As one of the components of the national education system, teachers as the spearhead in achieving success in achieving national education goals play a very important role in the implementation of AKM. However, at the operational level of the policy, teachers do not fully understand and have sufficient competence regarding the implementation of AKM. Several problems as identified results show that the economy teachers in the district and city of Kediri: 1) do not understand the concept of AKM, both AKM AN and AKM Class; 2) does not have adequate skills in developing AKM which includes: literacy and numeracy AKM, character survey, and learning environment survey; and 3) do not have sufficient skills in developing HOTS questions for economic lessons. In order to improve the ability of teachers in AKM, training is carried out with the aim of increasing the ability of teachers to: 1) development of AKM materials; 2) development of Class AKM materials; 3) development of character survey instruments; 4) development of learning environment survey instruments; and 5) compilation of HOTS questions. The AKM training methods include: various tutorials / lectures, assignments, discussions, and evaluations. The results of the training show that teachers must have increased competency in the following aspects: AKM knowledge, literacy, numeracy, preparation of article-based AKM questions, and preparation of HOTS questions in economic subjects.

Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Sekolah Pasar Modal (SPM) ini adalah meningkatnya kompetensi profesional guru ekonomi di Kediri. Peningkatan kompetensi professional tersebut akan berdampak kepada meningkatnya kemampuan guru ekonomi dalam: a) pengembangan materi ajar, b) pengembangan model pembelajaran, c) pengembangan media pembelajaran, d) penyusunan asesmen, dan e) memberikan pengalaman empiris terkait dengan mekanisme perdagangan (transaksi) di pasar modal. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini berupa: Test (pre-test dan post-test), edukasi pasar modal (tutorial), dan praktik perdagangan pasar modal. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini efektif karena dapat meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru ekonomi. Indikator kenaikan kompetensi profesional tersebut dibuktikan dengan capaian nilai peserta sebagai berikut: 1) Nilai rata-rata yang dicapai oleh peserta kegiatan PSM setelah mengikuti kegiatan meningkat menjadi 87,55 dibandingkan dengan sebelum mengikuti kegiatan yaitu sebesar 65,32. 2) Sebelum mengikuti kegiatan nilai terendah peserta adalah 45 dan setelah mengkuti kegiatan nilai terendah yang diperoleh peserta sebesar 75, dan 3) Nilai maksimal setelah mengikuti kegiatan mencapai angka 100, padahal sebelum dilaksanakan kegiatan nilai maksimum yang dicapai peserta sebesar 80.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of price, product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at the TNA Collection Prambon Nganjuk store. The samples in this study were consumers/buyers who bought products/goods, whether they made an order/purchase by coming directly to the store. The method used to take the sample was to simple random sampling method and the numbers of samples were calculated by the Slovin formula which obtained total sample of one hundred respondents. The use of quantitative methods used in this study was applied with a causality design technique. The analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research was an: 1) The price partially did not have an impact on customer satisfaction. 2) The quality of the product partially affects consumer satisfaction. 3) The quality of service partially had an influence on customer satisfaction. 4) price (X_1), product (X_2) quality and service quality (X_3) simultaneously affected consumer satisfaction as indicated by the results of the f test and the significant probability value was 0.000 <0.05 and the F counted (25,086)>F table (2,698) with the influence of price (X_1), product quality (X_2) and the quality of service (X_3) on customer satisfaction TNA Collection store by 43.9% and the rest was not studied in this study.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan (Borg, Walter R,. Gall, 1983) yang modifikasi dengan delapan tahapan/prosedur. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk berupa bahan ajar berbasis kasus untuk pembelajaran mata kuliah kajian makro ekonomi di program studi magister pendidikan ekonomi pascasarjana Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Tahap pertama prosedur penelitian berupa: review silabus/RPS, analisis pembelajaran, disain pembelajaran, dan pengembangan bahan ajar. Validasi bahan ajar dilakukan oleh dua ahli, dimana hasilnya digunakan untuk penyempurnaan bahan ajar sampai mendapatkan justifikasi dari validator (ahli) sehingga bahan ajar berbasis kasus layak diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah kajian makro ekonomi. Pada tahap kedua, dilakukan analisis atas efektivitas bahan ajar berbasis kasus yang diimplementasikan dalm pembelajaran mata kuliah kajian makro ekonomi di program studi magister pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Purpose: The purpose of this essay is to look into how Public Accounting Company (PAC) link important factors like Audit Tenure, Company Size, and Financial Distress with Audit Report Lag. We delve further to comprehend how PAC mediates this link and whether its impact is considerable in shortening the delay for filing audit reports. Method/approach: The population of this study consists of operating in the mining industry companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2022. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The samples were obtained by 19 manufacturing companies. There were 152 observations made over 8 years. The data analysis used was panel regression analysis which was moderated by using the random effect model approach. Findings: The analysis's findings indicate that Public Accounting Company (PAC) is significantly involved in mediating the association between financial distress and audit report lag, but that PAC is not significantly involved in mediating the relationship between business size and audit tenure and audit report lag. Implications: According to the findings, it is essential for a Public Accounting Company (PAC) to be involved in the audit process when a company is in financial trouble. In order to keep the audit report lag under control during financially difficult times, PACs appear to be quite important. This emphasises how crucial skilled auditors are in identifying and resolving any financial problems that can develop in struggling businesses. Originality/value: This publication presents originality in uncovering the innovative role of Public Accounting Company (PAC) as mediators that link the Audit Tenure, Company Size and Financial Distress variables with Audit Report Lag. This research explores how the complex interactions between these variables impact delays in audit report submission. The findings highlight that PAC is not only the implementing audit entity, but also plays an important role in controlling the timing of preparation and submission of audit reports. These findings provide new insights into the dynamics of auditing and management decisions in the context of corporate financial uncertainty

