Abstract

One of the problems at the university level is the unmapped data of students so that executives on campus have difficulty in recompiling the data on the distribution of the student's domicile. In order for the executive to get supporting data in determining decisions so that promotion of university introduction can be spread to various regions, an information system for disseminating student data based on their domicile is needed. This research has implemented a leaflet map with the Extreme Programming (XP) system development method to visualize the student domicile map in the executive information system. In the previous study, only a node or point in the visualization of the distribution of student data, the researcher used a leaflet map because it was more visualizing with a color graphic showing the amount of data distribution.

Abstract

Sesuai UU No. 6 Tahun 2014 tentang desa, proses penyelenggaraan pemerintah desa dituntut lebih optimal. Dalam hal ini, kinerja pelayanan dapat dipengaruhi oleh proses pencatatan data kehadiran aparat desa. Selama ini, pencatatan kehadiran dilakukan dengan bertanda tangan pada sebuah buku atau lembaran daftar hadir yang dilakukan saat jam masuk kerja. Dengan proses pencatatan secara manual ini, jam masuk dan pulang kerja tidak diketahui secara pasti. Selain itu, data kehadiran mudah direkayasa dengan cara menitipkan tanda tangan kepada orang lain. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka diusulkan untuk menerapkan sistem pencatatan kehadiran berbasis fingerprint. Hasil penerapan sistem kehadiran berbasis fingerprint mampu meningkatkan disiplin aparat desa dengan memberikan data otentik kehadiran yang lengkap.

Abstract

RFID (Radio Frequenscy Identification) merupakan sebuah teknologi compact wireless yang diunggulkan untuk mentranformasi dunia komersial. Telah banyak dikembangkan di dunia bisnis maupun keamanan dewasa ini sebagai suksesor dari barcode, RFID dapat melakukan control otomatis untuk banyak hal. Sistem-sistem RFID menawarkan peningkatan efisien dalam penggendalian inventory control dalam pengidentifikasian barang. Oleh karena itu terdapat manfaat yang besar untuk sebuah perpustakaan secara intensif mempercayakan pada sistem ini. Adopsi yang meluas dari RFID banyak memunculkan persoalan dalam peningkatan layanan khususnya layanan self-service dan mengurangi layanan contacless, jaminan keamanan buku di perpustakaan sehingga perpustakaan akan dapat mengoptimalkan sumber daya manusia di perpustakaan. Peneliti menerapkan teknologi RFID pada pengisian data kunjungan perpustakaan dengan menggabungkan teknologi RFID yang berfungsi sebagai penghubung antara RFID reader dengan pembacaan database berbasis arduino.

Abstract

The number of crimes committed by utilizing advances in information technology such as information leakage, embezzlement of money in banks, credit card fraud, pornography, terrorism, drug trafficking and many more are definitely related to the name digital data. File signatures or magic numbers are one of the forensic science techniques that assist in processing this digital data. The method used in this research is the National Institute Standards Technology method to analyze the authenticity of digital data and the method of proof to obtain valid evidence during the identification process of data or file content. This research is presented in the form of an analysis of the use of signature files in investigations to determine the type of file in the case of leaking company information xyz, the research stage uses evidence handling procedures in the laboratory. Contributions made after conducting a series of case investigations using signature files have been successfully carried out using the Access Data FTK Imager application version 4.2.0 and WinHex version 18.6. Signature files can be used for case investigations in identifying and verifying file types so that files that have been modified can be restored and can be read by the operating system by checking file types through hexadecimal values in the header file (file prefix) that show the characteristics of each type file so that the file type can be found and the file can be read by the operating system.

Abstract

Room safety is very important considering that the crime scene is very disturbing to the public, one of which is the usual theft case. This might be caused partly because of economic factors that cause people to sometimes take shortcuts to make ends meet by stealing. So the PIR sensor sensor tool was made to detect human movements making it easier for us to control security when leaving a room empty, the media used is Mobile, by utilizing SMS facilities. The purpose of this research is the implementation of the PIR sensor as a detector of human motion in a room based on sms. This tool consists of a sensor that is a pir sensor as a detector of human motion around, and the bazzer will sound every time there is a movement that is captured by a pir sensor, a GPRS Shield which has a sim card inside that works to send SMS. This type of research used is qualitative research with experimental methods, namely by conducting a cona test (trial and error) for mechanical and electronic design components of the hadware and trying to explain. From this research produced information provider using two KC7738 PIR-based SMS sensors can be applied by the public so that they can provide information when leaving a room empty.

