Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Pengaruh Tingkat Kecerdasan, Motivasi, Tingkat Sosial Ekonomi dan Kemampuan Adaptasi Lingkungan Siswa sebagai Variabel Intervening Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Ekonomi Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Mranggen Tahun 2014.  Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 1 Mranggen  berjumlah 280, sampel berjumlah 75 siswa. Penetapan sampel dilakukan dengan Proportional Cluster Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data digunakan instrumen berupa angket dan tes. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif variabel penelitian, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Uji asumsi klasik terdiri atas uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Uji hipotesis dengan analisis jalur. Selain analisis jalur dalam menentukan signifikansi variabel intervening,  juga digunakan Sobel Test Calculator for the Significance of Mediation dan SPSS 19.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kecerdasan terhadap prestasi belajar. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi terhadap  prestasi belajar. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan tingkat sosial ekonomi terhadap kemampuan adaptasi lingkungan siswa. Terdapat pengaruh positif kemampuan adaptasi lingkungan terhadap prestasi belajar. Tidak terdapat pengaruh tingkat sosial ekonomi terhadap  prestasi belajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar ekonomi maka perlu memperhatikan faktor yang mempengaruhinya yaitu tingkat kecerdasan, motivasi, tingkat sosial ekonomi dan kemampuan adaptasi lingkungan siswa. The aim of this study was to analyze Effect of intelligence, motivation, social economy and Adaptation Capabilities Environment as an intervening variable Against Student Learning Achievement Economy Class X SMA Negeri 1 Mranggen 2014. The population was 280 students of SMAN 1 Mranggen. The sample was 75 students. Determination of the sample by proportional cluster random sampling. Data collection used questionnaire and testing. Data analysis was performed with descriptive analysis of the variables, the classical assumption and hypotheses test. Classical assumption test consists of normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test. To determine the significance of intervening variables used path analysis and Sobel Test Calculator for the Significance of  Mediation and SPSS 19. The results show there is a positive and significant effect of intelligence on learning achievement, learning achievement motivation, socioeconomic level of students environmental adaptability and the environment adaptability to learning achievement There is no influence of socioeconomic level on learning achievement. Based on the results, to improve learning achievement economy it is necessary to pay attention to the factors that influence it, namely the level of intelligence, motivation, socioeconomic level and adaptability of the student environment.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia otomotif serta pemasarannya pada era globalisasi sekarang ini telah berkembang menjadi begitu kompleks dan inovasi-inovasi yang dilakukan oleh PT. Astra Honda Motor. Permasalahan ini muncul pada PT. Astra Honda Motor yang menciptakan motor matik perdana yaitu Honda Vario, tetapi dengan berjalannya waktu jumlah penjualan masih berubah – ubah yang dijual di dealer Astra Motor Tegal. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui survei 89 responden pada pembeli sepeda motor Honda  Vario. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik insidental sampling, yaitu sampel yang dipilih yang secara kebetulan ditemui. Pengumpulan data dilakukan  dengan menggunakan  alat dalam bentuk kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan  kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model Path Analysis (Analisis Jalur) dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan(1) X1 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap X3 sebesar 0,488 (2) X2 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap X3 sebesar 0,133 (3) X1 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y sebesar 0,305 (4)X2 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap  Y sebesar 0,432 (5) X3 berpengaruh terhadap Y sebesar 0,253 (6) X1 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y melalui X3 sebesar 0,305 (7) X2 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y melalui X3 sebesar 0,432. Saran yang disampaikan perusahaan otomotif motor Honda perlu meningkatkan pencitraan dan penguatan merek melalui atribut produk agar meningkatkan nilai konsumen terhadap keputusan konsumen. The development of automotive with marketing in this globalization era has been develop become complex and full of innovation by PT.  AHM. This problem PT. AHM the compose matic motorcycle first that is Honda Vario, but be going time amount sell  changeable the Dealer Astra Motor Tegal. The research by  89 responden to the user of Honda Vario . The used of sample technique in this research is insidental sampling, technique this sample with choise the people that we find. The collection of data using tool in quesioner form which shared to the responden.The technique of collection data using quesioner. Research methode with quantitative and using path analysis model with SPSS programe. Analysis result X1 influence the significant of X3 0,488; X2 influence the significant of X3 0,133; X3 influence the significant of Y 0,305; X1 influence the significant of Y 0,432; X2 influence the significant of Y 0,253; X1 influence the significant of  Y from X3 0,305;X2 influence the significant of Y from X3 0,432. Suggestions submitted of Honda  motorcycle automotive company need to increase imaging and brand strengthening by product attribute order to increase  perceived customer decision.

