Abstract

This research has been implemented according to phenomenon in junior high shcool 2 Warureja which shows prosocial behavior of students is low shown by behavior less contribute to cooperative classroom and school, less able to help selflessly, honesty is still low. The purpose of this research was to know influence mastery of content services with psychodrama techniques on prosocial behavior by looking at difference before and after service. The research is experimental research design used is one group pre test-post test design. The population is all 7th grade students in Junior High School 2 Warureja with a total of 203 students and sample number of 20 students using purposive sampling technique. Prosocial scale instruments have been tested using the construct validity of product moment, and reliabelitas instrument with Alpha. Technique analyze data use the Wilcoxon matched pairs test. Test results obtained score t count = 0 < t table = 52, and z count = 3,919 > table z = 1.645, or means Ha accepted and Ho rejected. Results of this research is mastery content service with psychodrama techniques has positive effects on prosocial behavior 7th grade. Therefore, the results of this research can used to develop student prosocial behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi pada siswa kelas VI SDN Sendangmulyo 02 kecamatan Tembalang kota Semarang yang mengalami sibling rivalry. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah konseling kelompok dapat mengatasi sibling rivalry pada siswa kelas VI SDN Sendangmulyo 02. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian eksperiment dengan desain penelitian one group pre-test dan pos-test design. Subyek penelitian ini, siswa kelas VI SDN Sendangmulyo 02 yang memiliki tingkat sibling rivalry tinggi yang diperoleh dari hasil DCM dan rekomendasi dari guru kelas yaitu terjaring 10 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologis berupa skala sibling rivalry. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif persentase dan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sibling rivalry siswa sebelum diberi perlakuan berupa konseling kelompok dalam kategori tinggi (75.14%). Setelah diberikan konseling kelompok menunjukkan perbedaan, dilihat dari hasil pos test rata-rata sibling rivalry siswa menurun yaitu berada pada kategori rendah (42,95%). Abstract

This study aimed to see whether there are differences in performance between certified counselor with a counselor who has not been certified in developing guidance and counseling program. In this study population was all counselors at the Junior High School Brebes 155 people by the number of counselors. The research sample was selected using cluster random sampling technique as many as 41 people counselors not certified and 35 certified counselors are scattered in 16 Junior High School. Retrieval of data in this study using a questionnaire. The method of data analysis using different test (t-Test). The difference between the performance of the certified counselor and certified as yet unknown t = 2.35 with a significance level of 5%, N = 76 so that the value df = 74 while it was based on calculations, the t table = 1.99 (with interpolation). This means that t = 2.35> ttable = 1.99 in order to obtain a conclusion that there is a difference in performance between certified counselors and counselors not certified in developing the counseling program.

Abstract

The research was conducted based on the phenomenon that occurs in junior high school students who have a low interest in participating in individual counseling and implementation of counseling services performed poorly. The purpose of this study was to determine the attitude of altruism relationship counselor with the students interest in participating in individual counseling. The research is a survey research, research sites in SMP Bobotsari. Data collection methods used were Psychological Scale. Data were analyzed using Pearson product moment correlation. The results showed the attitude of altruism relationship counselor with the students interest in participating in individual counseling classes VIII to the value of "r" correlation coefficient is equal to 0.632. The conclusion of this study there is a positive relationship between attitudes of altruism school counselors and students interest in participating in individual counseling class VIII SMP Negeri Se-Sub Bobotsari is in the high category.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan berdasarkan fenomena di lapangan pada saat penulis melaksanakan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) di SMP Negeri 8 Semarang dan observasi awal di SMA Negeri 8 Semarang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apa faktor penghambat operasionalisasi Home Visit di SMA Negeri se-kota Semarang tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu jenis penelitian survei. Untuk populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua guru BK di SMA se-kota Semarang yaitu sejumlah 59 guru BK. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sejumlah populasi yang ada. Sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif persentase. Hasil yang ditemukan bahwa faktor penghambat operasionalisasi Home Visit di SMA Negeri se-kota Semarang mengalami hambatan cukup tinggi dengan presentase sebesar 65,03%. Simpulan yang didapatkan adalah Faktor Penghambat Operasionalisasi Kunjungan Rumah (Home visit) di SMA Negeri se-kota Semarang adalah kurangnya pemahaman dari guru BK berkaitan dengan Home Visit. Adapun saran yang diberikan kepada guru BK SMA Negeri se-kota Semarang adalah untuk mempelajari hakikat Home Visit dan melaksanakan prosedur operasionalisasi Home Visit dengan baik dan benar dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, analisis evaluasi, tindak lanjut hingga laporan.The research was conducted based on the phenomenon on the ground when implementing writer Practice Field Experience (PPL) in SMPN 8 Semarang and preliminary observations in SMAN 8 Semarang. The purpose of this study to determine what factors inhibiting the operation of the Home Visit at all SMA Negeri in Semarang throughout the academic year 2014/2015. The type research used by the writer in this study is a survey research. The population in this study were all counselors at SMA in Semarang city. There were 59 counselors. The sample used were as many as the population. While the data collection instruments used in this study is a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive percentages. Results found that factors inhibiting the operation of the Home Visit at all SMA Negeri in Semarang encountered resistance is quite high with a percentage of 65.03%. The conclusions obtained are Obstacles Operationalization Home Visits at all SMA Negeri in Semarang is a lack of understanding of the counselors related to Home Visit. The advice given to counselors at all SMA Negeri in Semarang is to study the nature of the Home Visit and implement operational procedures Home Visit.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pemahaman guru BK alumni Unnes dan guru BK alumni non-Unnes tentang konseling kelompok, dan perbedaan pemahaman diantara keduanya. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian survey komparatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu guru BK di SMP Negeri se-Kota Semarang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Cluster Proportional Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes tentang pemahaman konseling kelompok. Analisis datanya menggunakan analisis kuantitatif yang mencakup deskriptif prosentase dan uji beda t-test polled varian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan, dimana pemahaman guru BK alumni Unnes tentang konseling kelompok berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan persentase 84,26% dibandingkan dengan guru BK alumni non-Unnes yang memiliki persentase 63,9% berada pada kategori sedang. Simpulan dari penelitian ini, pemahaman guru BK tentang konseling kelompok antara alumni Unnes lebih tinggi daripada guru BK alumni non-Unnes. The purpose of this study to describe the understanding of BK teacher Unnes graduate and BK teacher non - Unnes graduates about group counseling, and understanding the differences between them . This type of research is a comparative survey research. The population of this study are in Junior High School teacher BK as the city of Semarang. The sampling technique used is proportional cluster random sampling. Methods of data collection using test on understanding group counseling. Analysis of the data using descriptive quantitative analysis that includes the percentage and t - test different test variants polled. The results showed that there were significant differences, where the understanding of BK teacher Unnes graduate  abaout  the counseling group in the category with a very high percentage of 84.26 % compared to a BK teacher non - Unnes graduates who have a percentage only 63.9 % are in the medium category. The conclusions of this study , understanding BK teacher Unnes graduate higher BK teacher non – Unnes graduates about group counseling

