This was followed by the establishment of agreements with community leaders to ensure local support and commitment to the initiative. Finally, a Family Planning Management Team at the urban village level was formally established through a decree issued by the Head of the Urban Village. Method: The program applied a gotong royong approach through regular community clean-up activities to improve environmental cleanliness and strengthen social solidarity in Habaring Hurung Urban Village. Results: Based on the activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the spirit of gotong royong in Habaring Hurung Urban Village remains very strong and effective in helping to alleviate the community’s burdens. Abstract

Background: Inclusive health development is a fundamental pillar for improving the quality of life of vulnerable groups, particularly older adults and mothers. However, the low utilization of preventive services in Pahandut District, Palangka Raya City, remains associated with limited health literacy and accessibility barriers. This Community Service (PKM) activity aimed to improve understanding of periodic health examinations, encourage older adults and mothers to participate in the Free Health Check-Up Program (CKG), and strengthen interinstitutional synergy in developing an inclusive health-service ecosystem.Contribution: This activity provided tangible community benefits by increasing awareness of the early detection of non-communicable diseases (NCDs), assisting the integration of medical-record data into the SatuSehat platform, and providing preventive-health data recommendations to local government for the formulation of regional health policies.Method: The PKM activity was conducted at Mushollah Abdullah, Pahandut, using a community-based approach comprising medical-record registration, basic physical and laboratory screening, healthy-lifestyle education, digital health-technology simulations, and impact evaluation through pre-test and post-test surveys involving 45 participants. Results: Participation was dominated by women (93.3%), individuals aged 40–60 years (88.9%), and participants with senior high school education or higher (80.0%). A relatively high educational level facilitated participants' comprehension of health education. Regarding digital-service utilization, 73.33% of participants had adopted the SatuSehat application, whereas 33.33% still relied on conventional JKN procedures. Conclusion: The community-based CKG program proved effective in increasing the participation of older adults and mothers and strengthening an inclusive health ecosystem. These achievements addressed the program objectives of bringing preventive services closer to the community and accelerating digital health literacy in Palangka Raya City
