Abstract

In higher education, the level of lecturer involvement in decision-making and professional development varies. Some lecturers feel unappreciated or not fully involved, which impacts their morale, collaboration, and sense of well-being. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of inclusive workplace policies can affect lecturers' work outcomes and well-being. The method used was descriptive-analytical literature research, collecting and analyzing scientific articles and journals published in the last five years that are relevant to the academic world. The results show that an inclusive work environment can improve work morale, creativity, and collaboration among lecturers. An inclusive environment also makes lecturers feel psychologically safe and open to communication. Furthermore, an inclusive environment also reduces stress and conflict among colleagues, thereby improving the physical and mental well-being of lecturers. These findings suggest that inclusiveness is not only an ethical principle but also an effective way to improve performance, engagement, and quality of work life in academic environments.

Abstract

This study aims to review and synthesize prior literature on the effect of parking convenience and store atmosphere on revisit intention in the café business, using Kafe Tetra Surakarta as an illustrative case. This research employs a literature review method by tracing, selecting, and analyzing relevant articles published in the last ten years (2016-2026) obtained from Google Scholar, Garuda, and Sinta-indexed journals using the keywords parking convenience, store atmosphere, and revisit intention. A total of 24 articles that met the inclusion criteria were reviewed and synthesized thematically. The results of the review indicate that parking convenience consistently contributes to customer comfort and the decision to revisit, that store atmosphere shapes the emotional response and satisfaction of customers, and that the combination of both factors is predicted to have a stronger simultaneous effect on revisit intention than either factor alone. This review also identifies a research gap in which most prior studies examine parking facilities and store atmosphere separately, so it proposes a conceptual framework integrating both variables to be tested empirically in future research at Kafe Tetra Surakarta.

Abstract

Scarcity marketing strategies have become increasingly prevalent in digital commerce, leveraging mechanisms like flash sales, time-limited offers, and restricted product quotas to spur spontaneous purchasing behavior. This study examines the various forms of scarcity marketing, their contribution to impulse buying, and the underlying variables shaping this interaction among digital consumers. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, the study synthesized scholarly articles published between 2021 and 2026 retrieved from Scopus, ScienceDirect, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. Following a rigorous inclusion and exclusion screening process, 16 relevant articles were selected for analysis. The findings reveal that scarcity marketing is primarily operationalized through time scarcity, quantity scarcity, and scarcity messaging. All three dimensions effectively drive impulse buying by triggering perceived urgency and product exclusivity. Furthermore, this relationship is moderated by psychological factors including arousal, fear of missing out (FOMO), anticipated regret, informational cascades, and regulatory focus. These insights indicate that while scarcity marketing serves as a powerful promotional tool, its success hinges heavily on consumer psychological responses, offering practical implications for businesses designing market-attuned digital promotion strategies
