The purpose of this study was to find out how the Harapan Jaya Cooperative development in terms of cooperative financial capital and business. In financial capital, there are assets, incomes, and Net Income. While the business is from the business run by the cooperative. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. In this study, the researcher acts as a data collector and as an active instrument to collect data. This research uses two data sources; they are primary and secondary data. Data collection was conducted by researchers using in-depth interviews, documentation and observation. Data analyzed using qualitative analysis, the validity of the data using the triangulation method. The Harapan Jaya Cooperative Capital development in this study was reviewed from the Solvency, Liquidity and Profitability Ratio. Overall shows good and excellent criteria. The development of the cooperative business is indicated by the addition of income from savings and loan units, management of plasma tubers, dump truck rental, beko heavy equipment rental, motor grader heavy equipment. In addition, business development is also seen from the addition of dump trucks and heavy equipment owned by cooperatives.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung positif kecerdasan emosional siswa terhadap pemahaman materi pelajaran ekonomi, perilaku belajar siswa terhadap pemahaman materi pelajaran ekonomi, kecerdasan emosional terhadap perilaku belajar siswa. Bentuk penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif jenis survei. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah pemeriksaan dokumen dan kuesioner. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung positif Â kecerdasan emosional terhadap pemahaman materi pelajaran ekonomi, perilaku belajar terhadap pemahaman materi pelajaran ekonomi dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap perilaku belajar. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan nilai koefisien jalur py1 = 0,210, py2 = 0,604 dengan koefisi8en determinasi R2 = 0,611. Selanjutnya koefisien jalur p21 = 0,798 dan R2 = 0,632 dengan Koefisien determinasi R2 = 0,636. Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Perilaku Belajar, Pemahaman Abstract: The purpose this study to determine positive direct effect emotional intelligence of students towards understanding learning materials of economic, student learning behavior towards understanding learning materials of economic, emotional intelligence towards the student learning behavior. This research forms of quantitative research survey types. This research data collection techniques are examination of documents and questionnaires. Data processing techniques are used path analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive direct effect emotional intelligence towards understanding of learning materials of economic learning behavior towards understanding learning materials of economic, and emotional intelligence towards learned behavior. The results show the value of the path coefficient = 0.210 py1, py2 = 0.604 with a coefficient of determination R2 = 0.611. Furthermore, p21 path coefficient = 0.798 and R2 = 0.632 with a coefficient of determination R2 = 0.636. Key: Emotional Intelligence, Learning Behavior, Understanding

The purpose of this study was to analyze financial literacy education in the Economic Learning of SMA and SMK in Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan. The method used in this research was descriptive method with survey research form. This research was conducted at SMA and SMK in Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan. The subjects of this study were teachers of economics subjects and principals or vice principal for curriculum of SMA and SMK in Kubu Raya Regency. The data collection technique used interview sheets and direct observation, while data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. Based on the results of research, it was found that 1) The material on defining economic transactions and various types of practice, introduction to economic resources, introduction to the concept of shopping. ) as a fulfillment of basic needs, introduction to the concept of saving in traditional and modern terminology, introduction to the concept of sharing (sharing) found in economic learning; 2) While the introduction to the concept of bad practices and financial crimes is not included in the syllabus of economic subjects, some teachers on their own initiative provide additional material on corruption to the students.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of BOS fund management and to design an edu-finance management model in order to achieve school financial well-being. The research approach used was a qualitative approach. Data sources consisted of BOS fund managers and school principals. Data collection techniques included FGDs with BOS fund managers; interview; and documentation. Data analysis techniques used the Miles and Hubermans model including data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The conclusion of this research is that the compilers of school financial planning and work programs are made only to fulfill administrative requirements; the implementation of financial management in the management of BOS fund is still low; in making accountability reports, many do not understand the evidence documents that must be prepared and financial management training has not been carried out in accordance with the needs. After being given edu-finance training, the BOS fund managers understand the preparation of work programs, the use of BOS fund based on a priority scale, and the preparation of accountability reports along with the files that should be prepared.

