Abstract

Since the issuance of Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, the process of organizing village government is demanded to be more optimal. The performance of village officials must continue to be improved, in order to provide better services to the community. The work activities of village officials are influenced by the level of attendance and discipline of work schedules and hours. The process of recording data on the presence of village officials needs to be managed properly, because it affects the performance of services to the community. Conventional attendance data recording, is done by affixing a signature to a book or attendance form that is done at work time. Weaknesses of this process, including not knowing exactly the hours of work and hours of return and attendance data is easily manipulated by entrusting signatures to others. Based on these problems, it is proposed to implement a fingerprint-based attendance recording system. The process of recording and preparing attendance reports is supported by software that has been designed to handle attendance data processing, and attendance data reports can be printed directly so that it can produce more accurate information and data. The results of the implementation of a fingerprint-based attendance system were able to improve the discipline of village officials by providing authentic data on complete attendance.

Abstract

Google Scholar is a web-based service for searching a broad academic literature. Various types of references can be accessed such as: peer-reviewed papers, theses, books, abstracts and articles from academic publishers, professional communities, pre-printed data centers, universities and other academic organizations. Google Scholar provides the profile creation feature of every researcher, expert and lecturer. Quantity of publication from an academic institution along with detailed data on the publication of scientific articles can be accessed through Google Scholar. A recap of the publication of scientific articles of each researcher in an institution or organization is needed to determine the research performance collectively. But the problems that occur, the unavailability of recap services for publishing scientific articles for each researcher in an institution or organization. So that the scientific article publication data can be utilized by academic institutions or organizations, this research will take data from Google Scholar to make a recap of scientific article publication data by applying web scraping technology. Implementation of web scraping can help to take the available resources on the web and the results can be utilized by other applications. By doing web scraping on Google Scholar, collective scientific article publication data can be obtained. So that the process of making scientific publications data recap can be done quickly. Experiments in this study have succeeded in taking 236 researchers data from Google Scholar, with 9 attributes, and 2,420 articles.

Abstract

Perkembangan jumlah pengguna aplikasi Instant Messenger (IM) yang sangat pesat menyebabkan naiknya potensi tindakan kriminal dilakukan melalui aplikasi IM. Fitur keamanan data aplikasi IM yang ditujukan untuk melindungi privasi penggunanya, digunakan oleh pelaku kriminal untuk menyembunyikan bukti digital dari aktivitas kriminalnya. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai analisa dan perbandingan bukti digital dari aplikasi IM pada Android yang telah diunduh sebanyak 500 juta orang di Play Store, yaitu WhatsApp, Telegram, Line, dan IMO. Proses analisa dilakukan pada bukti digital dari penggunaan fitur yang ada di aplikasi IM, sehingga proses pengumpulan data dibantu dengan simulasi dari beberapa skenario yang berpotensi terjadi dalam tindakan kriminal. Teknik akuisisi data dilakukan dengan metode physical imaging untuk mendapatkan akses penuh pada memori smartphone. Hasil analisa disimpulkan dalam bentuk tabel perbandingan yang dapat dirujuk oleh investigator forensik ketika melakukan investigasi aplikasi IM yang diteliti. Hasil analisa menyatakan bahwa bukti digital dari aktivitas tukar menukar pesan, berkas media, dan kontak ditemukan. Hasil analisa juga memberikan penjelasan mengenai kemungkinan untuk menganbil bukti digital yang dihapus dan bagaimana cara memulihkannya dengan teknik data carving.

Abstract

Rukun Tetangga (RT) is a community organization formed through deliberation and consensus of the local community to maintain harmony in life. Managing population administration at the RT level is one of the responsibilities of the RT Head. Population administration needs to be managed well, because population data is a basic statistical source in making various policies. In order to create administrative order in managing population data, in this service activity, socialization and training on the use of the SMART application (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Administrasi Rukun Tetangga) is carried out. Residents of RT 04 RW 07 Arjasari Village, Leuwisari District, Tasikmalaya Regency are partners in this service activity. There are several stages carried out in this service activity, including: stage 1 initial preparation, stage 2 main program, stage 3 closing the activity. Socialization and training on using the SMART application was carried out at partner locations on Friday 15 September. This application is expected to facilitate and make it easier for RT Heads and residents to complete population data and support orderly administration.

Abstract

Dalam suatu organisasi, validasi dokumen berupa tanda tangan, merupakan salah aktifitas yang umum dilakukan. Proses pembubuhan tanda tangan dokumen secara konvensional memerlukan waktu dan tidak dapat dilakukan jika orang yang menandatangan dokumen tidak ada di tempat. Agar proses penandatanganan dokumen dapat dilakukan dengan mudah, dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan workshop dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital signature berbasis blockchain yang diimplementaasikan pada aplikasi SignMu. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan diantaranya: persiapan awal, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan pelaporan. Pada tahap persiapan  awal, dilakukan identifikasi msalah terkait proses penandatangan dokumen yang dilakukan di lokasi mitra. Sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi merupakan aktifias utama yang dilakukan pada  tahap pelaksanaan. Pada tahap akhir dilakukan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan dan penyusunan laporan hasil kegiatan. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan pada hari Jum’at, 28 Juni 2024, pukul 13:30, bertempat di Kantor Pimpinan Daerah Muhammdiyag (PDM) Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, yang beralamat di Jalan Kalawagar, Singasari, Kecamatan Singaparna, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya Jawa Barat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diikuti oleh 13 peserta terdri dari: pengurus PDM Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dan tim pelaksana pengabdian dari Universitas Siliwangi. Hasil evaluasi terhadap kegiatan pengabdian ini, berdasarkan jawaban kuisioner oleh responden yang berasal dari mitra, rata-rata kategori “Sangat Setuju”=54.55%, “Setuju”=40.00%, “Netral”=5.45%, “Tidak Setuju”=0%, “Sangat Tidak Setuju”=0%