Abstract

Minat berwirausaha dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain pengetahuan kewirausahaan, lingkungan keluarga, dan kepribadian wirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan, lingkungan keluarga, dan kepribadian wirausaha terhadap minat berwiruasaha baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII SMK se-Kabupaten Blora tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 4295 siswa. Sampel diperoleh dengan teknik Cluster Random Sampling sebanyak 366 siswa. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan kewirausahaan, lingkungan keluarga, dan kepribadian wirausaha sedangkan variabel terikat adalah minat berwirausaha. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha, (2) lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha, (3) kepribadian wirausaha berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha, dan (4) pengetahuan kewirausahaan, lingkungan keluarga dan kepribadian wirausaha berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha. The interesting of entrepreneurship is influenced by several factors, among others knowledge entrepreneurial, family environment, and entrepreneurial personality. This research purpose to know effect knowledge entrepreneurial, family environment, and entrepreneurial personality on interest enterpreneurship as partial or simultan. This research is quantitative research. The population in this research were all students of XII class SMK in Blora regency year 2014/2015 amount to 4295 students. The sample was obtained by Cluster Random Sampling technique is 366 students. Independent variable is knowledge entrepreneurial, family environment, and entrepreneurial personality whereas dependent variable is interest entrepreneurship. Methods of data collection using questionnaire and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis, and multiple linier regression analysis. The results showed that (1) knowledge entrepreneurial has positive influence on interest entrepreneurship, (2) family environment has positive influence on interest entrepreneurship, (3) entrepreneurial personality positive influence on interest entrepreneurship and (4) knowledge entrepreneurial, family environment and enterpreneurial personality have influences on interest entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis karakteristik anggota, proses pelaksananaan, serta dampak pelaksanaan pendidikan kewirausahaan di KUBe Anugrah. Berdasarkan tujuan tersebut, peneliti dapat membentuk suatu pola pendidikan kewirausahaan yang dilaksanakan di KUBe Anugrah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Hasilnya, karakteristik anggota KUBe Anugrah sangat beragam yang diklasifikasikan dalam tingkat pendidikan formal, usia, status pekerjaan, tingkat produktivitas, pendapatan per bulan, dan daerah tinggal. Di sisi lain, terdapat kesamaan antara anggota satu dengan lainnya, yaitu keterampilan menjahit. pelaksanaan pendidikan di KUBe Anugrah melalui metode pelatihan dan pembinaan dengan melibatkan anggota sebagai sasaran dan sumber belajar. Melalui dua metode tersebut, pelaksanaan pendidikan kewirausahaan di KUBe Anugrah memiliki dampak yang terbagi dalam tiga jenis, yaitu peningkatan kepribadian, peningkatan pendapatan dan fleksibilitas waktu, dan peningkatan partisipasi sosial ekonomi masyarakat dalam pembangunan. Kesimpulannya, pemerintah memerlukan perhatian yang sama antara pendidikan formal dan nonformal, sehingga setiap orang yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam mengikuti pendidikan formal dapat memiliki keterampilan dan mencukupi kebutuhannya secara mandiri. The objectives of this research are to describe and analyze the members characteristics, implementation process, and the impact of entrepreneurship education at KUBe Anugrah. Based on that’s, researcher can make the pattern of entrepreneurship education that implementation at KUBe Anugrah. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods phenomenology. As a result, the characteristics of KUBe Anugrah’s member is very heterogeneous who distinguished in the level of formal education, age, employment status, production capacity, revenue per month, and living area. On the other hand, there are similarities, that’s sewing skills. Implementation of education at KUBe Anugrah through training and coaching methods that involve members as targets and learning resources. While the impact of the activities at KUBe Anugrah divided in the three types, there are the personality development, increase people’s invome and time flexibility, and increased participation in the socio-economic development. Based on these findings, the suggestion is the government need for equal attention between formal and non-formal education, so that people with disabilities to participate in formal education may have the skills and meet their needs independently.