Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi anggota, pengetahuan perkoperasian, kinerja pengurus dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku berkoperasi pada anggota koperasi mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Semarang. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 111 anggota di koperasi mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Semarang. Sampel yang diambil 87 anggota yang diambil menggunakan rumus slovin menggunakan teknik probability samplin melalui teknik simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan tes. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, asumsi klasik, dan analaisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi anggota, pengetahuan perkoperasian, kinerja pengurus dan kualitas layanan terhadap perilaku berkoperasi pada anggota koperasi mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Semarang dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,604 (60,4%). Sedangkan secara parsial motivasi anggota berpengaruh dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,020 dan r square sebesar 0,254 (25,4%). Pengetahuan perkoperasian berpengaruh dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan r square sebesar 0,412 (4,12%). Kinerja pengurus berpengaruh dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,021 dan r square sebesar 0,252 (25,2%). Kualitas layanan berpengaruh dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,008 dan r square sebesar 0,286 (28,6%). Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah hendaknya pengurus tetap mempertahankan motivasi anggota dan kinerja pengurus serta memperbaiki perawatan alat penunjang operasional koperasi.

Abstract

The result of this research are to know that the process of managing incoming and outgoing letters. This study uses descriptive qualitatife research. The informant source of four administrative management employees and four general employess based on the purposive sampling technique. The results of this research are : the stages in the process of managing incoming letters are 1) receiving letters, 2) sorting, 3) attacing sheets disposition, 4) recording, 5) briefing, 6) follow-up, 7) storage. The stage in managing the outgoing letters are 1) drafting the letters, 2) tiered examination, 3) management approval, 4) recording and numbering process, 5) storage, 6) distribution. Concluded in this research is1) the recording of incoming letters using the agenda book of the letter of entry, dipsosis sheet, and E-Office, 2) the creation of a letter referring to the regulation of the head of the national archive number 2 the year 2014 on the layout of the manuscript,3) letter numbering based on mayor regulation number 33 of 2013 on the classification pattern of Semarang city government archives,4) E-Office exit letter has not been used.. The advice given is 1) increase the number of archivists and facilities of mail storage infrastructure,2) the process of recording incoming mail is carried out after getting a disposition by the head so that the recording is not done twice,3) need unity of understanding between the mail management staff, with the socialization related to the management of the office script, 4) E-Office outgoing mail is used to help the process of mail management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the BKK in assisting the absorption of graduate’s employment at SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Sources of research data were obtained from 19 informants consisting of the Principal, Deputy Head of Public Relations, Chairman of BKK, Secretary of BKK, Treasurer of BKK, 14 graduates of SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi. The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques using the librarian method and field study methods consisting of observation, interviews, a`nd documentation. The results revealed that the role of BKK in SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi includes registration and data collection of job seekers who have completed their education or training; data collection of``to the needs of labor users or to be independent; offers to users of labor regarding the supply of labor; implementation of verification as a follow-up to the deliveries and placements that have been made; implementation of job fair activities and similar activities. From the BKK’s role, it was found that there were still graduates who had not been absorbed in the world of work. The conclusion of this study, the role of the BKK in assisting the absorption of graduate work at SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi is in accordance with Binapenta Regulation No. Kep-1907 / PPTK-PKK / X / 2018.

