Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi supervisi akademik dalam penguatan kompetensi pedagogik guru di SMK An-Nur 1 Bululawang. Supervisi akademik merupakan instrumen penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui pembinaan profesional, pendampingan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Informan penelitian terdiri atas kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, dan guru yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan supervisi akademik. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diuji menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan member checking. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi supervisi akademik dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan utama, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan tindak lanjut supervisi. Pelaksanaan supervisi dilakukan secara terjadwal melalui observasi kelas, pemeriksaan perangkat pembelajaran, serta diskusi reflektif antara supervisor dan guru. Tindak lanjut supervisi diwujudkan dalam bentuk pembinaan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan profesional guru. Implementasi supervisi akademik memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru, terutama dalam perencanaan pembelajaran, pengelolaan kelas, penggunaan media pembelajaran, dan evaluasi hasil belajar. Faktor pendukung implementasi supervisi akademik meliputi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang partisipatif, budaya kolaboratif sekolah, dan komitmen guru untuk berkembang. Adapun faktor penghambatnya meliputi keterbatasan waktu, beban administrasi, dan kemampuan teknologi yang belum merata di kalangan guru.

Abstract

Leadership transformation in Islamic educational management is a crucial phenomenon in the digital era, requiring a paradigm shift from traditional leadership models to adaptive and visionary approaches. This article aims to describe the essence of leadership from an Islamic perspective, identify leadership challenges in the digital era, and formulate innovative strategies to improve the quality of Islamic education. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study conducted at MA Al-Khoirot Putri. Data were collected through an analysis of Islamic educational management literature contextualized with observations of leadership dynamics within the institution. The findings reveal that the essence of Islamic leadership lies in trustworthiness (amanah) and service, emphasizing exemplary conduct (uswah) and influence. In the digital era, leadership at MA Al-Khoirot Putri faces significant challenges, including gaps in technological literacy, differences in digital culture across generations, and the necessity of maintaining ethical technology utilization in accordance with Sharia values. Effective strategies that can be implemented include developing a digital mindset, strengthening technological competencies through collaborative training, and adopting a participatory leadership style tailored to the needs of the team. In conclusion, the integration of prophetic values and advancements in information technology serves as a key factor for leaders at MA Al-Khoirot Putri in producing competent graduates without compromising their religious identity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategic approach in contemporary Islamic education management through the integration of Islamic values and modern management principles. The method used is library research with content analysis of relevant and up-to-date primary and secondary sources. The findings indicate that the strategic approach in Islamic education management encompasses four main dimensions: itqan-based planning, syura-based organizing, amanah-based implementation, and tawazun-based evaluation. The integration of Islamic values and modern management produces a governance model that is both effective and spiritually meaningful. This study concludes that Islamic educational institutions adopting an integrative strategic approach prove to be more adaptive and competitive in the contemporary era.

Abstract

Digital transformation has brought significant changes to various aspects of education, including the management of educational institutions. Educational management is required to adapt to technological advancements in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of educational administration. This study aims to examine the transformation of educational management in improving school quality in the digital era through a literature review method. The research data were obtained from various sources, including books, journal articles, and previous studies relevant to the topic. Data analysis was conducted through the collection, review, and synthesis of literature related to the transformation of educational management. The findings indicate that the transformation of educational management plays a crucial role in enhancing school quality through the utilization of digital technology in administration, data management, communication, and decision-making processes. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, such as limited technological infrastructure, insufficient digital competencies among educators, and resistance to change. Therefore, effective leadership support, the improvement of human resource competencies, and the provision of adequate infrastructure are essential to ensure the successful implementation of educational management transformation.
