Abstract

The research aims to develop Android-based augmented reality (AR) media that can increase learning independence, describe the media's suitability, describe the media's practicality, and describe the effectiveness of Android-based Augmented Reality (AR) media in increasing learning independence. The scope of this research is all classes. The type of research is Research and Development approach with the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data collection used lifting, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is by using quantitative descriptive techniques using a Likert scale to describe trends. The research results show that at the analysis stage, learning media that is interesting, interactive, inspiring, fun, challenging, and encouraging independent learning is needed. At the design stage, Android-based AR media was created. In the development stage, media expert assessment is given very feasible criteria. Criteria subject matter expert is very worthy. Practicality tests by teachers as media users show efficient criteria. Limited scale trials obtained significant differences between the control class (quite independent) and the experimental class (independent) with student responses, strongly agreeing. In the implementation stage, significant differences were obtained between the control class (independent) and the experimental class (very independent) with student responses, strongly agreeing. The evaluation stage ensures that the media is suitable and effective for use. The conclusion is that the developed Android-based augmented reality (AR) media can increase learning independence, is suitable for use, practical in use, and effective in increasing the learning independence of class XI vocational school students in Rejang Lebong district.

Abstract

Most lecturers have difficulty adapting to technological advances, including in implementing the TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) framework. Therefore, one solution is to hold training packaged in a program called the PEKERTI Program (Basic Instructional Engineering Skills Improvement). The 2024 Batch 3 PEKERTI program at Bengkulu University was implemented with the aim of training lecturers in carrying out TPACK-based learning management. This activity, which was held in January 2024, was attended by 39 lecturers. A closed questionnaire with 4 answer choices was used as a research tool. Descriptive statistical analysis is the data analysis method used. PEKERTI participants' answers to the implementation of the training were analyzed using data collected in the form of percentages which were the results of calculations using a modified Likert Scale. The research results show that 100% of respondents are in the Strongly Agree category based on the guidelines in table 4 of the Likert scale interpretation. Meanwhile, for the agree, disagree and strongly disagree categories, there were 0 respondents. So, it can be concluded that the TPACK-based learning management training for Pekerti Batch 3 in 2024 at Bengkulu University received a positive response from participants.

Abstract

The existence of a community among MSMEs/creative economy actors is an important thing that needs to be considered in innovation, to meet consumer needs. This Community Service aims to strengthen the capacity of MSMEs in understanding innovation management in entrepreneurship. The scope of PkM is intermediation with MSMEs/creative economy actors for the products/services produced to be accepted by users, understanding, knowledge of creativity and innovation management are needed. The method used uses a qualitative approach through participatory discussions during the implementation of PkM, pre-survey - participatory observation, and interviews with key informants and main informants and supporting informants. The analysis used in this article is qualitative data analysis, namely measuring knowledge of innovation and providing suggestions/input for improvements so that it can be followed up by MSME players. The output of this Community Service is to increase the community's understanding and skills in understanding the creativity and innovation of the products they produce because so far most of them do not have an understanding of innovation management in entrepreneurship. The results of the PkM are that UKM guidance, namely output officials, will follow up on these outcomes and be accompanied by UMB lecturers. The conclusion is that MSME actors in Meruya Selatan Subdistrict do not yet understand the importance of creativity and innovation, including market changes (user) needs, technological developments and innovations that can be used in the business value chain (entrepreneurship) as well as the use of digital in entrepreneurship, especially digital transformation for marketing channels.