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ketuntasan, pengaruh aktivitas motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar kewirausahaan Siswa Kelas XI Sekolah Menegah Kejuruan (SMK) Teuku Umar Semarang  secara efektif, karena berdasarkan data bahwa pembelajaran kewirausahaan Siswa Kelas XI SMK Teuku Umar Semarang  22% mengalami ketidaktuntasan dan sumbangan terbesar di program keahlian pemasaran sebesar 42% yang mengakibatkan siswa aktivitas dan motivasi kurang termotivasi dan cenderung pasif mengembangkan potensinya secara optimal.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif studi true eksperimental dengan desain berbentuk Pre test-Control Group Design untuk melihat ketuntasan, pengaruh Pembelajaran secara efektif dengan populasi Siswa Kelas XI SMK Teuku Umar Semarang yang dipilih sampel secara acak menurut kriteria peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ketuntasan keaktifan belajar Siswa sebesar 48%, motivasi belajar Siswa sebesar 63% dan hasil belajar memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 90,74 terhadap pembelajaran proyek dengan saintifik, pengaruh aktifitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 0,019 dan motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 0,098. Hal ini menunjukan aktivitas belajar siswa tidak dapat memprediksi hasil belajar namun motivasi dapat mencapai secara efektif ditandai dengan adanya perbedaan hasil belajar dari 86.15 = 86% dan pos tes sebesar 90,74 = 91% artinya antra pre tes dan pos tes mengalami perubahan sebesar 5% dari sebelumnya. The purpose of this study to determine completeness, influence the activity of learning motivation and learning outcomes Class XI student entrepreneurship Vocational Middle School (SMK) Teuku Umar Semarang effective, because based on data that entrepreneurial learning Class XI student of SMK Teuku Umar Semarang ketidaktuntasan and 22% had the largest contribution the program marketing expertise by 42% which resulted in the student activity and motivation of less motivated and tend to be passive develop their potential optimally. This research is a quantitative study of true experimental design with shaped Pre-test Control Group Design to see the completeness, the influence of learning effectively with Class XI student population Teuku Umar Semarang SMK samples randomly selected according to the criteria of the researcher The results showed that students 'learning activeness completeness by 48%, student motivation to learn by 63% and the value of learning outcomes gained an average of 90.74 against the project by scientific study, the influence of learning activities to the learning outcomes of 0.019 and 0.098 for students' motivation. This shows students' learning activities can not predict the outcome of learning but motivation can achieve effectively characterized by the difference in learning outcomes of 86.15 = 86% and post test of 90.74 = 91% means that as between pre-test and post test unchanged at 5% from the previous.
The Effect of Field Work Practices, Career Guidance, and Emotional Intelligence through Work Interest on Work Readiness

Abstract

Work readiness is a set of skills and behaviours needed to work and is indispensable to get maximum results according to the expected target. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of field work practices, career guidance, and emotional intelligence through work interest on students’ work readiness. The type of this study was quantitative research. The population of this study was 626 students of class XII of the Public Vocational Schools for the Business Management program in Semarang City with a sample of 140 students. The data were collected using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used descriptive statistics, path analysis, and single test. The research results showed that field work practices had no effect on work interest. Career guidance had a positive and significant effect on work interest by 17.05%. Emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on work interest by 23.23%. Field work practices through work interest had no effect on work readiness. The total effect of career guidance through work interest on work readiness was 37.15%. The total effect of emotional intelligence through work interest on work readiness was 15.97%. Work interest had a positive and significant effect on work readiness by 10.89%.

