Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self-efficacy dan konformitas dengan prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Negeri Semarang baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 125 dari populasi 284 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random  sampling. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara self-efficacy dengan prokrastinasi akademik memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R= 0,565, F(3,121) = 18,903, p = <0,01), kemudian antara konformitas dengan prokrastinasi akademik tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R= 0,030, F(5,116) = 1,265, p = >0,05). Sedangkan antara self-efficacy dan konformitas dengan prokrastinasi akademik memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R = 0,595, F(18,903) = 7,957, p = <0,01). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian guru Bimbingan dan Konseling disarankan memberikan layanan BK untuk menurunkan prokrastinasi akademik melalui pengembangan self-efficacy dan konformitas.   This study aims to determine the relationship of self-efficacy and conformity with academic procrastination of students Guidance and Counseling State University of Semarang either partially or jointly. This research uses correlational quantitative design. The sample used is 125 from the population of 284 students with simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique using regression. The results showed that between self-efficacy and academic procrastination had significant relationship (R = 0,565, F (3,121) = 18,903, p = <0,01), then between conformity with academic procrastination had no significant relationship (R = 0,030 , F (5,116) = 1,265, p = >0,05). While between self-efficacy and conformity with academic procrastination have significant relationship (R = 0,595, F (18,903) = 7,957, p = <0,01). Based om the results of research Guidance and Counseling teachers are advised to provide Guidance and Counseling services to decrease academic procrastination through the development of self-efficacy and conformity.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan prososial siswa sebelum dan setelah diberikan layanan informasi dengan teknik bibliotherapy di SD N Sekaran 01, Semarang. Penelitian eksperimen ini menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi kelas enam di SD N Sekaran 01 berjumlah 40 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling didasarkan atas tujuan dan pertimbangan tertentu, kemudian diambil sampel dengan jumlah 20 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala prososial berjumlah 40 item. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase dan uji t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persentase siswa naik dari 51% menjadi 83%, dan hasil uji thitung lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu 17.333 > 2.086. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan informasi dengan teknik bibliotherapy efektif dalam meningkatkan perilaku prososial siswa.   The purpose of this research is to know the prosocial ability of student before and after the given information service with the technique of bibliotherapy in SD N Sekaran 01, Semarang. This experiment uses one-group pretest and post test design. The population of this class is sixth grade in SD N Sekaran 01 amounted fourty students. Sample retneval technique used is a purposive sampling based upon the purpose and particular consideration so obtained sample amounted to twenty students. Data collection uses prosocial scale 40 items. Data analysis uses descriptive percentage and t-test. This research shows that the result increases percentage of 51% to 83% and the result is ttabel > ttabel : 17.333 > 2.086. So it can be conclution that information service with bibliotherapy technique is effective to increases behavior of prosocial students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dan regulasi emosi dengan prokrastinasi akademik lembaga kemahasiswaan baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif kolerasional. Sampel yang digunakan 169 dari populasi 365 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster sampling. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara konsep diri dan prokrastinasi akademik memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R = 0,394, F(4,164) = 7,523, p = <0,01), kemudian antara regulasi emosi dan prokrastinasi akademik juga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R =0,129 , F(3,161) =8,756  p = <0,01). Begitu pula dengan konsep diri dan regulasi emosi dengan prokrastinasi akademik memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R =0,523 , F(7,161) =8,661  p = <0,01). This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and emotion regulation with academic procrastination in student institutions either partially or jointly. This research uses correlational quantitative design. The sample used amounted 10 169 of the population 365 student with cluster sampling technique. The data analysis technique regression. The results showed that between self concept and academic procrastination have significant relation R = 0,394, F(4,164) = 7,523, p = <0,01), then between emotion regulation and academic procrastination also have significant relation (R =0,129 , F(3,161) =8,756  p = <0,01). Similarly, between self concept and emotion regulation with academic procrastination also have a significant relationship (R =0,523 , F(7,161) =8,661  p = <0,01).

