Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran hukum masyarakat Desa Cihonje, Kecamatan Gumelar, Kabupaten Banyumas melalui edukasi hukum dasar dalam bidang hukum pidana. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan 30 peserta pada tanggal 5 Februari 2026. Pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta aktif, dengan beberapa peserta mengajukan pertanyaan terkait prosedur hukum, khususnya pelaporan di kepolisian. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan keberanian dalam menyampaikan permasalahan hukum serta pemahaman terhadap prosedur hukum dasar. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran hukum masyarakat.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the productivity of gourami fish cultivation at POKDAKAN Mina Perkasa through the implementation of an integrated aquaculture system, strengthen consumer trust through the establishment of business legality for processed products, and expand market reach through the utilization of the POKDAKAN website. The program was implemented using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach oriented toward community empowerment and involved 17 members of the POKDAKAN. Program evaluation was conducted using a trend and change analysis and analyzed descriptively. The results indicate that POKDAKAN Mina Perkasa has successfully developed an official website and obtained business legality, thereby increasing consumer confidence in its processed products. This program generated direct and tangible impacts, including the adoption of technological innovations in the form of product legality and a group website, improved knowledge and skills in product marketing, and enhanced independence and sustainability of aquaculture-based enterprises.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze business development strategies through the diversification of crispy bitter melon products at Reginda Jamur Crispy Home Industry. This study was motivated by increasing competition in the snack business and changes in consumer preferences towards innovative food products made from local ingredients. The research method used was a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) with a case study method. Primary data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews with business owners, and questionnaires distributed to employees. Data analysis was performed using SWOT analysis to identify internal and external factors, followed by Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) to determine priority strategies. The results showed that Reginda Jamur Crispy Home Industry was in Quadrant I (aggressive strategy) with coordinates (0.69; 0.34). The priority strategy was to utilize the unique taste of pare crispy as a competitive advantage with the highest STAS value of 15.08. This strategy was considered capable of increasing business competitiveness and supporting business sustainability.

Abstract

Indonesia faces major challenges in the agricultural sector, such as dependence on inefficient traditional methods and vulnerability to climate change. Kembaran Wetan Village, Purbalingga Regency, as an area with high population density and a large proportion of the community dependent on agriculture, has been affected by drought and has limited land and knowledge of modern agricultural technology. Therefore, this community service activity aims to empower the community through the introduction and training of a simple hydroponic system as a solution for agriculture in limited land areas, as well as a driver of the village economy. The methods used are participatory, including coordination with village officials, identification of needs, theoretical and practical training in wick-system hydroponic cultivation, establishment of demonstration plots, and mentoring and evaluation. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge, as evidenced by an increase in the average evaluation score from 33.75 to 80.75. Participants, consisting of housewives and young people, were able to independently assemble hydroponic systems, sow pakcoy seeds, and care for plants. In addition, a demonstration plot was built to serve as a medium for continuous education. This activity successfully fostered motivation and changed the community's attitude towards the use of appropriate technology. In conclusion, hydroponic training has proven effective as a first step toward empowering the community to improve food security and expand economic opportunities. For sustainability, further assistance, institutional strengthening of the group, and integration of the program into village policies are needed to ensure optimal, independent economic impact.