Abstract

The Smart Home system consists of control, monitoring and automation devices that can be accessed from anywhere as long as there is an internet connection. In Smart Home, several devices or home appliances that can be accessed through android-based applications such as temperature monitoring, gas intensity, fire identification and automatic monitoring of door conditions. This research aims to design and create a smart home system based on the IoT concept. The research methodology uses an experimental methodology. The design of this system is made using an Android smartphone, Arduino microcontroller, Ethernet shield, relay module, fire sensor, temperature sensor (LM35), gas sensor (MQ6), and magnetic sensor. The results of this study are monitoring and control systems on smart homes by utilizing an already available Web service called Teleduino. This web service functions as an intermediary between an Android device and the Arduino microcontroller. The Arduino Microcontroller requires an additional device called the Ethernet Shield to connect Arduino to the Internet that is connected directly to the Teleduino web service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang perbandingan klasifikasi judul skripsi menggunakan algoritma naïve bayes classifier dan algoritma decision tree. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan dua algoritma dalam pengklasifikasian judul skripsi. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara studi pustaka dan literature sejenis. Hasil pengumpulan data akan di analisis dengan menggunakan algoritma naïve bayes classifier dan algoritma decision tree dengan tools rapidminer. Hasil penenlitian ini menemukan perbandingan yang cukup signifikan dengan hasil akurasi 80,33% untuk algoritma naïve bayes classifier dan 60,33% untuk algoritma decision tree dari 52 data judul skripsi yang digunakan.

Abstract

Increasing the security of web applications on the integrated campus management information system needs to be done because the application is accessed by public networks so that there are many attacks and attempts to prevent threats from attackers. This study applies a Web Application Firewall (WAF)-based application security using ModeSecurity and Core Rules Set from Owasp which aims to improve the security system of the web application by using a firewall. This study uses an experimental method by implementing a Web Application Firewall (WAF) as a web-based protection system, then the process of analysis and testing to obtain accurate advice on firewall implementation. The results of this study indicate that the firewall used with Web Application Firewall (WAF)-based ModeSecurity has succeeded in stopping attacks from attackers using Cross Site Scripting (XSS) and SQL Injection methods.

Abstract

Perjuangan University is developing an information system in its campus, but the system is partially built. This has resulted in its own problems, there is no connectivity between systems and the difficulty of developing data integration. So that in the business process that occurs many experience difficulties in data synchronization and the amount of duplicate data that must be entered. One solution to overcome this problem is to utilize web service technology. The web service architecture used is REST. REST as a bridge that is able to integrate data in a stateless format. The results of the application of the web service as a backend system are able to integrate the existing academic information systems and library information systems without changing existing structures, programs or architecture. Format data exchange between systems using the JSON format. In addition, officers do not need to input and verify data several times, when the data in the library information system changes automatically in the academic information system the changes are immediately read.

Abstract

Changes in business processes, lifestyles and ways of working that are more effective and efficient are caused by the rapid development of technology in various fields of human life, especially education. The current service partner is the Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School in Tasikmalaya Regency which has problems in optimizing educational activities in the pesantren environment. The use of features in Google Apps For Education (GAFE) is not optimal in educational activities, both in the teaching process between teachers and students, subject assignments, or other educational administration activities, so it is necessary to use these features more optimally. In addition, it is a new thing for teachers and students in optimizing the use of Google Apps for Education (GAFE), which makes it difficult and requires assistance to be used. This service provides alternative solutions for partners, namely the implementation and training of Google Apps for Education (GAFE) technology for teachers and students in an effort to improve skills and culture of responsiveness to the maximum use of technological developments so that it has an impact on the ease and smoothness of the online learning process.
