Abstract

Small medium enterprises of weaving Troso are the second popular industry of Jepara, after furniture. The problems of the research are the rising raw materials, decreasing selling price, decreasing production number, reducing skilled employments. The purpose of the research is to describe profile of Tenun Troso Cluster, analyze the cost and the benefit of Tenun Troso Cluster, and create development strategy to overcome some problems faced by small medium enterprises of Tenun Troso Cluster. The research employs quantitative approach. Techniques to collect data are interview, documentation, and questionnaire. Percentage descriptive analysis, net B/C ratio, and SWOT analysis are used in the research. The result of SWOT strategy in strength aspect is the ability to respond market demand fast, and in weakness aspect is the less market information that affects the decreasing market strategy, in opportunity aspect is the products accepted by wider people, and threat aspect is more competitive competitor product. The research recommends that small medium enterprises of weaving troso in Tenun Troso Cluster is to keep cooperation among members of small medium of weaving troso in order to minimalize several problems such as raw materials, production cost, and marketing, and to increase the ability to use social

Abstract

The performance of Human Resources becomes the spearhead of organization in achieving the goal of its working programs. The organization attempts to improve the performance of Human Resources to achieve its vision and mission. The high performance of Human Resources is able to make the organization go concern and competition in providing its service. The performance of Human Resources still becomes a problem which is faced by the school (Islamic Senior High School). A good performance of teachers is one of organization’s targets in achieving high working productivity. This research aims to examine and analyze empirically the effect of organizational culture through working motivation towards the Economics teacher’s performance of Islamic Senior High School in Kudus Regency. The method of this research uses quantitative approach and field research type. The population is 50 Economics teachers in Kudus Regency with census sample. The data collection techniques of this research are documentation and questionnaire. The data analysis techniques are multiple regression test and path analysis. The result of regression test shows that organizational culture and working motivation have positive significant effect partially towards the performance of Economics teachers. The organizational culture and working motivation have positive significant effect simultaneously towards the performance of Economics teachers. The path analysis test reveals the big effect of organizational culture does not directly affect teacher’s performance through working motivation of 29,6% which is proven by total effect > dirrect effect = (0,562 > 0,336) meaning that there is a positive effect of organizational culture towards the performance of Economics teachers of Islamic Senior High School over Kudus Regency through working motivation. Working motivation will be more strengthening the organizational culture in achieving the performance of Economics teachers.

Abstract

Education is a means to improve the quality of human resources. Good education is the expected to be able to create quality human resources and be able to compete in accordance with the demands of the world of work. Vocational high school (SMK) is a place that can create human resources who are ready to work. But in reality, there are many SMK’s alumni have not yet been absorbed into the workforce. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of accounting learning achievement on student work readiness through industrial work practices, work competence and self efficacy as intervening variables. The population of this research is grade XII students of SMK accounting competence in Semarang City. The total sample of 100 students taken using cluster random sampling technique. Data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis techniques and path analysis with the AMOS program. Results: accounting learning achievement does not affect to work readiness. Industrial work practices do not to affect work readiness. Work competence affects work readiness. Self efficacy does not affect to work readiness. Learning achievement accounting has no effect on the internship. Learning achievement accounting has no effect on work competence. Learning achievement accounting has no effect on self efficacy. Industrial work practices affect self efficacy. Work competence influences self efficacy. Learning achievement accounting through industrial work practices does not affect work readiness. Accounting learning achievement through work competence does not affect work readiness. Accounting learning achievement through self efficacy does not affect work readiness.

