Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the use of e-learning system Master of Management Program. Population in this research is student of system e-learning system of Management Master Degree Program of 2014. The method in this research is quantitative research, done by using statistical procedure to draw conclusion or hypothesis testing. Analytical methods used GSCA (Generalized Structured Component Analysis). Stages of activities undertaken are: (1) designing structural models; (2) designing the measurement model; (3) construct path diagrams; (4) the conversion of path diagrams to the system of equations; (5) estimates; (6) evaluation of goodness of FIT; And (7) hypothesis testing. The result of the research shows that the quality of the system influences and signifies the usage, (2) the quality of the information influences and significant to the usage, and (3) the quality of service influences and significant to the usage.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of organizational culture (adaptability and mission) on the academic staff performance in Universitas Widyatama (UTama). The research population was 188 employees. We determined respondents using the Slovin formula. We obtained 66 respondents. The research was quantitative, employing multiple linear regression analysis and the SPSS program to analyze the data. The research result showed that adaptability and mission simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on UTama education staff performance. Future research needs to study other aspects of organizational cultures, such as engagement and consistency and may use engagement and consistency in correlation to performance variables. Future research may also use all aspects of organizational culture (engagement, consistency, adaptability, and mission) to study employee performance.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of engagement and consistency on employee performance. The research involved the education staff in Universitas Widyatama (UTama). This quantitative research employed multiple linear regression analysis and the SPSS program. Results showed that consistency had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, engagement and consistency simultaneously had a significant and positive influence on employee performance. Further research may use adaptability and mission as variables related to performance.

Abstract

Abstract. The study aims at analyzing and explain the influence of system quality,information quality, service quality to user satisfaction e-learning system in the Masterof Management UMB. Total population of this study were 451 students with a totalsample of 82. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling. Theanalytical method used GSCA (Generalized Structured Component Analysis). Theresults showed that the system quality, information quality, and service qualitysignificantly influence user satisfaction e-learning system. The better the perception ofthe quality system, the quality of information, and the quality of service it will furtherincrease user satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of compensation, careerdevelopment and communication on employee performance. This research usesquantitative method. The research population is all employees of PT. Metra Palma Fire(Medco Agro) Jakarta headquarter of 129 people. Sampling technique with AccidentalSampling, and the number of samples determined by Slovin formula, found 57respondents who were sampled. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. Theresults showed that the compensation does not significantly affect employeeperformance, career development has no significant effect on employee performance,and communication has a significant effect on employee performance. While the testresults simultaneously indicate that compensation, career development, andcommunication have a significant effect on employee performance in PT. Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to determine the effect of computer self-efficacy (CSE) on the qualitysystem, the quality of information, quality of service, usage, satisfaction and impact of individualusers by using a model of success Delone and McLean information systems. The studyconducted on students of system users of e-learning in higher education. The population used inthis study amounted to 144 686 students with a total sample of 178. The sampling method usingproportional random sampling. The analysis tool used is the Generalized Structured ComponentAnalysis (GSCA). The results showed that CSE significant effect on the quality system, thequality of information, quality of service, usage and impact of the individual. Quality systemshave a significant effect on the quality of information, usage, and user satisfaction. The qualityof information significantly influence the use and user satisfaction. Service quality significantlyinfluence the use and user satisfaction. User satisfaction significantly influence the individualimpact. The results also show that the better CSE students will further improve system quality,information quality, service quality, use, and impact of the individual. The better the students'perceptions of the quality system, the quality of information, and the quality of service willincrease the usage and user satisfaction. The better use will have an impact on user satisfaction,so that will have an impact on individual performance.Keywords: Computer Self-Efficacy (CSE), Quality Systems, Information Quality, ServiceQuality, Use, User Satisfaction and Individual Impact.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of compensation and communication on performance at PT. Api Metra Palma (Medco Agro). The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 57 respondents with accidental sampling technique. The analytical tool uses SPSS (Statistical Product for Service Solution). The results of the research conducted through a partial test showed that compensation had a positive but not significant effect and communication had a positive and significant effect. While the results through the simultaneous test show that compensation and communication have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Melestarikan dan melestarikan budaya Jawa adalah tugas seluruh masyarakat Jawa sendiri maupun masyarakat yang tinggal di Jawa serta masyarakat dan semua pihak yang peduli terhadap budaya Jawa. Di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) budaya yang dimiliki sangat kental dan masih terjaga dan dilestarikan dengan baik oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah setempat. Di DIY terdapat beberapa tradisi yang mencerminkan pelestarian budaya Jawa, salah satunya adalah tradisi Kamis Pahing. Sesuai dengan peraturan Pemerintah Daerah DIY, setiap siswa sekolah, perangkat Desa dan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dari Tingkat Kapanewon hingga Pemerintah Kabupaten mengenakan pakaian adat Gagrag Ngayogyakarta. Blangkon dipakai sebagai penutup kepala dan dipasangkan dengan pakaian adat. Untuk Yogyakarta, blangkon memiliki ciri khas mondholan di bagian belakang. Desa Beji di Sleman dikenal sebagai sentra pembuatan blangkon khas Yogyakarta. Banyak orang yang memesan untuk membuat blangkon di tempat ini mulai dari kalangan keraton, artis, politisi hingga konsumen dari luar negeri. Salah seorang perajin blangkon, Ibu Ari Link, yang memulai usaha blangkon pada tahun 1980, mengaku keahliannya dalam membuat blangkon diturunkan secara turun-temurun dari keluarganya. Di desanya dalam satu RT terdapat 20 pengrajin blangkon yang tergabung dalam paguyuban. Diakuinya pesanan blangkon cukup banyak dan terkadang kewalahan karena keterbatasan tenaga.serta kurangnya informasi dan pengetahuan strategi Kemitraan dan strategi pemasaran, Saat seorang pengusaha khususnya para UMKM ingin memasarkan produknya di pasar ekspor atau pasar global, mereka harus mengetahui cara agar produk memasuki pasar ekspor.

Abstract

Aims - This study aims to determine the effect of State Defense training and motivation on Employee Performance in State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) Headquarters Personnel Staff. Design/methodology/approach - The study population were employees at SPERS TNI, where 71 samples were determined through the Slovin formula, by using a proportional random sampling technique. A total of 71 distributed questionnaires were also returned appropriately, accompanied by data processing and analysis performances. In addition, descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis methods were used with SPSS 22 software. Result – The results showed that training and motivation positively and significantly affected performance. For simultaneous measurements, both variables also influenced performance positively and significantly. Originality/Value – Based on the results, the role of developing TNI personnel was one of the functions of the Organizational Staff. This emphasized the development of both TNI and ASN personnel capabilities, through increased education, training, and motivation. Therefore, performance is unachievable without elevated competence and motivation.