The progress of the economy in Sintang Regency, one of which is very dependent on community empowerment in moving the wheels of the economy. Where people do not depend on the government for welfare. The purpose of this study was to determine the completeness of student learning resources, student learning interest and to determine the effect of completeness of learning resources on student learning interest in Integrated social science subjects in sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Dedai School year 2019/2020. The population in this study were all students sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Dedai School year 2019/2020 as many as 168 students. This research method reveals quantitative by using the form of research that is the explanation format. This research data collection technique is indirect communication techniques and documentation. used were Likert scale questionnaire. research result There is a significant influence of the completeness of learning resources on student learning requests in integrated social science subjects as evidenced by the t value of 6.815 <t table 1.981. It can be concluded that the independent variable (X) tested has an influence on the dependent variable (Y). With the meaning of the word Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Not achieving the performance targets that have been set are caused by many factors, both individual, group, organization both internal and external. The purpose of this study is to reveal how the influence of group integrity factors on the performance of employees at the Kapuas Hulu district secretariat. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees (civil servant status) who worked at the regional secretariat of Kapuas Hulu Regency, totaling 137 employees. The sampling technique is done by using the Simple Random Sampling technique by determining the sample of respondents randomly. Based on the results of calculations with the formula, the sample in this study amounted to 102 employees. Data collection tools used closed questionnaire with 5 (five) interval scale answer options. The instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. Prerequisite testing with residual normality test and linearity regression test. Data analysis in this study was carried out using statistical descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study concluded that group integrity had a significant positive effect on employee performance

ABSTRACTThis research aims to describe the development of interactive CD media using Macromedia Flash 8 on classification of animal subject for elementary school grade IV. The method in this research is research and development that combining research and development method according to Borg & Gall and ASSURE, that consist of 7 steps. These steps include: research and information, analyze learner characteristics, state objective, select or modify media, utilize, require learner response and evaluate. The results showed that the developed interactive CD has been feasible based on development steps. The results of media validation and material validation obtained scores average respectively by 90,62% and 99%, so interactive CD media feasible to applied in for elementary school grade IV. Then, based on student learning outcomes on a small scale trial shown 92% of students score is ≥ 63. On a large scale trial in SDN 23 Menyumbung and SDN 01 Kenukut the classical of student learning outcomes respectively increased for 53% and 34%. It can be concluded that the development of interactive cd media using macromedua flash 8 on classification of animal subject feasible to applied for elementary school grade IV.Keywords: Interactive CD; Instructional Media; Macromedia Flash 8ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengembangan media CD interaktif menggunakan Macromedia Flash 8 pada materi menggolongkan hewan untuk siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan mengkombinasikan metode penelitian dan pengembangan menurut Borg & Gall dan ASSURE yang terdiri dari 7 langkah, meliputi: penelitian dan pengumpulan data (research and information), analyze learner characteristics (menganalisis karakteristik umum kelompok sasaran), state objective (menyatakan atau merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran), select or modify media (memilih, memodifikasi, atau merancang dan mengembangkan materi dan media yang tepat), utilize (menggunakan materi dan media), Require learner response (meminta tanggapan dari siswa) and evaluate (mengevaluasi proses belajar). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CD interaktif yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak sesuai dengan langkah-langkah pengembangan. Berdasarkan hasil validasi media dan hasil validasi materi yang ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata perolehan skor masing-masing sebesar 90,62% dan 99%, maka media CD interaktif layak diterapkan pada siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Kemudian berdasarkan tes hasil belajar siswa pada uji coba terbatas menunjukkan 92% siswa mendapat skor ≥63. Sedangkan pada uji coba skala luas di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 23 Menyumbung dan Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01 Kenukut ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar siswa meningkat masing-masing sebesar 53% dan 34%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan media CD interaktif menggunakan macromedia flash 8 pada materi menggolongkan hewan layak diterapkan pada siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar.Kata Kunci: CD Interaktif; Media Pembelajaran; Macromedia Flash 8
