Additionally, Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) version 4 is the analytical technique employed. The research results show that there is a significant positive influence between system quality and the success of using e-procurement. Moreover, system and information quality had a positive and significant effect on the ease of use. Information quality did not affect the successful use of e-procurement, while system quality had a positive and significant effect through the ease-of-use mediation variable. Information quality also had a positive and significant effect on the successful use of the e-procurement system through the ease-of-use mediation variable.

In the information age like today, we are presented with a lot of news, both from within the country and abroad. Now, in the information age, we get news not only from the media but also through the internet. In producing news broadcasts, it is necessary to first understand what news value is. Because the viewers should not be treated to news that is not at all useful as information. This is necessary to find out what information they need. The bottom line: we must first examine and examine what events or incidents should be made as news. Indonesia is a maritime country, which means it has many islands. This causes Indonesia to be rich in natural resources. One of the interesting destinations to be covered as news material is Sawarna. From the results of the training, participants need ongoing training to create positive news content by promoting interesting tourism in Sawarna on social media through citizen journalism, but many participants are satisfied with what the presenters are presenting and get a basic overview of the practice process of producing news content in Sawarna on social media. through citizen journalism. In addition to doing role playing, the presenters provide games or games by asking questions about the material that has been presented. The implementation of this service aims to determine the impact of promotional strategies in increasing tourist visits and to find out the most effective promotional strategies in increasing tourist visits to tourism. This research uses two methods, namely the Troubleshooting Framework method and the Activity Method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, direct observation of documentation, and workshop activities, which were attended by 18 participants. The results of this research show that 1. Overall, the participants stated that this workshop was interesting; many new things were obtained and learned during the activity. The training material is very useful in "guiding" participants to better understand Citizen Journalism, which is currently developing rapidly. 2. With the many beaches in the Sawarna area, Banten, it allows participants to choose an ideal and attractive location according to where they live.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose – This study develops and validates a multi-criteria decision-making framework based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to support objective and transparent selection of office facility vendors. The framework aims to enhance procurement accountability and align vendor choice with organizational competency and compliance requirements. Methodology/approach – A quantitative, descriptive-analytic approach was applied using a case study at PT. XYZ. Expert judgments were elicited from procurement and facility management professionals to construct pairwise comparison matrices across predefined criteria (experience, certification, business licensing, and professional association membership). Individual judgments were aggregated using the geometric mean method, criterion weights were derived from the principal eigenvector, and consistency of judgments was assessed via Saaty’s consistency ratio. Sensitivity checks were performed to evaluate ranking robustness. Findings – It Results show that vendor experience carries the greatest relative weight, followed by certification, business licensing, and association membership. All pairwise comparison matrices satisfied the consistency threshold (CR < 0.10). The AHP framework produced a clear, reproducible vendor ranking and reduced reliance on ad-hoc or subjective decision criteria. Novelty/value – The paper contributes a validated, practical AHP model tailored for office facility procurement, addressing a documented gap in structured vendor assessment within the Indonesian corporate context. The framework is readily adaptable for organizations operating under high compliance and safety demands.

The study was conducted in the production division of PT. GMK, which produces compound chocolate. The results showed that the productivity of was affected by the partial productivity of raw materials and labor and the electric power’s effectiveness. Other factors were the minimization of overtime working hours, labor costs, downtime, as well as defective and semi-finished products. Moreover, this study determined the standard performance in the second semester of 2021. It also conducted a causal analysis using a fishbone diagram to find the cause of employees’ low productivity. The analysis showed that the average productivity index increased between January and August 2022.

The method used uses a qualitative approach through participatory discussions during the implementation of PkM, pre-survey - participatory observation, and interviews with key informants and main informants and supporting informants. The analysis used in this article is qualitative data analysis, namely measuring knowledge of innovation and providing suggestions/input for improvements so that it can be followed up by MSME players. The output of this Community Service is to increase the community's understanding and skills in understanding the creativity and innovation of the products they produce because so far most of them do not have an understanding of innovation management in entrepreneurship. The results of the PkM are that UKM guidance, namely output officials, will follow up on these outcomes and be accompanied by UMB lecturers.