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of business strategies and social capital on the performance of small and medium-sized firms (SMEs) that operate in small industry clusters. An emphasis is placed on examining the function of innovation capability in mediating this interaction. Data was acquired by sending questionnaires to various clusters in East Java, Indonesia, utilizing multi-stage sampling. The study then found 98 SME owners who had completed all of the surveys. The Partial Least Square approach was then utilized to evaluate the hypotheses using SmartPLS. The findings show that business strategies have no direct impact on performance. The impact of business strategy on performance appears to be mediated by innovation capabilities. On the other hand, social capital, as measured by bridging and linking social capital, has a direct impact on firm performance. As a result, this study suggests that SMEs improve their performance through increasing cluster social capital and increasing innovation capability. We recommend further research to replicate this study on large industry clusters. It is expected that the interplay between business strategies and social capital to performance will explain different result for the development of industry clusters.

This quantitative research explores the intricate relationship between data volume, analytical complexity, and their combined impact on financial performance prediction across 25 Indonesian financial companies. This study utilizes multiple regression analysis and statistical techniques using IBM SPSS Statistics version 26 to uncover the dynamics at play. The findings show that data volume and analysis complexity have a significant and positive role in improving financial performance prediction. The symbiotic relationship between these factors underscores the importance of adopting a holistic approach to data management and analysis. The results of this study have profound implications for financial professionals, data scientists, and decision makers, as it provides a roadmap for utilizing Big Data technology for more accurate and informed decision making in the Indonesian financial sector.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji efektivitas e-modul ekonomi bermuatan kearifan lokal dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa serta membentuk Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada rendahnya hasil belajar ekonomi siswa dan minimnya pengintegrasian nilai-nilai karakter berbasis kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran. Kebaruan penelitian meliputi pendekatan pemecahan masalah berbasis kearifan lokal, penggabungan dimensi kognitif dan karakter, serta pelibatan aktif para pemangku kepentingan lokal. Penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan pendekatan mixed-method. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan e-modul sangat layak digunakan, sementara uji implementasi pada 50 siswa SMA menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada hasil belajar, dengan rata-rata skor post-test (79,6) lebih tinggi dibandingkan pre-test (47,6). Dampaknya, e-modul tidak hanya meningkatkan hasil belajar tetapi juga menumbuhkan sikap positif siswa terhadap pembelajaran ekonomi dan pemahaman nilai-nilai Pancasila, memperkuat relevansi pembelajaran dengan identitas budaya lokal.

This community service aims to provide adequate understanding and skills for Social Science (IPS) teachers in junior high schools (SMP) in the city of Kediri related to the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum (CMB) and the output of this activity is in the form of Differentiated Teaching Modules for IPS subjects in SMP. The community service method is in the form of a workshop including test activities (pre-test and post-test, CMB literacy tutorials and assignments (performance). The data analysis technique uses a paired sample test with the help of the SPSS V.23 application. The community service results show that 1) this service activity is effective because it has been able to improve the pedagogical competence of IPS teachers of SMP in the City of Kediri, 2) there are significant differences in the pedagogical competence of IPS teachers of SMP in the City of Kediri between before and after participating in the community service activities of CMB implementation workshops, and 3) resulted differentiated teaching modules of IPS subjects in SMP.
