Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan locus of control konselor dan motivasi konselor dalam layanan konseling perorangan serta menggambarkan hubungan locus of control dengan motivasi konselor dalam konseling perorangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasinya seluruh konselor di SMP Negeri se-Kabupaten Brebes. Teknik sampling yang digunakan cluster proportionate random sampling, dengan sampel 52 konselor. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi berupa skala locus of control dan skala motivasi konselor dalam layanan konseling perorangan. Analisis datanya  menggunakan pearson product moment dan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara locus of control dengan motivasi konselor dalam layanan konseling perorangan, dengan nilai rhitung  = 0,482 > rtabel = 0,266. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yakni semakin tinggi locus of control, maka semakin tinggi pula motivasi konselor dalam layanan konseling perorangan. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan konselor untuk tetap meningkatkan locus of controlnya dengan cara menghargai segala upaya dan usaha yang sudah dilakukannya dalam menjalankan konseling, dengan harapan nantinya motivasi konselor dalam layanan konseling perorangan pun akan semakin meningkat. The purpose of this study to explained about locus of control and motivation counselor in individual counseling services and to explained relationship between locus of control and motivational counselor in individual counseling services. This research was quantitative correlational research. The population were all counselor at SMPN all over Brebes. The sampling technique which used cluster proportionate random sampling, with sample 52 counselors. Data collection methods was used psychological scale, that were locus of control scale and motivation counselor in individual counseling services scale. Technique data analysis was used pearson product moment and descriptive percentage. The results indicated that a positive and significant relationship between locus of control and motivation counselor in individual counseling services, with rcount = 0.482 > rtable = 0.266. The conclusions of this research was the higher locus of control, the higher the motivation of counselors in individual counseling services. Therefore, counselors were expected to keep increasing them locus of control with to appreciate all efforts that have been done in carrying out counseling, with expectation later at motivational counselor in individual counseling services also more increased.

Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan interaksi sosial dengan perilaku reproduksi sehat siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Purworejo, hubungan konsep diri dengan perilaku reproduksi sehat siswa, hubungan interaksi sosial dan konsep diri dengan perilaku reproduksi sehat siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk expost facto, bersifat deskriptif korelasional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proportional random sampling, sampel diambil 25% dari 288 siswa dengan besar sampel 72 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi dan angket tertutup. Dari analisis regresi ganda menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara interaksi sosial dengan perilaku reproduksi sehat diperoleh thitung 4,878 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, (2) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara konsep diri dengan perilaku reproduksi sehat, diperoleh thitung 5,973 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara interaksi sosial dan konsep diri dengan perilaku reproduksi sehat, diperoleh Fhitung 30,878 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.   Abstract, this research aims to determine the relationship of social interaction with healthy reproductive behavior of students class XI Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Purworejo, relationship between self-concept with healthy reproductive behavior of students, relationship social interaction and self-concept of students with healthy reproductive behavior. This research included expost facto, descriptive correlational. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling, samples were taken 25% from 288 students,  it is with 72 students of the sample. Collecting data using psychological scales and questionnaires covered. From the multiple regression analysis showed that (1) there is a significant relationship between social interaction with healthy reproductive behavior, obtained tcount 4,878 with significance 0.000 < 0,05 (2) there is a significant relationship between self-concept and healthy reproductive behavior, obtained tcount 5.973 with significance 0.000 < 0.05 (3) there is a significant relationship between social interaction and self-concept with healthy reproductive behavior, obtained Fcount 30.878 with significance 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted  based on phenomena that occur in grade  X  SMK  N 7 Semarang that has breach of discipline. The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence about the contribution of moral intelligence and interpersonal intelligence against discipline in complying with the code of conduct of the school. This research is ex-post facto research. This research was conducted at SMK N 7 Semarang grade X, with 176 student subjects. Data collection methods used the scale of psychology. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that moral intelligence partially has positive correlation to the discipline in complying with the code of conduct of the school (rparsial = .357, p<.01) . Interpersonal intelligence partially has positive correlation (rparsial = .279, p<.01) . And next, moral intelligence and interpersonal intelligence together contribute to the discipline in complying with the code of conduct of the school of 55,3%. During the action, it shows the moral intelligence and interpersonal intelligence contribute to discipline in complying with the conduct of the school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan atas data dokumentasi awal dan hasil wawancara dengan siswa SMP Negeri 24 Semarang yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa memiliki sikap yang kurang positif terhadap pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah salah satunya dikarenakan persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi kepribadian konselor yang masih kurang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) gambaran persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi kepribadian, (2) sikap siswa terhadap pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling, (3) hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi kepribadian konselor dan sikap siswa terhadap pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa di SMP Negeri 24 Semarang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala persepsi dan skala sikap. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil analisis menunjukkan persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi kepribadian konselor dalam kriteria baik, sikap siswa terhadap pelayanan bimbingan konseling dalam kriteria positif, dan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi kepribadian konselor dan sikap siswa terhadap pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling.The research is based on the begining documentation and interview with students of SMP Negeri 24 Semarang which indicates that there are students have an attitude who lack positive in the guidance and counseling services in school on of them because the student perceptions about personality counselor competencystill unwell. This study aims to determine: (1) an overview student perceptions about personality counselorcompetency, (2) an overview student attitudes in guidance and counseling services, (3) the relationship between the student perceptions about personality counselor competency and student attitudes in guidance and counseling services. The population in this study was a student at SMP Negeri 24 Semarang. Method of data collection used is the scale of perception and scale of attitude. The data analysis technique using descriptive statistics and analysis of product moment correlation. The analysis shows the level of student perceptions about personality counselor competency in either criteria, the level of student attitudes in guidance and counseling services in the positive criteria, and there is a positive and significant relationship between the student perceptions about personality counselor competency and student attitudes in guidance and counseling services.