Abstract

Graduates of the marketing expertise competency at the SMK Pharmasi Semarang Foundation are not in accordance with the competencies required by the Business World and the Industrial World (DUDI) as a medical representative. The purpose of this study was to analyze the strategy for increasing medical representative competency in terms of learning, collaboration with DUDI, and human resource development (teachers). This research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation then the data is reduced. The strategy to increase medical representative competence is carried out through practical learning by conducting simulation learning in the learning process inside and outside of school. Learning conducted in schools focuses on practical simulations to sharpen student competencies in communicating with doctors and understand products to be promoted through industry-based learning. Non-school learning is carried out through a collaboration program between school agencies and DUDI in the form of fieldwork practices by adjusting the implementation time of the apprenticeship with the allocation of concept time for pharmaceutical sales. Achievement of medical representative competencies for marketing students is supported by teacher competency. Teacher competence in the field of medical representative is obtained through the on the job training program.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of service quality, member trust on member loyalty through member satisfaction. The research approach used a quantitative method with path analysis which was processed using SPSS. The subjects of the research were all members of the KSP CU Pangudi Luhur Kasih. The research samples were 96 respondents, with cluster sampling techniques. The results showed (1) there was not a positive relationship between service quality variables on member loyalty, (2) there was a positive relationship between member trust variables on member loyalty, (3) there was a positive relationship between member satisfaction variables on member loyalty, (4) there was not a positive relationship between service quality variables on member satisfaction, (5) there was a positive relationship between member trust variables on member satisfaction, (6) there was not a relationship between service quality variables on member loyalty through member satisfaction, (7) there was a positive relationship between variables member trust on member loyalty through member satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to find out and analyze the relationship between the agricultural sector, the mining sector, the manufacturing sector, the construction and transportation sectors with the environmental quality index in Indonesia.This study used a quantitative method derived from secondary data in the form of publication data of the GRDP sectors on constant prices and environmental quality indices in 33 provinces on an annual basis in 2012-2017. The population in this study are the GRDP in Indonesia and statistics on environmental quality indexes in Indonesia. Data analysis used panel data regression analysis with fixed effect regression models used eviews 9 tools. The results shows partially agriculture and transportation sector variables have a positive and significant relationship with the environmental quality index (EQI), while the mining and construction sector variables have a negative and significant relationship, while manufacturing industries variables have a negative and insignificant relationship. Variables in the agriculture sector, the mining sector, the manufacturing sector, the construction sector, and the transportation sector together have a positive and significant relationship with the environmental quality index (EQI).

Abstract

This research was conducted to identity the influence of budget quality and financial human resources competence on the school financial performance. In addition, this research was conducted to identity the influence of moderating variables of information technology on the relationship between budget quality and human resources competence on the school financial performance. This research is population research. The number of population in this research is among all the vocational haigh school in Pemalang Regency with totaling 42 schools. Of the 42 schools, only 37 schools who returned the questioners. This research used quantitative approach using hypothesis testing study design. To test hypothesis using multiple linier regression analysis with the absolute different with application program SPSS. The result of analysis shows that quality of budgeting, financial human resources competence on the school and information system have a positive significant effect on the school financial performance with simultanely or partially. information technology has a positive significant effect in moderating the influence of budget quality on school financial performance. However, information technology have not significant effect in moderating the influence of budget quality on school financial performance

Abstract

One way to reduce the number of unemployment and improve the Indonesian economy is by increasing entrepreneurship interest of the younger generation. This study aims to analyze and identify entrepreneurship interests of XI Grade Marketing students in Public Vocational Schools in Semarang. This study uses a quantitative approach. The variables in this study are entrepreneurship interest (Y), entrepreneurship attitude (X1), subjective norms (X2), self-efficacy (X3) and Entrepreneurship Learning (M). The population of the study was 215 students and the sample was 140 students. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. The results of this study indicate that there is a direct effect of entrepreneurship attitude on entrepreneurship interest, subjective norms on entrepreneurship interest and self-efficacy on entrepreneurship interest. Entrepreneurship learning moderates the influence of entrepreneurship attitude on entrepreneurship interest indirectly. While entrepreneurship learning does not moderate the influence of subjective norms and self-efficacy on entrepreneurship interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the Harapan Jaya Cooperative development in terms of cooperative financial capital and business. In financial capital, there are assets, incomes, and Net Income. While the business is from the business run by the cooperative. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. In this study, the researcher acts as a data collector and as an active instrument to collect data. This research uses two data sources; they are primary and secondary data. Data collection was conducted by researchers using in-depth interviews, documentation and observation. Data analyzed using qualitative analysis, the validity of the data using the triangulation method. The Harapan Jaya Cooperative Capital development in this study was reviewed from the Solvency, Liquidity and Profitability Ratio. Overall shows good and excellent criteria. The development of the cooperative business is indicated by the addition of income from savings and loan units, management of plasma tubers, dump truck rental, beko heavy equipment rental, motor grader heavy equipment. In addition, business development is also seen from the addition of dump trucks and heavy equipment owned by cooperatives.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the quality of service, educational fees, facilities and infrastructures towards the students’ academic satisfaction and to analyze its influence which can be moderated by the image towards the students’ academic satisfaction at the Economics and Business Faculty of STIKUBANK university. The method of the research is a quantitative approach. The population of the study are 2467 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of STIKUBANK Semarang, with a total sample are 96 respondents. The data collection used is a questionnaire. The methods of data analysis are descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing with moderation regression analysis (absolute value test). The results shows that there is influence on the quality of service, educational fees, facilities and infrastructures towards the students’ academic satisfaction, while the effect is positive and significant. Image variable does not moderate the effect of quality of service on the students’ academic satisfaction.
