Abstract

INTISARIProses pengolahan data pendaftaran siswa baru di SMK Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa masih menggunakan teknologi informasi yang belum maksimal karena proses pengolahan data masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu data dicatat pada kertas dan kemudian diketik ke Microsoft Office sehingga panitia pendaftaran siswa baru dalam penyajian informasi dalam hal proses pendaftaran dan penyeleksian siswa baru membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menerapkan teknologi informasi serta mengoptimalkan kegunaan teknologi khususnya untuk proses  pendaftaran siswa baru pada bagian Panitia PSB dan Panitia Pemasaran dalam mengolah data calon siswa baru.Penelitian dilakukan dengan merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu menghasilkan informasi yang mampu melakukan proses pengolahan data pendaftaran siswa baru antara panitia PSB dan panitia pemasaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Tahapan metode waterfall yaitu analisa kebutuhan, desain sistem, penulisan kode program, pengujian program, penerapan program dan pemeliharaan. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan yaitu dengan PHP dan database menggunakan MySQL.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sistem informasi terintegrasi untuk pendaftaran siswa baru online dan pemasaran sekolah yang mampu melakukan pengolahan data secara cepat dan mudah pada SMK Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa Yogyakarta.Kata kunci-- Sistem Informasi, Integrasi, Pendaftaran Siswa Baru Online, pemasaran, PHP . ABSTRACTAbstract— The process of processing new student registration data at Vocational High School Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa still use information technology which not yet maximal because data processing process still done manually that data is write on paper and then typed into Microsoft Office so that new student registration committee in presenting information in regards process of registration and Selection of new students takes a long time. This research has a purpose to apply information technology and optimize the usefulness of technology especially for new student registration process at new student registration Committee and Marketing Committee in processing new prospective student data.Research is done by designing and developing a system that can help produce information capable of performing data processing of new student registration between of new student registration committee and marketing committee. The research method who used is waterfall method. Stages waterfall method is: needs analysis, system design, program code writing, program testing, program implementation and maintenance. The programming language used is PHP and database who use MySQL.The result of this research is to produce integrated information system for new student enrollment and school marketing which able to perform data processing quickly and easily at Vocational High School Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa of Yogyakarta.Keywords--Information System, Integration, New Student Registration Online, marketing, PHP.

Abstract

In meeting the needs of health care that supports prevention and early detection of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), the existing health centers always keep their respective areas. In health centers that handle DBD mostly nurses in nursing care. To improve the service to the community as well as the lack of specialists in health center required an expert system, are used as a tool of nursing care in diagnosing dengue disease.JESS (Java Expert System Shell) is an expert system shell for Java, using the Rete algorithm as well as forward-chaining search and characterization of the disease using a confidence level of certainty factor (CF), it can be made in favor of the establishment of a knowledge base of expert system. The process for making the diagnosis is done by examining the clinical symptoms and laboratory disease. The diagnosis comes with a confidence level (percentage) of her illness by patients with DHF.From the test results were obtained from 10 cases of medical records of data centers Umbulharjo II Yogyakarta, the percentage obtained by 100% the truth value of predictive diagnostics system according to the knowledge possessed by experts.  Keywords: JESS, Rete, Certainty Factor, Nursing Care, Expert System

Abstract

INTISARIPerkembangan ilmu  Ilmu Teknologi Informasi saat ini sangat cepat, sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk efisiansi dalam pengolahan suatu arsip dengan memanfaatkan arsip dalam bentuk arsip digital. Penelitian ini selain merancang Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Data Digital pada Program Studi juga diharapkan dapat di terapkan secara nyata hasilnya.Skema pengembangan suatu aplikasi yang digunakan untuk rancangan sistem kearsipan digital, menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Pembuatan prototype yang dibangun dengan Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) yang berfungsi memasukkan persyaratan, mengkonversi mereka ke model data, mengubah model data ke database, dan menghasilkan kode semua dalam satu perangkat, akan tetapi dalam hal ini masih dalam tahap rancangan dan prototipe, walaupun pada dasarnya dapat di implementasikan.Dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan telah dihasilkan Sistem Pengarsipan Digital yang berupa software Aplikasi secara multi user yang dapat digunakan untuk membangun kearsipan digital di program studi dan dapat di Implementasikan.Kata Kunci: Prototype Arsip Digital, database,Impelementasi Web base  ABSTRACTThe development of Information Technology Science is currently very fast, so it can be used for efficiency in processing an archive by utilizing archives in the form of digital archives. In addition to designing a Digital Data Archive Information System in the Study Program, this research is also expected to be able to implement real results.Schematic of developing an application that is used to design a digital archive system, using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Prototyping built with Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) which enters requirements, enters their data into the model, converts the data model to a database, and generates code all in one device, but in this case it is still in the design and prototype stages, although basically can be implemented.From the research that has been done, a Digital Archiving System has been produced in the form of multi-user application software that can be used to build digital archives in study programs and can be implemented.Keywords: Digital Archive Prototype, database, Web base implementation
