Abstract

Natural potential of strawberry fruit agrotourism are still being developed in order to become the main destination when it comes to Serang Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency. So, the right strategy for developing Strawberry Fruit Agrotourism and a mature strategy so that development can be realized properly and can have a good influence on the income of strawberry farmers. The research objectives are (1) Identifying internal environmental factors in the development of Strawberry Fruit Agro-tourism. (2) Identifying external environmental factors in the development of Strawberry Fruit Agro-tourism. (3) Analyzing development strategies in Strawberry Fruit Agro-tourism. (4) Analyzing the development strategy of the income of farmers in Strawberry Fruit Agro-tourism in Serang Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency.The approach in this study is a quantitative approach, this study aims to identify internal and external factors. The focus of this study is the strategy of developing strawberry agro tourism on the income of strawberry farmers who refers to the development strategy which is an internal factor, namely Human Resources (HR), Infrastructure, transportation and promotion. Then on external factors, namely the Government, economic conditions, technology and competitors. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique in this study used a SWOT analysis. The SWOT matrix results show that Strawberry Fruit Agrotourism is in quadrant II, which means activities to expand the business by building in other locations and increasing the amount of production and adding services. Strawberry fruit agrotourism introduces its potential by promoting it so that it can be recognized by the wider community and can expand tourism transportation services. Suggestions for this research are to enhance good cooperation from the tourism service government and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) to develop strawberry agro-tourism by implementing and implementing planned programs.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to find out the effect of entrepreneurs knowlede, personality, and family circles against the enterprise’s interest. Moreover, this research aimed to find out how the intervening variable that was self-eficacy could influence the entrepreneurs knowledge, personality, and family circles into the enterprise’s interest. This research used quantitative method. The subjects of this study were 83 participants from 5 SKB in enterpreneurship skills education courses who had undergone the education and training process in the discricts and cities of Semarang. Collecting the data was questionnaire. The method of analysing the data was percentage descriptive, path analysis and sobel test. The result of the research showed that the variables of entrepreneurs knowledge, personality, and family circles influenced the enterprise’s interest. The result of path test explained that the variables of entrepreneurs knowledge, personality, and family circles could use self-efficacy varible as the mediation because the total effect of each independent variable was larger than the dirrect one. The suggestion for this research is the participants must be actively involved in various activities which can strengthen the interest of becoming the successful entrepreneurs and pay attention to the activities of business people or entrepeneurs who have succeeded around them that can be used as a reference in developing business. In addition, SKB is expected to be able to take the right policy breakthrough in order to increase the entrepreneurship’s interest of the participants in entrepreneurship skils education courses.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior as buying intention keeps increasing to get satisfaction in term of good and service ownership without considering its uses. This behavior may be instilled into life style of teenagers. They will grow to be consumptive mature individuals if they are not guided. This research aims to analyze and find empirical evidence of life styles, financial literacy through self-control as intervening variable to consumptive behaviors of the students. This qualitative correlational research used proportional stratified random sampling. There were 121 students selected. Technique of analyzing data was lane analysis. The findings showed life style, financial literacy, and self-control influenced consumptive behavior. Furthermore, life style and financial literacy influenced consumptive behavior through self-control as mediator.

Abstract

Learning achievement of economy lesson at Public SHS I Sale has not met minimum passing grade. Therefore, there is a need to develop practice and effective learning model to improve it. This research aims to describe and analyze economy lesson learning in the school. To find out problem based learning model design through blended learning aided by Google Classroom and to analyze practicability and effectiveness of the learning model aided by blended learning and Google Classroom media in learning. This Research and Development was done in three stages: preliminary, product development, and product evaluation. Techniques of collecting data used questionnaire, observation, and test. The preliminary stage presented factual learning model. The development stage was initiated by designing model, expert and practitioners’ validation, and trial run. Evaluating step was done by two random selection design and pre-test and post-test to find out practicability and effectiveness of the model was done by Wilcoxon. The findings showed poor factual learning model, problem based learning model development with blended learning aided by Google Classroom, and product trial run and product reliability test. The observation and questionnaire of the students showed that the model development was implemented. The finding of reliability test showed post-test of experimental group was higher. It showed the product was practice and effective to be implemented in the school.

Abstract

The Indonesian Government has ratified Financial Accounting Standards for Entities without Public Accountability (FAS-EWPA, in bahasa Indonesia known as SAK-ETAP) in 2009 as guidelines for financial reporting for entities without public accountability, one of which is cooperative (koperasi).The large number of cooperatives in Cirebon Regency that have carried out annual member meeting but lacking implementation of FAS-EWPA is still considered as a constraint. The purpose of this study is to analyze the acceptance of cooperative administrators towards FAS-EWPA using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research uses a quantitative method with path analysis using SPSS 20.0 for windows and Sobel Test Calculator to determine the significance of intervening variables. The number of population in this study is 193 cooperatives in Cirebon Regency with a total sample of 65 cooperatives. The results of this study indicates positive correlations on : education towards perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and intention to use; subjective norms toward perceived usefulness and perceived ease; organizational factors toward perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and intention to use; perceived usefulness towards intention to use; and perceived ease towards intention to use.There is no correlation between subjective norms and intention to use. The difference between this research and several previous studies is that the use of external variables such as education and organizational factors influencing TAM is rarely used in previous studies.

