuat produk, jika pengusaha Ikan Fillet tidak mampu untuk berinovasi dalam membuat produk, usaha yang sudah berjalan lama akan tertinggal kemudian usaha Pengolahan Ikan Fillet akan gulung tikar, para pengusaha Ikan Fillet dalam membuat produk tidak menciptakan kesan/citra (image) merek kuat dibandingkan dengan produk lain yang sejenis, pemasaran produk Ikan Fillet belum menggunakan media (brosur, pamflet, online), karena memiliki mitra kerja yang bersal dari Jakarta, Bandung, Palembang, Medan, dan Lampung. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu pengusaha Pengolahan Ikan (fillet) memanfaatkan media internet untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan sistem manajemen keuangan perusahaan dengan mengadopsi laporan keuangan akuntansi menggunakan komputer/laptop agar lebih mudah mengecek laporan keuangan dari tahun sebelumnya, lebih aktif lagi dalam mempromosikan produk olahan fillet ikan dengan mengikuti event, expo, dan mengadakan studi banding ke daerah penghasil ikan tangkap di luar Kota Tegal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan layanan BKK pada SMK Widya Praja Ungaran, hambatan yang sering terjadi dalam pelaksanaan layanan, dan upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan keterserapan lulusan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanan layanan dalam meningkatkan keterserapan lulusan yaitu keandalan dalam memberikan layanan dibuktikan dengan pembagian tugas yang jelas, daya tanggap yang diberikan dengan cepat dan tepat saat terjadi keluhan oleh lulusan maupun DU/DI, bukti fisik ditunjukkan dengan fasilitas layanan dengan memanfaatkan sarana dan prasarana yang ada disekolah, empati yang ditunjukan melalui motivasi siswa untuk memasuki DU/DI, serta jaminan yang diberikan yaitu membekali lulusan dengan keterampilan dan membuat sertifikat kompetensi keahlian yang telah bekerjasama dengan Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP). Kendala yang sering dihadapi dari dalam yaitu kurangnya sarana prasarana dan dari luar yaitu kurangnya variasi perusahaan. Upaya yang dilakukan yaitu dengan mengoptimalkan sarana prasarana yang ada dan meningkatkannya dan memperbanyak jaringan kerjasama dengan DU/DI. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan layanan BKK SMK Widya Praja Ungaran sudah berjalan dengan baik dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek layanan, meskipun masih terdapat kendala yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keterserapan lulusan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah fasilitas belajar, keterampilan mengajar guru, dan minat belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi dasar kelas X SMKN 1 Surabaya melalui motivasi belajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 119 peserta didik, dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Angket dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh signifikan fasilitas belajar, keterampilan mengajar guru, dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar masing-masing sebesar 37,1%, 50,5%, dan 77,6%. Simpulan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tak langsung fasilitas belajar, keterampilan mengajar guru, dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi dasar melalui motivasi belajar sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media gamifikasi Think Card pada materi keseimbangan pasar dan struktur pasar dengan menguji tingkat kelayakan, respon dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X IPS sebanyak 105 orang, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X IPS 2 sebanyak 17 orang pada rentang usia 15-16 tahun. Teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah menentukan persentase kelayakan, menganalisis respon peserta didik, dan menganalisis hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan R&D dengan model 4D. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, angket dan tes. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan aspek materi sebesar 88 dengan kategori sangat layak, aspek media sebesar 97,1 dengan kategori sangat layak, aspek grafis sebesar 86,7 dengan kategori sangat layak, dan aspek evaluasi sebesar 78 dengan kategori layak. Rata-rata respon peserta didik sebesar 83,5 dengan kategori sangat layak. Rata-rata pretest peserta didik adalah 48,8, sedangkan rata-rata posttest adalah 76,4. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh positif dari media gamifikasi Think Card terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

This research, aims to analyze the influence of accounting abilities, learning outcomes of mathematics, and learning behaviour towards the level understanding of accounting partially and self confidence can moderate the relationship between basic accounting abilities, learning outcomes of mathematics, and learning behaviour towards the understanding of accounting partially. The respondent of this research were 105 tenthgrade accounting students with probability sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques using software warpPLS 6.0 with the results of research shows that: (1) not related basic accounting ability and learning behaviour with the level of accounting understanding partially (2) there is an influence beetween learning outcomes of mathematics with undesrstanding of accounting (3) self-confidence is not a moderating variable between basic accounting abilities, learning outcomes of mathematics, and learning behaviour towards the level of accounting understanding partially.Suggestions for next research can use other aspects related to comprehenssion of accounting other than used in this study and can develop research instruments that do not only refer to the indicators that have been used.