Abstract

Phenomenon in class IX C SMP Islam Ungaran shows a lack of confidence shown by feeling nervous when advanced in front of the class that looks shaky hands and legs move students who are hesitant, embarrassed when dealing with the crowds, there are students who do not venture out such class to the cafeteria because they feel less attractive appearance. Efforts are being made to reduce this problem is to provide technical guidance to the group sociodramas. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical data on the effectiveness of the group with technical guidance services sociodramas to increase self-confidence. The population in this study were students of SMP Islam Ungaran IX C class consists of 24 students and a sample of 10 students were taken using purposive sampling. Data collection method used is the psychological scale. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon matched pairs test. The results showed before obtaining services group with technical guidance sociodramas, the confidence of students included in the criteria are, and after obtaining technical guidance services group with confidence sociodramas criteria, students become high. Wilcoxon matched pairs test results show T (0) and T_tabel 5% (8) so that T_hitung <T_ (table) (0 <8) which means H_a received and H_0ditolak. It shows that the group with technical guidance services sociodramas effective to increase self-confidence.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan kedisiplinan belajar siswa setelah diberikan layanan penguasaan konten dengan  teknik modelling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelass VII H SMP Negeri 3 Ungaran yang berjumlah 31 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kedisiplinan belajar dan pedoman observasi. Instrumen tersebut telah diujicobakan untuk digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan validitas dengan rumus product moment oleh Pearson dan reliabilitas instrumen dengan rumus alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis deskriptif persentase dan Uji t (t-test). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kedisiplinan belajar siswa melalui layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik modelling, dengan nilai  >  yaitu 16,874 > 2,042. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kedisiplinan belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik modelling. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan guru pembimbing dapat meningkatkan layanan penguasaan konten kepada siswa sebagai strategi untuk membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar. The purpose of this study is to identify the improvement of learning discipline of student after given mastery of content service by modeling technique. Subjects of this study are students of class VII H in SMP Negeri 3 Ungaran which involved 31 students. Data collection techniques were using the learning discipline scale and observation. Validity of instrument has been tested using Pearson product moment and reliability of the instrument with alpha formula. Data analysis technique used percentage descriptive analysis and t-test (t–test). The results of this study indicate that there is an increase of student learning discipline through the mastery of content services with modeling technique, the value of  >  is 16.874 > 2.042. From this research it can be concluded that student learning discipline can be increased through mastery content services by modelling technique. Therefore, teacher as guidance can improve the use of mastery of content services to the students as a strategy to assist students in improving learning discipline.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab ketidakdisiplinan terhadap tata tertib sekolah di SMP Negeri Se Kabupaten Pekalongan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survai. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada populasi sekolah adalah cluster random sampling dan populasi siswa random sampling. Populasinya adalah 16.936 siswa dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 150 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor penyebab ketidakdisiplinan terhadap tata tertib sekolah sebanyak 68,40%. Faktor internal penyebab ketidakdisiplinan terhadap tata tertib sekolah sebanyak 68,25%. Faktor eksternal penyebab ketidakdisiplinan terhadap tata tertib sekolah sebanyak 68,45%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu faktor internal yang menjadi penyebab ketidakdisiplinan siswa terhadap tata tertib sekolah  di SMP negeri Se Kabupaten Pekalongan antara lain melaksanakan tata tertib sekolah. Faktor eksternal yang menjadi penyebab ketidakdisiplinan terhadap tata tertib sekolah  di SMP Negeri Se Kabupaten Pekalongan antara lain sikap pendidik. The purpose of this study are the underlying factors of the order of indiscipline in schools at SMP all over Pekalongan. This research is survey. The sampling technique used was random sampling for the student population. For the school population using random cluster sampling. The population was 16,936 students with as many as 150 students sample. Data collection using questionnaires. The method of data analysis using descriptive percentages. The results of this study indicate that factors causing indiscipline on school discipline as much as 68.40%. Internal factors causes of indiscipline against school discipline as much as 68.25%. External factors cause indiscipline on school discipline as much as 68.45%. The conclusions of this study are the internal factors that cause students to be indiscipline in junior high school in Pekalongan include implementing school discipline. External factors that cause indiscipline on school discipline in the Junior High School in Pekalongan stateamong other educators attitude.