Abstract

This research is based on the observation and interview with counselor of  SMK N 4 Semarang about low-achievement motive on 12th grade students of mechanical engineering 2 Semarang. The purpose of this study to describe the behavior counseling self-management techniques can improve student achievement motivation in the low-achievement motive mechanical engineering department at SMK Negeri 4 Semarang. Experimental research design of the study one-group pretest-posttest design, awarded to two students who have low achievement motivation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive data analysis and Wilcoxon percentage. The study found that there is a significant increase in achievement motivation in class XII student of mechanical engineering 2 between before and after a given treatment counseling technique of self-management behaviors. The counseling process is given in the meeting of 8 times each counselee. Picture of achievement motivation based on the calculation of descriptive analysis, it can be seen that the percentage before being given treatment, 50.5% of students R1 and R2 of 42.5% of students both in the low criteria. Meanwhile, after the treatment, 74% of students R1 included in the high criteria and students R2 of 63% included in the low criteria. This suggests that an increase of 23.5% at 20.5% of students R1 and students R2

Abstract

The purpose of this study is obtain a general overview of counselor performance and determine the level of student’s perceptions of the counselors performance. The population in this study were all high school students in Semarang, and a sample of 329 students were taken using proportional random cluster sampling to sample the region, and stratified random sampling to sample a number of students. Methods of data collection using a scale psychological, perception scale. The validity of the instrument using the product moment formula and the calculation of reliability using the alpha formula. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis percentage. These results indicate the level of students perception of the counselors performance in the average category (65.65%).

Abstract

Motivation to learn is the overall driving for students to perform a series of learning activities. However, a student in class XIIIPA 2 SMAN 2 Ungaran IPA 2 shows that there are many students who have low motivation in learning. The purpose of this research was to determine whether students motivation can be enhanced through mastery of content services suported by biblio with base of ICT. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test. Technique of Sample use total sampling from all population in class XII IPA2 SMA N 2 Ungaran as research subject. Method data collecting use scale motivate to learn. Technique analyses used data namely descriptive analysis of Test and percentage of t (t-test). Students motivation before delivery of services showed an average of 55.58% (medium) and after the delivery of services increased to 66.11% (quite high), this means an increase of 10.53%. The results of the t-test showed that the calculated t-value=11.51 with=1.994, it can be accepted hypothesis. Research shows mastery of content with biblio services are able to foster students self-reliance aspect very well, while the base of ICT in the service is able to provide novelty and appeal to students is an important element of motivation in learning.