Abstract

Saving behavior is the behavior of saving by setting aside a number of money owned. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of family environment, financial literacy, future perception, and self-control on saving behavior that mediated by the intention of high school students in Jepara. The research was conducted using a survey. The population of the study was 1,315 of high school students in Jepara. By using random sampling technique, the researcher got 307 students as the sample of the study. The data collection method was done by using a questionnaire. The researcher used a path analysis to analyze the data. The results showed that the family environment influenced the saving behavior through intention with a total effect value for 5.39%, financial literacy influenced the saving behavior through intention with the total effect value for 3.73%. Future perception did not influence the saving behavior through intention with the total effect value for 2.93%, and self-control influenced the saving behavior through intention with a total effect value for 20.52%.

Abstract

Park tourism object on job and business opportunities with self- efficacy as the moderating variable. With a tourism object in an area, it is hoped that it can improve the community's economic level around the tourism object by providing opportunities to work and open a business. However, in reality, the changes that occur are not always as expected. Most of them only provide profit from the investor's side. The approach used in this study was a quantitative approach. This study's sample was 98 residents who lived in 3 villages, i.e., Talun, Ngipik, and Tarukan. The sampling technique used was random cluster sampling, using the calculation of the Slovin formula. The data collection techniques/instruments were questionnaires, interviews, and direct observation. The data analysis technique used was moderate regression. The results showed that the public perception of the Celosia Flower Park tourism object's existence had a positive and significant effect on job opportunities by 40.5% and on business opportunities by 51.9%. The self-efficacy variable positively and significantly moderated the influence of public perceptions of the existence of the Celosia Flower Park tourism object on job opportunities. The self-efficacy variable moderates positively and significantly the influence of public perceptions of the existence of the Celosia Flower Park tourism object on business opportunities.

Abstract

A concept used to measure the extent to which a company has achieved as a result of strategic success, which is influenced by innovation, market orientation, business environment and competitive advantage is marketing performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of innovation, market orientation, and business environment directly and indirectly on marketing performance through competitive advantage and to analyze the effect of competitive advantage on marketing performance. This study was a type of quantitative research using a correlational approach. The population in this study was entrepreneurs of the Troso weaving industry in Jepara. The numbers of samples determined in this study were 90 Small and Medium Industries (IKM). The data collection method was done by using a questionnaire which was tested using validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test. The data analysis techniques in this study were descriptive analysis, path analysis and sobel-test. The results of this study indicated that innovation, market orientation, and business environment have a positive effect on competitive advantage by 5.34%, 24.11% and 3.14%, respectively. Directly, innovation has an effect on marketing performance by 6.35% and indirectly through competitive advantage of 16.47%. Market orientation has a direct effect on marketing performance by 35.88% and has an indirect effect through competitive advantage of 35.01%. The business environment has a direct effect on marketing performance of 0.96% and has an indirect effect through a competitive advantage of 12.62%. Competitive advantage has a positive effect on marketing performance by 50.48%. The most dominant total effect is the market orientation variable of 70.89% and the smallest total effect is the business environment variable of 13.58.

Abstract

Part-time work done by students focuses more on personality growth and development, mental development, social interaction, maturity in thinking, and creativity. The objective of this study is to find out and analyze the factors that make Unnes students choose to work part-time while still studying. This study was a descriptive study with mix method approach of the Sequential Exploratory model. The subjects of this research were Unnes students who work part-time in the Unnes Sekaran campus environment or students who have businesses. Data collection was done by using questionnaires. Data analysis was performed by factor analysis and descriptive data analysis. The results showed that there were five factors that cause Unnes students to work part-time namely work readiness, entrepreneurial interest, individual characteristics, relationships and work experience, as well as routine and job characteristics.
