Abstract

This study examines the technological innovation of Trans Jogja as a public transportation system that adapts to the dynamics of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The problem addressed in this research is the limited understanding of how digital transformation—such as electronic ticketing, GPS-based fleet monitoring, real-time information services, and smart mobility integration—contributes to improving the efficiency, accessibility, and sustainability of urban transportation. Using a qualitative descriptive method supported by document analysis, observations, and interviews, this study analyzes the operational system and technological features implemented in Trans Jogja. The findings show that technological innovation has enhanced service reliability, reduced transaction barriers, strengthened passenger data management, and supported environmentally sustainable mobility. However, challenges remain, including uneven digital literacy, infrastructure limitations, and inconsistent real-time accuracy. The study concludes that Trans Jogja represents a strategic model of technology-based public transportation capable of supporting smart city development and promoting sustainable urban mobility in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study systematically identifies and analyzes the philosophical values embedded within the Merti Rogo Tradition in Umbul Cokro, Klaten, by examining its ontological, epistemological, and axiological dimensions. Utilizing a comprehensive literature review methodology, this research synthesizes existing scholarly works to explore the tradition's profound potential as a contextual learning resource for Social Sciences (IPS). The primary aim is to understand how these identified values can be effectively internalized to cultivate positive character traits and mitigate bullying behaviors among students. Findings consistently indicate that the Merti Rogo Tradition embodies a holistic worldview, unique knowledge transmission methods, and fundamental ethical values such as togetherness, tolerance, and mutual respect. These insights are highly relevant for enriching IPS curriculum, strengthening students' cultural identity, and fostering an inclusive and supportive school environment. The study concludes that leveraging the philosophical depth of the Merti Rogo Tradition offers a meaningful cultural approach, providing a valuable framework for comprehensive character development and effective bullying prevention within educational settings.