Abstract

This study was conducted based on the phenomenon that occurs in Islamic Elementary fifth grade students of State Sumurrejo Semarang who display symptoms of low deviant behavior related to sex education knowledge. The purpose of this study was to change the level of students knowledge of sex penddikan through information services. This type of research is experimental research. Experimental research is research used to search for a specific treatment effect. This study was conducted with eight times giving treatment at Government Elementary School sixth grade students of State Sumurrejo Semarang, the research subjects 23 students. Data collection methods used were a test of knowledge of sex education. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis of the percentage and the Wilcoxon test. The results showed knowledge of sex education 39% of students categorized as low. After being given a treatment through information services increased knowledge of sexual education of students in the high category 75%. It shows that information services affect the increase students knowledge is sex education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi paedagogik konselor dengan self disclosure siswa terhadap konselor, (2) mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi kepribadian konselor dengan self disclosure siswa terhadap konselor, (3) mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi sosial konselor dengan self disclosure siswa terhadap konselor, dan (4) mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi profesional konselor dengan self disclosure siswa terhadap konselor. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa SMA Negeri 14 Semarang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala psikologis berupa skala persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi konselor dan skala self disclosure siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan baik kompetensi paedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi profesional dengan self disclosure siswa di SMA Negeri 14 Semarang.This study aims to: (1) determine the relationship between students perceptions of paedagogik counselor competency with self-disclosure student to counselor, (2) determine the relationship between students perception of personality counselor competency with self-disclosure student to counselor, (3) determine the relationship between students’ perception of social counselor competency with self-disclosure student to counselor, and (4) determine the relationship between students perception of professional counselor competence with self-disclosure student to counselor. The population in this study are all students of SMAN 14 Semarang. Methods of data collection in this study using psychological scale in the form of students perceptions of the counselor competency scale and self-disclosure of students scale. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship either paedagogik competency, personal competency, social competency, and professional competency with self-disclosure of students in high school N 14 Semarang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh informasi atau temuan empiris tentang pengaruh layanan penguasaan konten terhadap kebiasaan belajar pada siswa kelas VIII B SMP Tamtama Kemranjen Banyumas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh  siswa kelas VIII berjumlah 62 siswa dan sampel yang berjumlah 31 siswa yang diambil menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kebiasaan belajar siswa. Instrumen tersebut telah diujicobakan menggunakan validitas dengan rumus product moment oleh Pearson dan reabilitas instrument dengan rumus Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis deskriptif persentase dan Uji-T ( t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukan kebiasaan belajar siswa sebelum pemberian treatment pada kategori sedang. Setelah pemberian treatment, kebiasaan belajar siswa pada kategori tinggi. Hasil uji t-test menunjukan  (13,877) dan  5% (2,042) sehingga . Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah layanan penguasaan konten memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kebiasaan belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan guru BK dapat lebih mengintensifkan pemberian layanan penguasaan konten sebagai alternatif meningkatkan kebiasaan belajar siswa.. The objective of this research is to find the information or empirical finding about the impact of content mastery services to the learning habits of the 8B grade students of SMP Tamtama Kemranjen Banyumas. Population in this research was all 8 grade students which consist of 62 students and the sample of 31 students which taken using purposive sampling. Data collection technique used student learning habits scale. The instrument validity had been tested using product moment formula by Pearson and instrument reliability using Alpha test. Percentage descriptive analysis and t Test were use as the data analysis technique. Research result showed that learning habits before the treatment was in medium category. After the treatment, learning habits was in high category. The t-test result showed that tvalue (13,877) and ttable of 5% (2,042) so that tvalue < ttable. The conclusion of this research is content mastery services gave positive impact to learning habits of the student. Therefore, counselor is expected to intensify the implementation of content mastery services as an alternative to improve student study habits.