Abstract

The result of this research are to know that the process of managing incoming and outgoing letters. This study uses descriptive qualitatife research. The informant source of four administrative management employees and four general employess based on the purposive sampling technique. The results of this research are : the stages in the process of managing incoming letters are 1) receiving letters, 2) sorting, 3) attacing sheets disposition, 4) recording, 5) briefing, 6) follow-up, 7) storage. The stage in managing the outgoing letters are 1) drafting the letters, 2) tiered examination, 3) management approval, 4) recording and numbering process, 5) storage, 6) distribution. Concluded in this research is1) the recording of incoming letters using the agenda book of the letter of entry, dipsosis sheet, and E-Office, 2) the creation of a letter referring to the regulation of the head of the national archive number 2 the year 2014 on the layout of the manuscript,3) letter numbering based on mayor regulation number 33 of 2013 on the classification pattern of Semarang city government archives,4) E-Office exit letter has not been used.. The advice given is 1) increase the number of archivists and facilities of mail storage infrastructure,2) the process of recording incoming mail is carried out after getting a disposition by the head so that the recording is not done twice,3) need unity of understanding between the mail management staff, with the socialization related to the management of the office script, 4) E-Office outgoing mail is used to help the process of mail management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the BKK in assisting the absorption of graduate’s employment at SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Sources of research data were obtained from 19 informants consisting of the Principal, Deputy Head of Public Relations, Chairman of BKK, Secretary of BKK, Treasurer of BKK, 14 graduates of SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi. The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques using the librarian method and field study methods consisting of observation, interviews, a`nd documentation. The results revealed that the role of BKK in SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi includes registration and data collection of job seekers who have completed their education or training; data collection of``to the needs of labor users or to be independent; offers to users of labor regarding the supply of labor; implementation of verification as a follow-up to the deliveries and placements that have been made; implementation of job fair activities and similar activities. From the BKK’s role, it was found that there were still graduates who had not been absorbed in the world of work. The conclusion of this study, the role of the BKK in assisting the absorption of graduate work at SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi is in accordance with Binapenta Regulation No. Kep-1907 / PPTK-PKK / X / 2018.

Abstract

This study aims to determine teachers’ problems in managing learning and to provide efforts to increase teacher competence in managing learning in the era of digital technology and the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative describing, explaining a phenomenon in various conditions or various research variables. This research was conducted in 5 public high schools in Pemalang Regency for the 2019-2020 school year. With a sample of 24 teachers who were randomly selected. Collecting data in this study were observation, interviews and documentation which were then analyzed by calculating the percentage of sample answers and tested using various theories. The results of this study indicate that the teacher actually already has the ability to plan the lesson as stated in the lesson plan (RPP), but in its implementation the teacher has difficulty managing learning. Other findings show that teachers’ mastery of digital technology in managing knowledge during the COVID-19 pandemic is not optimal. Based on the research results, learning in the digital and pandemic era requires the digital literacy of teachers in managing effective learning by providing training to teachers in the field of digital technology.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and compare the level of mastery of Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) of the accounting pre-service teachers. This is quantitative survey research. The population is all accounting pre-service teachers who are taking the Learning Design and Strategy course in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year, totaling 119 students. The whole sample is used as the research population. The data are collected using a survey method in the form of personal measurements (Self-report-measure) using a questionnaire. The results show the TPACK components including Content Knowledge, Technological Knowledge, Pedagogical Content Knowledge, Technological Content Knowledge, Technological Pedagogical Knowledge, and Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge in the three classes are in a good category, except that class A in the Pedagogical Knowledge component which has a fair category. The findings conclude that all accounting pre-service teachers who are classified by gender, age, experience in technology training, and experience as tutors have good TPACK abilities. Every educational institution and education personnel should conduct TPACK analysis to find out whether the prospective teachers already master the teaching knowledge and concepts to teach well based on the demands and characteristics of 21st-century learning.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of product development on sales volume at UD. HASYIMAH Potu Village, Dompu Regency. This study used a quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were 40 consumers who were taken based on random sampling techniques and were selected as members of the sample who were then given a questionnaire to measure their perceptions. Based on the results of the data analysis above, it showed that the average value of the respondents’ answers can be concluded that the product development of Jati Piri Jatiwangi company was quite high with an average of 3.476 while the level of sales volume was quite high, namely at 3.5119. While the results of the calculation of regression coefficients explaining the influence of the independent variable on product development were quite high, namely the product development regression coefficient value was 0.752. The results of the calculation of the correlation value of product development on sales volume in this study were quite large, amounting to 0.736 or 73.6%, while the results of the determination coefficient were 0.541 or 54.1% explaining the role of product development independent variables in influencing sales volume while the remaining 45.9 % was influenced by other variables. The t-test results showed the t-value value of 6.866 > so that Ho rejected and accepted Ha which states that there is an influence between product development on an increase in sales volume.
