Abstract

An asset management role is required to analyze and optimize revenue sources and efficient systems to reduce costs. Construction service companies that tend to have fewer fixed assets than their current assets have constraints in suppressing production prices and must be able to manage them efficiently to maintain their existence in the market. The data shows the growth in the number of construction service companies which continues to increase and the construction price index which continues to decline, requiring efficient asset management to reduce production costs. For this reason, this study aims to determine the effect of Account Receivable Turnover (ARTO) asset management instruments, Fixed Asset Turnover (FATO), Inventory Turnover (IT), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Operating Profit Margin (OPM) in construction service companies in Indonesia. The research sample is 5 large-scale construction companies in Indonesia with vulnerable observation periods from 2017 to 2021. The method used in this research is panel data regression to examine the relationship between research variables. The results of this study indicate that Fixed Asset Turnover (FATO) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) have an effect on the Operational Profit Margin (OPM) of construction service companies in Indonesia. Meanwhile, Account Receivable Turnover (ARTO) and Inventory Turnover (IT) have no effect on OPM in Indonesian construction service companies. The results of this study have implications for construction service companies that asset management is very important for the company's progress, especially in increasing profits. This research contributes to the ability of construction service companies to manage their assets effectively, because the construction service business actor is the party responsible for implementing infrastructure development in Indonesia.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the level of society’s satisfaction with the performance of public services in Rongkop Office District. Data is obtained by using a questionnaire. Questionnaire of Community Satisfaction Index (HPI) to the performance of services is based on the decision Men.PAN Number: KEP / 25M.PAN / 2/2004. Respondentsare 150 people. The result of research are: (1) Elements of serviceincluded in the excellent category A is the security environment. (2) The element of services that fall into category B are the terms of service, service personnel clarity, speed of service, courtesy and friendliness of the clerk, and comfortable environment. (3) The element of services that fall into the category of less good C are the sub-district service procedures, responsibilities of service personnel, the ability of service personnel, service personnel discipline, justice get service, the reasonableness of the cost of the service, the service cost certainty, and certainty of the service schedule. (4) Overall Community Satisfaction Index (HPI) on the performance of public serviceThis paper proposed the idea to remove gender discrimination experienced by women workers in the workplace as a result of deep-rooted cultural partiarkhi in Indonesia. This discrimination affects women workers to payrolls in different level of wages of men and women’s wages, for the same type of work. The idea is implemented by changing the system of human resource management in the gender-minded companies. This system will impose what is called the management co-determination that allows workers to express their aspirations through the mechanism of seats the labor commissioner in the commissioner seat so that workers can teralurkan aspirations. With this system, labor issues can be resolved effectively and efficiently because workers can take care of themselves through their representatives in the commissioner. Primarily women workers were often crushed by the burden of diakibatnya gender discrimination. Bottom-up policy system makes workers positioned as the subject of any measures taken for the workers themselves. Later management of co-determination and self-management will be a new system in Employment Act new.

Abstract

This study aims to: a) provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between employee interactions and innovative behaviour, and b) build an integrative conceptual framework based on validated factors empirically and that relationship with relevant theories. An integrative literature review from empirical studies shows that employees perceive the combination of high demand and high resources to be ideal interaction. Innovative behaviour is a consequence of these complex interaction. Engaged employees tend to more innovative by coping strategy activities to face the challenge.

Abstract

The need for fuel oil for the transportation sector increases every year, while non-renewable energy reserves are increasingly depleting. Subsidized fuel oil is seen as not on target, the heavy burden of fuel oil subsidies limits fiscal space so that APBN allocations for other development sectors are limited. The increase in fuel prices is one of the considerations in choosing fuel. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence fuel oil preferences in North Purwokerto. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents who were calculated using the Lemeshow formula. This research uses logistic regression analysis. The results of the logistic regression analysis show that vehicle age, engine capacity, income, gender, and volume of fuel use have a significant effect on preferences for subsidized and non-subsidized fuel oil in North Purwokerto. Meanwhile, type of vehicle, number of family dependents, type of work, regional origin and social status do not have a significant effect on preferences for subsidized and non-subsidized fuel oil in North Purwokerto. The implication of this research is the need to increase consumer knowledge about the use of fuel oil that is adjusted to vehicle conditions. The government can make policies so that subsidized fuel can be received by people who are entitled to need it.

Abstract

The service activity aims to help the Tiga Saudara Mushroom Snack Food Business which is located in Kalikesur Village, Kedungbanteng Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency in empowering its human resources to be more creative in entrepreneurship, so as to produce products that are more profitable. empowering its human resources to be more creative in entrepreneurship, so as to produce products that meet market needs. The method is carried out through mentoring, discussion, skills training, by providing material on the importance of the role of human resources in increasing entrepreneurial creativity. Results showed that based on the identification carried out more role is needed from business actors in order to increase creativity in entrepreneurship. Abstract

This study examines the effects of relational bonding and relationship satisfaction on long-term relationships in the food and beverage franchise sector in Purwokerto, Indonesia. Relational bonding is defined through three dimensions: social, financial, and structural bonding. A survey of 113 franchise business owners was conducted using non-probability sampling, and the data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS. The findings show that all three dimensions of relational bonding significantly influence both relationship satisfaction and long-term relationships. Furthermore, relationship satisfaction plays a mediating role in sustaining franchise partnerships. These results contribute to franchise research by confirming the importance of relationship marketing and exchange-based perspectives, while offering practical implications for franchisors to build stronger interpersonal ties, provide fair financial incentives, and deliver reliable service support. The study is limited to one sector and region, and future research should explore other sectors and broader contexts to validate these findings.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Buana Spring Foam Purwokerto. This research is included in the quantitative research category. The population of this study consisted of 90 employees and 78 respondents were selected using probability sampling techniques with the proportionate stratified random sampling method.Research findings show that the performance of employees of PT. Buana Spring Foam Purwokerto is significantly and partially influenced by the following factors: job satisfaction, work discipline, work motivation, and work environment. The implications of this research suggest that companies must continue to pay attention to the promotion system, discipline, provide motivation, rewards or appreciation, and create a comfortable work environment and good relations between employees to improve their performance.