Abstract

This study was conducted in Junior High School 2 of Sumpiuh Banyumas in the academic year of 2017/2018. This study aims to prove whether there is any influence of placement distribution service with discussion technique towards career decision making ofninth graders of G in Junior High School 2 of Sumpiuh Banyumas. This type of study is experimental with pre-experimental research design. The subjects of this study were 32 ninth graders of G. The data were collected using the scale of career decision making and T-test assesment analysis (paired sample t-test). The results showed that there was a change of career decision of the students before and after following the distribution placement service with the discussion technique. The change was from low to high category, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of distribution placement service with the discussion technique towards career decision making of ninth graders in Junior High School 2 of Sumpiuh, Banyumas.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kondisi keluarga dan self acceptance terhadap kepercayaan diri remaja baik secara persial maupun bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian expost facto. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 342 dari populasi 26.323 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster sampling. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kondisi keluarga terhadap kepercayaan diri (R=0,406, t=5,452 dan p=0,000<0,05). Kemudian self accepten terhadap kepercayaan diri juga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R=0,199, t= 7,739 dan p=0,000 <0,05). Begitu pula kondisi keluarga dan self acceptance terhadap kepercayaan diri (R=0,605, F=97,661 dan p=0,000 <0,05). Abstract

ABSTRAK Di indonesia banyak terjadi bullying, kasus ini terjadi pada kalangan siswa sekolah. Bullying terdiri dari tiga jenis yaitu bullying physical, bullying verbal dan bullying non verbal. Dalam menanggani bullying dapat menggunakan teknik kontrak perilaku melalui konseling kelompok. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan efektivitas konseling kelompok dengan teknik kontrak perilaku untuk mengurangi bullying verbal pada siswa. Rancangan penelitian eksperimen ini dengan desain jenis one group pre test dan post test design. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 5 siswa kelas VIII G SMP Negeri 37 Semarang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling yang memiliki kategori kecenderungan bullying verbal tinggi hingga sangat tinggi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data yaitu skala perilaku bullying verbal dengan koefisien reliabilitas 0,950, wawancara dan observasi sebagai data pendukung. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya penurunan perilaku bullying verbal sebelum dan sesudah diberikanperlakuan secara signifikan (Z= -2,060,P < 0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik kontak perilaku efektif untuk mengurangi bullying verbal pada siswa. Kata Kunci : Bullying Verbal;Konseling Kelompok; Kontrak Perilaku   ABSTRACT In Indonesia there is a lot of bullying, this case occurs among school students. Bullying consists of three types: bullying physical, bullying verbal and non verbal bullying. In tackling bullying can use contract behavior techniques through group counseling. The purpose of this study was to prove the effectiveness of group counseling with contract behavior techniques to reduce verbal bullying in students. The design of this experimental study with the design of type one group pre test and post test design. The subject of this research is 5 students of class VIII G SMP Negeri 37 Semarang with purposive sampling sampling technique that has high tendency of high verbal bullying. Instruments used in the data retrieval is the scale of verbal bullying behavior with the reliability coefficient of 0.950, interview and observation as supporting data. This study showed that the decrease of verbal bullying behavior before and after was given significant treatment (Z = -2,060, P <0,05). Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji keefektifan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role playing untuk meningkatkan sikap disiplin berlalu lintas siswa pengendara sepeda motor kelas X IPS SMA N 12 Semarang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pre-experimental design, dengan menggunakan One group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 12 siswa. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan skala sikap disiplin berlalu lintas siswa, pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Product Moment dan rumus alpha. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan uji Wilcoxon. Sikap disiplin berlalu lintas siswa pengendara sepeda motor sebelum diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role playing memiliki rata-rata skor 195,92 termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Sikap disiplin berlalu lintas siswa pengendara sepeda motor setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role playing memiliki rata-rata skor 245,42 termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji Wilcoxon dengan taraf kesalahan 5% diketahui  <  (-3.062 < 14) maka Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role playing efektif untuk meningkatkan sikap disiplin berlalu lintas siswa. The purpose of this research was to examine the effectiveness of group guidance service with role playing technique to improve the traffic discipline attitude of motorcyclist students of X Social Science class SMA N 12 Semarang. The method that used is pre-experimental design, using one group pretest-posttest design. This research use purposive sampling, with sample of 12 students. The data were collected using on the attitude of traffic discipline scale, testing of validity and reliability used Product Moment and alpha formula. The Data analysis used quantitative descriptive and Wilcoxon test. Discipline attitudes of motorcyclist students pass before being awarded group guidance services with role playing techniques have an average score of 195.92 included in the moderate category. The discipline attitude of motorcyclist students passes after being given group guidance service with role playing technique has an average score of 245.42 included in very high category. Based on the result of the Wilcoxon test in 5% level error, it was known that Z-value was lower than Z-table (-3.062 <14), so that Ha was accepted. It can be concluded that the group guidance services with role playing techniques effective to improve the traffic discipline attitude of motorcyclist students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola asuh dan konsep diri dengan komunikasi antar pribadi siswa sekolah menengah pertama secara parsial dan bersama-sama. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 152 dari populasi 264 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan angket komunikasi antar pribadi, angket pola asuh dan skala komunikasi antar pribadi. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi antar pribadi menunjukkan nilai sebesar 149,52 dalam kategoti tinggi, nilai rata-rata pola asuh sebesar 127,46 berada pada kategori sedang, konsep diri nilai rata-rata 135,95 berada pada kategori tinggi. Sedangkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh dan konsep diri dengan komunikasi antar pribadi hasil perhitungan (R=0,778, p = < 0,05) dalam kategori kuat / tinggi. Analisis secara persial menunjukkan antara pola asuh dengan komunikasi antar pribadi terdapat hubungan signifikan (R=0,577, p = < 0,05), begitu pula antara konsep diri dengan komunikasi antar pribadi juga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (R=0,731, p= <0,05).   This research aims to find out the relationship among the parenting and the self-concept with the interpersonal communication of the students junior high school partially and together. This research used the qualitative correlation design. The total of the sample was 152 from the population of 264 students with the technique of collecting sample used the Simple Random Sampling. The data collection tool used the questionnaire of the communication interpersonal, the questionnaire of parenting and the interpersonal communication scale. The technique of the data analysis used the descriptive analysis, the simple regression, and the double regression technique. The result of the research showed the score of the interpersonal communication was 149.52 in high category, the average score of the parenting was 127.64 in moderate category, and the average score of the self-concept was 135.95 in high category. Thus there was significance relation between the parenting and the interpersonal communication it was (R=0,778, p = < 0,05) in strong/high category. The analysis of partial showed that parenting with interpersonal communication was significant (R=0,577, p = < 0,05), and so between the self-concept with the interpersonal communication had the significance relationship (R=0,731, p= <0,05).