Abstract

Ancaman siber terus meningkat seiring kemajuan teknologi informasi, dengan malware sebagai salah satu bentuk ancaman utama yang mengeksploitasi celah keamanan. Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) seperti WAZUH menjadi solusi efektif untuk mendeteksi dan merespons ancaman siber. Namun, performa deteksi malware oleh WAZUH standalone masih terbatas, dengan akurasi rendah (19,70%) dan recall rendah (16,26%). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan deteksi malware melalui integrasi WAZUH dengan Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) menggunakan Malware Information Sharing Platform (MISP) dan DFIR-IRIS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi MISP meningkatkan presisi deteksi ancaman (96,3%), meskipun recall (62,9%) dan akurasi (63,1%) masih menunjukkan adanya ancaman yang terlewat. Penambahan DFIR-IRIS memungkinkan respons insiden secara real-time, meningkatkan efisiensi mitigasi. Kombinasi MISP dan DFIR-IRIS memperkuat kemampuan deteksi dan respons SIEM secara signifikan, memberikan solusi yang lebih efektif dan menyeluruh dalam menghadapi ancaman siber.

Abstract

The implementation of environmentally friendly campus concepts has become increasingly crucial in addressing global environmental challenges. Eco-Maps is an application designed to visualize and manage sustainability efforts on campus, including energy management, waste management, and sustainable transportation initiatives. To enhance efficiency and flexibility, this study discusses the application of a microservice architecture in Eco-Maps. This architecture supports faster and more efficient development, testing, and deployment, while enabling horizontal scalability to manage high complexity and large data volumes. By separating application functions into independent services, microservices facilitate maintenance and updates while minimizing the impact of failures in individual services. This study also reviews the integration of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, to support microservice implementation. Through these technologies, the application can be deployed quickly and consistently across various environments, from development to production. System testing was conducted using load testing and stress testing methods, as shown in Tables 3 and 4. The results demonstrate that the average response time across ten iterations was 745.9 ms, with an average CPU usage of 44.38%. These findings confirm that processing load directly affects CPU efficiency and overall system performance.

Abstract

The process of recording employee attendance data needs to be managed well to support the smooth running of human resource management activities in an institution or company. Fingerprint-based attendance recording systems are widely implemented in various companies because they are not easy to manipulate. However, attendance monitoring can usually only be done after the attendance data stored on the machine is downloaded to the server to be processed to produce information. This process takes time and cannot be done in real-time. The solution to overcome this problem is that in this service activity, socialization and implementation of real-time attendance monitoring technology is carried out to support increased employee discipline. The process of recording attendance is carried out using the fingerspotIO tool. Attendance recording data stored on the machine is transmitted to the server automatically for processing and the results are displayed on a PC or smartphone in real-time and can be accessed online. UMKM Gehel Snack is a business unit with superior products in the form of snacks which was chosen as a partner in this service activity. The real-time attendance monitoring system has been socialized at service partner locations, taking employee fingerprint patterns, installing the fingerspotIO application on desktop PCs, configuring working hours, and setting the start date for the system to be implemented. Real-time attendance monitoring can be carried out by administrators or company leaders via PC, laptop or smartphone as long as it is connected to the internet. ABSTRAK: Proses pencatatan data kehadiran karyawan perlu dikelola dengan baik guna menunjang kelancaran aktivitas pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di suatu institusi atau perusahaan. Sistem pencatatan kehadiran berbasis sidik jari banyak diterapkan di berbagai perusahaan karena tidak mudah dimanulasi. Namun monitoring kehadiran biasanya hanya dapat dilakukan setelah data kehadiran yang tersimpan di mesin, diunduh terlebih ke server untuk diolah sehingga dihasilkan infomasi. Proses ini membutuhkan waktu dan belum dapat dilakukan secara real-time. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan sosialisasi dan penerapan teknologi monitoring kehadiran secara real-time untuk mendukung peningkatan disiplin karyawan. Proses pencatatan kehadiran dilakukan dengan menggunaan alat bantu fingerspotIO. Data hasil pencatatan kehadiran yang tersimpan di mesin ditransmisikan ke server secara otomatis untuk diolah dan hasilnya ditampilkan di PC atau smartphone secara real-time dan dapat diakses secara online. UMKM Gehel Snack merupakan unit usaha dengan produk unggulan berupa makanan ringan yang dipilih sebagai mitra pada kegiatan pengabdian ini. Sistem monitoring kehadiran secara real-time telah disosialisasikan di lokasi mitra pengabdian, pengambilan pola sidik jari karyawan, instalasi aplikasi fingerspotIO di PC desktop, konfigurasi pengaturan jam kerja, dan pengaturan tanggal mulai peberlakuan sistem telah dilakukan. Monitoring kehadiran secara real-time dapat dilakukan oleh administrator atau pimpinan perusahaan melalui PC, Laptop atau smartphone selama terhubung ke internet.
