This study aims to offer a model of the organization of the secretariat of the council (setwan) at the provincial and district / city level capable of supporting the duties and functions of the DPRD in carrying out its duties. The organizational model is the result of a review of the existing organizational model combined with various literature reviews and adjustments to the facts that occur in the field. This study uses a qualitative method by collecting data from key informants and ordinary informants who were selected purposively and using interview, observation and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis with 2 (two) stages, triangulation, comparison of norms in force before explaining the results and findings. The results showed that the current organizational model has not been able to support the DPRD's main task in producing legal products in the form of regional regulations which are the initiative of the DPRD itself. The model offered from the research results will be able to improve the duties and functions of the DPRD in the future.

Penataan Desa dapat dilakukan dengan pembentukan Desa yang merupakan tindakanmengadakan Desa baru di luar Desa yang ada. Pembentukan Desa mempersyaratkansejumlah kriteria yang harus dipenuhi, dan mekanisme yang melibatkan banyak pihak mulaidari masyarakat Desa sendiri, Pemerintah Desa, Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Kota,Provinsi dan Pemerintah Pusat. Tujuan penataan Desa diantaranya adalah untukmewujudkan efektivitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan Desa, dan Mempercepatpeningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Hasil kajian potensi Desa yang ada diKabupaten Indramayu, terdapat 69 Desa yang ada pada 27 kecamatan dari 31 kecamatanyang ada, layak untuk dimekarkan. Perlu tindak lanjut untuk rencana pembentukan desabaru menurut skala prioritas Daerah.

Food is everything that comes from biological sources and water, whether processed or unprocessed for human consumption in the form of food and drink. Food availability is very important. Especially the availability of rice as the community's staple food. The Tomohon City Government has a role in maintaining the availability of rice as a staple food for the community through the Regional Food Service. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The results of this research reveal the role of the government as a regulator in forming regulations which become a permanent legal basis for maintaining the availability of rice, the role of the dynamist is to encourage community participation to actively participate in maintaining the availability of rice through several programs such as cheap food programs, food villages and increasing the capacity of farmers and the role of facilitator. The government facilitates the farming community, such as providing modern facilities and infrastructure such as tractors and rice shedding machines and fertilizer to farmers, apart from that, the role of agricultural extension workers is to provide direct intervention to farmers to improve the quality and production of rice. The high poverty rate in Rote Ndao Regency highlights the need for poverty alleviation efforts that involve multiple stakeholders, as poverty is not only associated with economic factors but is also influenced by education, health, employment opportunities, and limited community resources. This study aims to analyze the implementation of collaborative governance in poverty alleviation in Rote Ndao Regency and to formulate an effective collaboration model to support poverty reduction efforts. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Research informants were selected using purposive sampling techniques and included representatives from local government, the private sector, communities, academics, the media, and the diaspora. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that collaborative governance in poverty alleviation in Rote Ndao Regency has involved various actors; however, its implementation has not yet been optimal. This is reflected in the absence of a structured collaboration forum, weak cross-sectoral coordination, limited resources, and insufficient integration of stakeholder roles. Furthermore, the processes of dialogue, trust-building, shared commitment, and mutual understanding among actors still require strengthening. This study also proposes a collaborative governance model that emphasizes strengthening institutional design, facilitative leadership, and the integrated involvement of multiple stakeholders. Through a more comprehensive and coordinated collaboration model, poverty alleviation programs in Rote Ndao Regency are expected to be implemented more effectively, participatively, and sustainably.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Regent of Garut's political communication in enhancing public trust in the digital era. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed systematically through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The theoretical framework used is political communication theory, encompassing three main dimensions: political communicators, political messages, and political audiences. The findings indicate that the political communication of the Regent of Garut has utilized social media and direct communication to build closer relationships with the community. Communicator credibility, message clarity, and issue relevance are key factors in shaping public perception. However, a gap was found between the image constructed in digital media and the reality experienced by some members of the public, which has unevenly affected the level of public trust. This study concludes that effective political communication requires consistency between delivered messages and policy implementation, improved responsiveness to public aspirations, and optimized participatory two-way communication. Periodic evaluations of digital-based communication strategies are also necessary to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with community needs, in order to sustainably strengthen the legitimacy of regional leadership.