Abstract

  Pada masa remaja identik dengan masalah dalam meregulasi emosinya sehingga banyak terjadi kegelisahan dalam hidupnya. Untuk meningkatkan regulasi emosi pada siswa menggunakan teknik sosiodrama melalui bimbingan kelompok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji keefektifan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan regulasi emosi siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental design, dengan menggunakan One group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan subyek penelitian sebanyak 8 siswa SMK Negeri 1 Semarang, untuk perlakuan dilakukan sebanyak 8 kali dan tiap pertemuan selama 45 menit dengan 6 tema yang berbeda antara lain gigih dan berusaha, nilai dalam berteman, mengembangkan hobi, toleransi, harapan, dan tepat waktu. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan skala regulasi emosi dengan koefisien reliabilitas 0,90. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan regulasi emosi siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan secara signifikan (Z= -2,524, P< 0,05). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama dapat meningkatkan regulasi emosi siswa.   In adolescence it is identical to the problem of regulating emotions so much anxiety in this life. To improve emotional regulation on students using sociodrama technique through group guidance. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of group counseling services with sociodrama techniques to improve students emotional regulation. The method used is pre-experimental design, using One group pretest-posttest design. This study uses purposive sampling, with the subject of research as many as 8 students of SMK Negeri 1 Semarang, for treatment done as much us 8 times and each meeting for 45 minutes with 6 different themes among others perseverance and striving, value in bein friens, developing hobbies, tolerance, hope, and timely. The data collection tool uses the scale of emotional regulation with a coefficient of reliability of 0.90. This study showed an increase in emotional regulation of students before and after treatment was given significantly (Z = -2.524, P <0.05). It can be concluded that group counseling service with sociodrama technique can improve students emotional regulation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya dan keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri berbicara di depan umum melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik permainan simulasi pada siswa kelas VIII E di SMP Negeri 3 Suruh pada tahun pelajaran 2015/ 2016.Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan Konseling (PTBK). Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan dengan prosedur perencanaan, melakukan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: angket siswa, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan simulasi dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri berbicara di depan umum dari perolehan skor rata-rata 4,0 (rendah) menjadi 5,8 (sedang). Siswa menjadi lebih percaya diri ketika berbicara di depan umum baik pada saat kegiatan kelompok di luar kelas maupun pada saat pelajaran di dalam kelas. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan simulasi dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri berbicara di depan umum.  The research aims to know the effort and success in improving public speaking self-confidence through group guidance services by using simulation game techniques on the students of class VIII E SMP Negeri 3 Suruh, school year 2015/ 2016. The type of the research is Counseling and Guidance Action Research. The procedures being used in the research are planning, acting, observing and reflecting. It consits of two cyles. Collecting data technique being used are: students’ questionnaire, observation and documentation. The result of the research shows that group guidance services by using simulation game techniques improving public speaking confidence, from average score 4.0 (low) to score 5.8 (middle). Students more confident in public speaking during group activities outside the classroom and during the lessons. It can be concluded that group guidance services by using simulation game techniques improving public speaking confidence.