Abstract

Consumer behavior in general is a study of how someone decides to buy or consume a product. The influence of peer groups towards student’s consumption behavior can be seen through their daily lives. Among them are by having the same brand of goods such as cellphones, shoes, watches, accessories; watching the same movies that they consider to be good; idolizing the same actors and actresses; and consuming the same foods and drinks. Those behaviour indicate the influence of peer groups on student’s consumption behavior. It becomes problematic because the consumption behavior done by most of these students often cause economic problems for their families, their first environment before entering school. This phenomenon of student’s consumption behavior becomes more interesting considering into what extent economics knowledge they get in school being implemented in their daily decision makings. Factors influencing the consumption behavior of high school students in Pemalang Regency were suspected to be family, school and peer groups. The method of analysis used in this study was path analysis using Amoss software. The calculation results showed that students’ engagement had a significant influence on student’s consumption behavior with a CR value of 2.647, peer groups had a significant influence on student’s consumption behavior with a CR value of 5.446, family environment had no significant influence on student’s consumption behavior with a CR value of 1.322 (smaller than 1.96), the school environment had a significant influence on student’s consumption behavior with a CR value of 3.276. This study used data from Dapodik Academic Year 2018/2019 of Social Science students of Public Senior High Schools in Pemalang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of financial compensation, job stress, and job promotion through job satisfaction at PT. MNC Vision in Central Java. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using path analysis. The total population in this study is 198 employees at PT. MNC Vision in Central Java which is located in 12 branch offices spreaded in Central Java. The results obtained in this study are financial compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, job promotion has a significance effect on job satisfaction, and job promotion has a significance effect on financial compensation. In addition, from this study also obtained results that job satisfaction and promotion do not have a significance effect on employee performance, while financial compensation and job stress also do not have a significance effect on job satisfaction. Besides, the result shows us that financial compensation and promotion do not have a significance effect on job stress.

Abstract

Impulsive buying is a psychoemonic phenomenon that happened to many people's lives in urban areas, especially to teenagers. This is because teens are easily influenced by advertising, lacks frugal thinking, less realistic and impulsive. This study aims to analyze and identify impulse buying behavior of XI grade social major (IPS) public high school (SMA Negeri) students in Semarang. Shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, hedonic shopping values, positive emoticons and self control are used to measure the impulse buying behavior in students. This study used a quantitative approach with a population of 719 students and the sample are 257 students. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula, the sampling technique used is probability sampling. Data collection techniques used is questionnaire. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis and moderation regression analysis. The result of moderation regression analysis shows that hedonic shopping value has a direct influence on impulse buying. But shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement and positive emotion do not directly affect impulse buying. Indirectly shopping lifetyle and hedonic shopping value affect impulse buying through self control, while fashion involvement and positive emotion indirectly do not affect impulse buying through self control.

Abstract

Small medium enterprises of weaving Troso are the second popular industry of Jepara, after furniture. The problems of the research are the rising raw materials, decreasing selling price, decreasing production number, reducing skilled employments. The purpose of the research is to describe profile of Tenun Troso Cluster, analyze the cost and the benefit of Tenun Troso Cluster, and create development strategy to overcome some problems faced by small medium enterprises of Tenun Troso Cluster. The research employs quantitative approach. Techniques to collect data are interview, documentation, and questionnaire. Percentage descriptive analysis, net B/C ratio, and SWOT analysis are used in the research. The result of SWOT strategy in strength aspect is the ability to respond market demand fast, and in weakness aspect is the less market information that affects the decreasing market strategy, in opportunity aspect is the products accepted by wider people, and threat aspect is more competitive competitor product. The research recommends that small medium enterprises of weaving troso in Tenun Troso Cluster is to keep cooperation among members of small medium of weaving troso in order to minimalize several problems such as raw materials, production cost, and marketing, and to increase the ability to use social

Abstract

The performance of Human Resources becomes the spearhead of organization in achieving the goal of its working programs. The organization attempts to improve the performance of Human Resources to achieve its vision and mission. The high performance of Human Resources is able to make the organization go concern and competition in providing its service. The performance of Human Resources still becomes a problem which is faced by the school (Islamic Senior High School). A good performance of teachers is one of organization’s targets in achieving high working productivity. This research aims to examine and analyze empirically the effect of organizational culture through working motivation towards the Economics teacher’s performance of Islamic Senior High School in Kudus Regency. The method of this research uses quantitative approach and field research type. The population is 50 Economics teachers in Kudus Regency with census sample. The data collection techniques of this research are documentation and questionnaire. The data analysis techniques are multiple regression test and path analysis. The result of regression test shows that organizational culture and working motivation have positive significant effect partially towards the performance of Economics teachers. The organizational culture and working motivation have positive significant effect simultaneously towards the performance of Economics teachers. The path analysis test reveals the big effect of organizational culture does not directly affect teacher’s performance through working motivation of 29,6% which is proven by total effect > dirrect effect = (0,562 > 0,336) meaning that there is a positive effect of organizational culture towards the performance of Economics teachers of Islamic Senior High School over Kudus Regency through working motivation. Working motivation will be more strengthening the organizational culture in achieving the performance of Economics teachers.