Abstract

This study aims to determine teachers’ problems in managing learning and to provide efforts to increase teacher competence in managing learning in the era of digital technology and the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative describing, explaining a phenomenon in various conditions or various research variables. This research was conducted in 5 public high schools in Pemalang Regency for the 2019-2020 school year. With a sample of 24 teachers who were randomly selected. Collecting data in this study were observation, interviews and documentation which were then analyzed by calculating the percentage of sample answers and tested using various theories. The results of this study indicate that the teacher actually already has the ability to plan the lesson as stated in the lesson plan (RPP), but in its implementation the teacher has difficulty managing learning. Other findings show that teachers’ mastery of digital technology in managing knowledge during the COVID-19 pandemic is not optimal. Based on the research results, learning in the digital and pandemic era requires the digital literacy of teachers in managing effective learning by providing training to teachers in the field of digital technology.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and compare the level of mastery of Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) of the accounting pre-service teachers. This is quantitative survey research. The population is all accounting pre-service teachers who are taking the Learning Design and Strategy course in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year, totaling 119 students. The whole sample is used as the research population. The data are collected using a survey method in the form of personal measurements (Self-report-measure) using a questionnaire. The results show the TPACK components including Content Knowledge, Technological Knowledge, Pedagogical Content Knowledge, Technological Content Knowledge, Technological Pedagogical Knowledge, and Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge in the three classes are in a good category, except that class A in the Pedagogical Knowledge component which has a fair category. The findings conclude that all accounting pre-service teachers who are classified by gender, age, experience in technology training, and experience as tutors have good TPACK abilities. Every educational institution and education personnel should conduct TPACK analysis to find out whether the prospective teachers already master the teaching knowledge and concepts to teach well based on the demands and characteristics of 21st-century learning.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of product development on sales volume at UD. HASYIMAH Potu Village, Dompu Regency. This study used a quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were 40 consumers who were taken based on random sampling techniques and were selected as members of the sample who were then given a questionnaire to measure their perceptions. Based on the results of the data analysis above, it showed that the average value of the respondents’ answers can be concluded that the product development of Jati Piri Jatiwangi company was quite high with an average of 3.476 while the level of sales volume was quite high, namely at 3.5119. While the results of the calculation of regression coefficients explaining the influence of the independent variable on product development were quite high, namely the product development regression coefficient value was 0.752. The results of the calculation of the correlation value of product development on sales volume in this study were quite large, amounting to 0.736 or 73.6%, while the results of the determination coefficient were 0.541 or 54.1% explaining the role of product development independent variables in influencing sales volume while the remaining 45.9 % was influenced by other variables. The t-test results showed the t-value value of 6.866 > so that Ho rejected and accepted Ha which states that there is an influence between product development on an increase in sales volume.

Abstract

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) sebagai salah satu LPTK yang ada di Indonesia, mempunyai tugas untuk mempersiapkan calon-calon guru yang professional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik pengalaman lapangan (PPL), lingkungan keluarga, dan kesejahteraan guru terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru pada mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2016 Universitas Negeri Semarang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 175 responden yang dihitung dengan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah population random sampling. Pendekatan penetlitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan praktik pengalaman lapangan (PPL), lingkungan keluarga, dan kesejahteraan guru terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru. Secara parsial praktik pengalaman lapangan (PPL) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru. Lingkungan keluarga terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru. Kesejahteraan guru terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru. Saran yang diberikan untuk pihak universitas untuk memberikan kegiatan-kegiatan tambahan praktik mengajar di sekolah selain PPL. Karena waktu pelaksanaan PPL 45 hari masih kurang untuk meningkatkan kesiapan mahasiswa menjadi guru setelah lulus nanti

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial attitudes, internal control locus, and financial socialization agents on student financial management behavior. The population in this study were students of the Economic Education Department of Universitas Negeri Semarang 2018 class of 346 students. The sample used was 186 students using proportional random sampling technique, with sampling using the Slovin formula. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis using WarpPLS 6.0 software. The results showed that financial attitudes had a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior. The locus of internal control has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior. Financial socialization agents have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior. The advice that can be given from this research is to be able to develop good behavioral habits of financial management by providing funds for urgent needs, being able to control the finances owned and updating information about finance through various media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital literacy, internationalization, learning orientation on the quality of learning, and the role of the self-direct learning variable as a moderating variable. The population in this study were students of accounting education class 2016-2019. Samples were taken by purposive sampling as many as 75 students. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using the classical assumption test with the IBM SPSS Statistic 26 application program. The results showed that digital literacy, internationalization, learning orientation did not affect the quality of learning. However, the existence of the self-direct learning variable as a moderating variable can strengthen the positive and significant influence on the quality of learning. Students must improve their learning orientation and digital literacy associated with improving the quality of learning. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis beberapa faktor melalui House’s Path Goal Theory dengan menjelaskan kebutuhan, kepuasan, dan gaya kepemimpinan diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap partisipasi anggota pada KUD Mojosongo, Kabupaten Boyolali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 4.283 anggota koperasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling dengan rumus Slovin menghasilkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 98 anggota. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Kesimpulan pada hasil penelitian ini bahwa kebutuhan, kepuasan, dan kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi anggota pada KUD Mojosongo, Kabupaten Boyolali. Saran yang diberikan pada penelitian ini yaitu pengurus dan karyawan harus lebih memperhatikan terhadap hal yang dibutuhkan dan diharapkan oleh anggota terhadap koperasi. Disamping itu, penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat melakukan penyempurnaan dengan menambah variabel independen selain variabel independen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini.
